Joseph Antonio Cartagena (born August 19, 1970), better known by his stage name Fat Joe, is an American rapper. He is also the CEO of Terror Squad Entertainment, and member of musical groups D.I.T.C. and Terror Squad.
Fat Joe's debut album was Represent, released in 1993, followed by Jealous One's Envy in 1995. From 1998 to 2006, he was signed to Atlantic Records, releasing four albums under the label, Don Cartagena in 1998, Jealous Ones Still Envy (J.O.S.E.) in 2001, Loyalty in 2002, and All or Nothing in 2005. Around the release of All or Nothing, Fat Joe became involved in a highly publicized feud with another New York City-based rapper 50 Cent, who attacked Fat Joe in his song "Piggy Bank". His most popular song in which he performed was his Remy Ma duet "Lean Back" with Terror Squad. The song was a number-one hit in the summer of 2004.
Starting in 2006, when his album Me, Myself, & I was released, Fat Joe was signed to Imperial Records, which distributes through Terror Squad Entertainment. His follow up album was The Elephant in the Room, which was released in 2008; Jealous Ones Still Envy 2 (J.O.S.E. 2), the sequel to Jealous Ones Still Envy (J.O.S.E.), was released in October 2009. His tenth album The Darkside Vol. 1 was released on July 27, 2010.
Felix Delgado (born December 18, 1974), better known by his stage name Cuban Link, is a Cuban American rapper and original member of Terror Squad.
Delgado was born in Havana, Cuba in 1974. He and his family emigrated to the United States in 1980 during the Mariel boatlift. They settled in the Morrisania section of the South Bronx neighborhood of New York City. When Delgado was growing up, hip hop music was rising in popularity in his neighborhood. Delgado took on stage name Cuban Link and associated with fellow rappers Big Pun, Triple Seis and Da Sick One in a group under the name Full-A-Clips.
Cuban Link and Big Pun both made guest performances on The Beatnuts' single "Off the Books" in 1997. They joined the local rap group Terror Squad, and Link performed on the track "Tell Me What You Want" from the group's self-titled debut album. Link previously did guest appearances on Squad members' solo albums: Big Pun's Capital Punishment and Fat Joe's Don Cartagena. Cuban Link was signed to Atlantic Records and began recording his debut album 24K. Big Pun died on February 7, 2000, so Link wrote single "Flowers for the Dead" in Pun's honor. However, without Pun's mediation, contract disputes between Fat Joe and Cuban Link and leaks prevented the release of 24K.
Why Me or Why Me? may refer to:
"Why Me" is an American country and gospel song written and recorded by American country music singer and songwriter Kris Kristofferson.
Kristofferson had become the toast of Nashville in the early 1970s, with the massive success of compositions including "For the Good Times," "Me and Bobby McGee," "Sunday Morning Coming Down," "Help Me Make It Through the Night" and many other songs. He had a hit of his own as well, with "Loving Her Was Easier (Than Anything I'll Ever Do Again)."
"Why Me" was recorded by Kristofferson in 1972, and features backing vocals by soon-to-be wife Rita Coolidge and up-and-coming singer-songwriter Larry Gatlin. It was included on the album, Jesus Was a Capricorn and, in 1973, the song became the biggest hit of his career.
According to country music historian Bill Malone, Kristofferson wrote the song during an emotionally low period of his life after having attended a religious service conducted by the Rev. Jimmie Rogers Snow. Malone wrote, "'Why Me, Lord'" - as the song is sometimes known - "may seem greatly out of character for Kristofferson, but it can be interpreted as his own personal religious rephrasing of 'Sunday Morning Coming Down.' In this case, he is 'coming down' not from drugs, but from the whole hedonistic euphoria of the (1960s)." Malone also described Kristofferson's gruff vocal styling as "perfect" for the song, since "he sounds like a man who has lived a lot but is now humbling himself before God."
"Why Me" is a song from Styx's 1979 triple-platinum album Cornerstone. Released as the album's second single, it reached number 26 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song also reached number 10 on the Canada RPM Top 100 Singles chart on the week of February 23rd, 1980.

[Fat Joe:] Terror Squad!
