KazMunayGas National Company JSC (Astana) ceased to own KMG-Ustyurt LLP on November 13, 2024. This is stated in the message of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
KazMunaiGas National Company JSC (KMG) is an oil and gas company in Kazakhstan. KMG manages assets throughout the entire production cycle from exploration and production of hydrocarbons to transportation, processing and provision of specialized services. The company, founded in 2002, represents the interests of Kazakhstan in the country's oil and gas industry.
KMG-Ustyurt LLP is engaged in conducting geological exploration and surveys (without scientific research and development).
