VTB completes integration of the Otkritie office network

VTB has completed the transfer of Otkritie branches under its brand. The integration of the two banks into the office network started in December 2023, and as a result, 245 branches in 60 regions of Russia changed their signage. This is stated in the message of the bank.

The first Otkritie branches changed their signage to VTB in Omsk, Tyumen, Khanty-Mansiysk, Moscow and Ufa in December 2023, the last one on December 27 in Anapa. Most of Otkritie's offices joined the VTB network in the Central Federal District — 61 branches, 59 in the Ural Federal District and 41 in the Volga Federal District.

In 2024, VTB expanded its office network to all regions of the country. The geography of the bank's presence has grown from 79 to 89 regions. In total, the network has grown by more than 370 offices and exceeds 1.6 thousand branches.
