Endgame is the sixth studio album by American rock band Rise Against, released on March 15, 2011 through DGC Records and Interscope Records. Rise Against began work on the album in September 2010, after completing touring in support of its previous album, Appeal to Reason, in mid-2010. The first single from the album, "Help Is on the Way" debuted on KROQ and KKDO on January 17, 2011, and was released on the band's MySpace and digital media outlets on January 25, 2011. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number two, the band's highest position to date. The album has been certified platinum by the CRIA, gold by the BVMI and gold by the Australian Recording Industry Association.
Background and recording
Following the commercial success of the band's fifth studio album, Appeal to Reason, and the subsequent touring to support the album, Rise Against entered The Blasting Room in Fort Collins, Colorado (the same studio where all their albums, except The Unraveling and Siren Song of the Counter Culture, were recorded) in September 2010 to begin recording their next album. Rise Against finished recording the album in January 2011, after they recorded some last minute guest vocals for the album.
Architects are a British metalcore band from Brighton, England. The band currently consists of vocalist Sam Carter, guitarist and keyboardist Tom Searle and his twin brother, drummer Dan Searle, as well as bassist Alex Dean and guitarist Adam Christianson. The band's first name was Inharmonic, which was swiftly changed to Counting the Days, and finally to Architects after a couple of years. They have released six studio albums and one split EP with Dead Swans to date.
They released their debut album Nightmares in 2006 through In at the Deep End records. After the departure of their original vocalist, Matt Johnson, Sam Carter joined the band and made his first appearance on Architects' second album Ruin released in 2007 through United by Fate records. In 2009 the band released Hollow Crown through Century Media records. They then released their fourth album The Here And Now in 2011, which showed the band's take a step in a more melodic "clean-cut post-hardcore" direction. Upon its release the album was well received by critics, but was panned by their fanbase. The next year Architects returned to their original style with their fifth album Daybreaker, which featured more politicised lyrics as opposed to the violent and comedic lyrics prominent throughout their older work. Their sixth and latest album Lost Forever // Lost Together was released in 2014 through Epitaph Records.
A spotlight, sometimes known as a followspot, is a powerful stage lighting instrument which projects a bright beam of light onto a performance space. Spotlights are controlled by a spotlight operator who tracks actors around the stage. Spotlights are most commonly used in concerts, musicals and large scale presentations where highlighting a specific, mobile, individual is critical. Spotlights are sometimes located overhead on catwalks. In some theatres, they may also be located in the control booth or purposely built "spot booths" in addition to the catwalk. Spotlights may be arranged in a variety of patterns for coverage. For example, they are aimed at the stage in front of them in theaters, located to the back or rear. This location can become problematic due to fan noise and/or any communication by headset communication from the spot operator speaking into his headset microphone. In circus and/or sports, spotlights may be arranged around the facility covering both sides and the ends. In a concert setting, they may be in a position FOH, while other positions may have the spotlight upstage used as back and/or top light. Some concerts use truss spots on a truss downstage but closer than catwalk spots in an amphitheater style catwalk layout. In other places, spot locations are at the mercy of the architect who designed the space.
"Spotlight" is Fayray's 19th single. It was released on November 23, 2005, and peaked at #81. It was used as insert song for TV drama "Oniyome Nikki" (starring Arisa Mizuki). "Spotlight" is her lowest-selling single to date.
Landscape was an English Synthpop band, best known for the 1981 hits "Einstein A Go-Go" and "Norman Bates." Formed in London in 1974, the band toured constantly during the mid-to-late-1970s, playing rock, punk, and jazz venues and releasing two instrumentalEPs on its own Event Horizon label. The group began experimenting with computer-programmed music and electronic drums in the late 1970s and early 1980s, making records in the emerging genre of synthpop.
Formation
Landscape was composed of Richard James Burgess (vocals, drums), Christopher Heaton (keyboards), Andy Pask (bass), Peter Thoms (trombone, keyboards), and John Walters (keyboards, woodwinds). The band built a following through live performances and touring before releasing their debut album Landscape in 1980. Their next album in 1981, From the Tea-Rooms of Mars...to the Hell-Holes of Uranus led to the Top Five U.K. hit "Einstein A-Go-Go." Their third album in 1982, Manhattan Boogie-Woogie was well received as a dance album. After release of this album, Heaton and Thoms left the band.

Tutorial on Entity Linking (Speaker: Laura Dietz)
Abstract
Entity Linking or Entity Disambiguation refers to the task of aligning unstructured text to collections of linked data. Given a text that mentions an entity, the task is to establish a link between any substring that refers to an entity to the entity's entry in the knowledge base. For instance, in a text about the American University of Beirut, we want to identify all of the substrings that refer to AUB and annotate them with links into the knowledge base. In this talk we use Wikipedia as our example knowledge base, but approaches are directly applicable to any other collection of Linked Data.
A solution for Entity Linking is the key to extract more knowledge, such as facts and relations from text; Entity Linking provides the means to improve text retrieval (IR) and linked data ...

With the Navigation Architecture Component, developers have the tools to move towards a single activity structure for their app, but they don't know:

A solution for Entity Linking is the key to extract more knowledge, such as facts and relations from text; Entity Linking provides the means to improve text retrieval (IR) and linked data retrieval.
In this talk I am going to cover several approaches to Entity Linking from simple to complex and discuss advantages and shortcomings. Different approaches will make use of natural language processing, information retrieval, machine learning and graphical probabilistic models.
