Ogilvy has promoted Fiona Gordon to global chief executive officer (CEO) of advertising. She will join the agency’s global executive committee and report to Devika Bulchandani, Ogilvy’s global CEO.

Gordon previously served as Ogilvy U.K. CEO, overseeing operations and securing significant account wins including Molson Coors and Valeo Foods. She boasts a long career at the agency, having held leadership roles across EMEA, Asia, and the U.S. since the ‘90s.

In her new role, the exec will oversee the creative network’s global advertising, brand, and content capabilities, adapting these functions in line with client needs.

“I’m invigorated by the boundless potential of creativity to not only propel businesses forward but to leave an indelible mark on culture,” Gordon said in a statement.