[Big Punisher:]
This is goin' out to the mothafuckin' punks and broke ass tricks
Don't Tryin' to come up in here
Up in here pumpin' that shit, I will straight blast you
You better break yourself mothafucker
Shit! punk ass tricks, bitch
[Eazy-E:] Take it hard
[Eazy-E:] Yo, kick it
[Big Punisher:]
Ruthless, plenty of that and much more
So at the party, Terror is controllin' the floor
That you step up and do your dance routine
It ain't a dream my man, you're in a gangster scene
With a villain, doin' damage on a 24 track
With confusion to finish my conclusion
Arhytomatic rhymes from a Radio cat
You can't take what I got
Cause I'll be takin' it right back
[MC Ren:] Ruthless gangster
Cold killin, you wanna know what it means?
[MC Ren:] Definition... Villain
With the stupid dope rhymes
And once you hear one line, you can tell it's mine
With a baseball cap that's black that I'm wearin'
And a look that keeps you all starin'
And wonderin, why I'm invincible
But when you hear my rhyme, it's convincible
I don't take no shorts, while I'm constructin' the ground
That makes you movin' around, from the hell of the sound
Girls drool on me like a dyin'
[Ant Banks:]
Pun, tell them what you do when your ass start rhymin'
[Big Punisher:]
I go to the party, I hip and hop the spot
I don't know what it is, but the girls kept knock the aspirin'
Like they're on fire and
Their so-called boy friends with them are retirin'
And for this reason I'm a walkin' threat
So when I step on the stage, I want quiet on the set
[Break: Ant Banks scratching inarticulated Public Enemy's quotes]
[Fat Joe:]
Now to get started with my musical profession
A gangster feelin' in mind is in session
The way that I'm referrin to this, makes you move your butt
But don't stand in a daze, you should know what's up
Anyway, I keep the clappin' along
Cause nothin' bad could go wrong because this track is so strong
I'm like throw you the... you can ask for anythin' more
When the Terror Squad is cold rockin' the floor
Like stupid, actin' like a retard
Waitin' for a bumrush, gettin' to the good part
It tips me so with temptation
Writin' my lyrics with hyped information
This is just a section of my creation
So don't say shit with finesse fination
Just look at the center of the stage where the spotlight shines
It's mine, unpredictable, keepin' you extremely enjoyed
It's irresistable, meanin' that you can't avoid
And while I'm on stage, feel forward to sweat
Whenever I rip it up, I want quiet on the set
[Break: Ant Banks scratching quotes below]
Yeah, what?, what?
Terror Squad, Terror Squad
Yeah
[Unidentified Artist]
Now I can be loud as hell, you think I will? Never
[Eazy-E:] Ssssht, quiet on the set
[MC Ren:] Yeah, I like that better
[Dr. Dre:] Word
That's what I can do, I think I earned respect
And if I didn't from you, that's what I expect
[Eazy-E:] Cause if it ain't rough, it ain't me, it ain't me
So who really cares how you want me to be?
See, I'm just me, standin' at the top of the pile
And doin' soft known tunes, just ain't my style
And this concludes our program
Of how The Terror Squad makes the Ruthless Jam
Now first, we take an average Gun
Give it to Pun, and the boy gets dumb
It's no secret, that I sit alone at night
Pick up the pad and the pen and begin to write
And lay down the lyrics that's promised to play
Hear everybody says:
[Break:]
Check it in, check it out
Put it in, take it out
Make it out, yeah, Terror Squad baby
What?, what?, what?
[Cuban Link:]
Yeah, now Cuban Link is here workin' like super glue
No matter what I do, I'm always thinkin' of you
Cause I'm the pusher, supplyin' the fix
And this jam's so dope, it don't need a remix
But I'm makin' obstacles, an enemy traps
To catch any Emcee, with the weak-ass raps
Crucifyin' their data, cause you're usin' my name
The definition is pain, but that's the thing of the game
If they tried to retreat, I catch them one at a time
Cause they're comittin a crime, but still promotin' a rhymes
So, you're in the back of me, just listen and learn
Because you'll all get a chance, or maybe a turn
My sideman wants to give a preview
So at my next concert, I wanna see you there
Not sittin' in a chair, standin' on both feet with your hands in the air
Now I'm about to get out, but I'll be back
But next time expect the more funkier track
Deep down for your enjoyment, to hear more percussion
With lyrics that's smooth, to start some discussion
To prove that I'm hype, now, you know that's a bet
So continue to dance, Cuban blew up the set
