Homo Auctus increased its share in Motorica to 100%

Homo Auctus LLC has increased its stake in Motorika LLC to 100% from 82.45%. LLC UK Far Eastern High Technology Fund has zeroed its share in Motorika from 17.55%. The change occurred on October 23, 2024. This is stated in the company's message.

Homo Auctus is the parent company of Motoriki.

Motorika LLC (INN 7719402047) is a medical cybernetics company that develops and manufactures functional prosthetic arms for adults and children from two years old, as well as creates human-machine interfaces and a rehabilitation ecosystem.

Motorika was founded in 2014 as a startup with the aim of applying 3D printing technologies to create functional prostheses for children, which are not available in Russia and the CIS. In 2015, a legal entity was registered, and in 2016 the company became a resident of Skolkovo. The first bionic model was created in 2017.

In 2026, an IPO of the company's shares was planned on the Moscow Stock Exchange. In addition, it is planned to launch the production of electric belts, hearing implants, and implantable microelectronics by 2028.

The revenue of Motorika LLC in 2023 amounted to 1.86 billion rubles, net profit — 635.88 million rubles.
