Sunday February 8, 2015, at 10:50 PM local time, an unprecedented nuclear attack by Ukrainian government troops occurred in the city of Donetsk. The TOCHKA-U (SS-21 SCARAB) Soviet-era short range ballistic missile, armed with an AA-60 nuclear warhead with a selectable yield of 10-100 kt, was one of 50 TOCHKA-U missiles left in the Ukraine military arsenal after the collapse of the Soviet Union. For comparison the Hiroshima bomb had a yield of 20 kt, the first nuclear bomb to be dropped on a human population in Japan in 1945.

“প্রকৃতির সাথে খেলা”

বেইজিং অলিম্পিক বৃষ্টি মুক্ত রাখতে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছিল ক্লাউড সিডিং অর্থাৎ অন্য কোন পার্শ্ববর্তী এলাকায় কৃত্রিমভাবে বৃষ্টিপাত ঘটিয়ে বেইজিংকে বৃষ্টি মুক্ত রাখা। শুধু অলিম্পিকে না, আরো অনেক ইভেন্ট বা এলাকায় এটি ব্যবহার করে কৃত্রিম বৃষ্টি ঘটানো হয় চাষাবাদ করার জন্য, বৃষ্টি মুক্ত রাখার জন্য বা কৃত্রিম দুর্যোগ সৃষ্টি করার জন্য। ১৯৬৭ সালে আমেরিকা-ভিয়েতনাম যুদ্ধে কৃত্রিম বৃষ্টিপাত করা হয়েছিল যুদ্ধে সুবিধা পেতে ও দুর্ভোগ সৃষ্টি করতে। যেহেতু প্রত্যেক ক্রিয়ারই একটি সমান ও বিপরীত প্রতিক্রিয়া আছে সেহেতু, এক জাগায় কৃত্রিম বৃষ্টিপাত করা হলে অন্য জায়গার উপর তার প্রভাব পরে। অর্থাৎ অন্য এলাকার বৃষ্টির অভাব সৃষ্টি হওয়া। ক্ষমতাশীলের হাতে পরে শুধু তাদের এলাকায় বৃষ্টিপাতের ফলে গরীবরা বৃষ্টি হতে বঞ্চিত হতে পারে অর্থাৎ তাদের কৃষি কাজে। এই কৃত্রিম বৃষ্টিপাত করা হয় আকাশে সিলভার আয়োডাইড ছিটিয়ে দিয়ে। আর যা অতিরিক্ত হলেই মাটি দূষিত হবে সেই সাথে প্রাণী ও উদ্ভিদ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে। এর সঠিক ব্যবহার খরাই আক্রান্ত জমিকেও গড়ে তুলতে পারে সতেজ ও সবুজে ভরপুর। সেই সাথে হ্যারিকেন বা ঘূর্ণিঝড় সৃষ্টির শুরুতেই বৃষ্টিপাত ঘটিয়ে তা দুর্বল করে দেয়া যেতে পারে।

ভবিষ্যৎ যুদ্ধ ঠিক বর্তমান যুদ্ধের মত হবে না। ল্যাবে তৈরি ভাইরাস বানিয়ে তা প্রতিপক্ষ দেশে ছড়িয়ে দিয়ে যেমন তাদের দুর্বল করা হবে, সেই সাথে কৃত্রিম দুর্যোগ সৃষ্টি করে তাদের মাঝে আরো দুর্ভোগ সৃষ্টি করা হবে। ধরি মাছ না ছুঁই পানি। মাইক্রোওয়েভ ওভেনে যেমন তরঙ্গ পাঠিয়ে পাত্রকে গরম না করে শুধু খাবারকে গরম করা হয়, ঠিক একই পদ্ধতিতে অবকাঠামোর ক্ষতি না করে এমন তরঙ্গ পাঠিয়ে ধ্বংস করা হতে পারে প্রাণ। এক্সরে রশ্মি বা অতিবেগুনী রশ্মি আমরা দেখি না কিন্তু এটি ক্যান্সার সৃষ্টির জন্য দায়ী এক রশ্মি। ভবিষ্যতে হয়ত এমন রশ্মি প্রেরণ করা হবে যার কারণে উদ্ভিদ প্রাণী সব মারা যাবে কিন্তু ভুক্তভোগী বা কেউই বুঝবেই না এর প্রকৃত কারণ কি।

একই ভাবে আমরা নির্দিষ্ট কম্পাঙ্কের বেশি বা কম হলে অনেক আওয়াজ শুনি না। কিন্তু কম্পাঙ্কের এত শক্তি যে, গ্লাস পর্যন্ত ভেঙ্গে দিতে পারে এবং এর থেকেও হাজারগুণ শক্তিশালী যেকোনো বস্তু স্থানচ্যুত করতে পারে। অথচ এর জন্য বায়ু বা অন্য কোন বস্তুর আঘাতের প্রয়োজন হয় না। প্রেসিডেন্ট হুগো সাভেজ, উত্তর কোরিয়া, চীন, রাশিয়াসহ অনেক আন্তর্জাতিক সংস্থা প্রায় দাবি করে অনেক ভূমিকম্প ঘটানো হয়েছে কৃত্রিমভাবে আর যার জন্য দায়ী হার্প (HAARP) প্রযুক্তি।

ভবিষ্যতে কেউ যদি দাবী করে ঐশ্বরিক ক্ষমতার বলে বৃষ্টিপাতের বা দুর্যোগ বা খরা সৃষ্টির তবে আশ্চর্যের কিছুই থাকবে না। সে কেবল জানবে কিভাবে প্রকৃতির সাথে খেলতে হয় এবং মানুষকে বোকা বানাতে হয়।

On Saturday night, November 7th 2015, an object was seen over the Pacific Ocean just after the sun (around 6PM Pacific Time) had gone down. The media initially claimed (according to Facebook posts) that it was a Missile launch, then they claimed it was part of the Taurid meteor shower (from the constellation Taurus), then they changed their story and said it may have been a comet. The story kept changing and speculation started to fly (no pun intended) about it being an UFO. No one could get their story straight in the Military, until a few days later when the Pentagon officially came out and said it was a " test flight of a Trident II D5 missile launched from the USS Kentucky, an Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine operating in the Pacific Test Range off the Southern California Coast " Some know believe that aerosols or even anthrax was sprayed into the atmosphere hence the blue and green color that was lingering in the sky. I am not sure about that theory since they spray us every day with barium, strontium, aluminum and coal ash. What would be the point of that? Especially if it were anthrax, you would've thought that it would be done right over Los Angeles. With the story continuously changing and theories running amuck, I originally didn't know what to make of this event.
