Trans World Corporation
Trans World Corporation was the original name of the holding company set up to own Trans World Airlines.
In 1967, when the airline sought to diversify into other areas of business, a key investment was Hilton International Hotels, the non-American interests of the Hilton Hotels chain. (Because of this split, the Hilton International chain had to call its hotels in America Vista, while future overseas locations of the American Hilton chain were called Conrad International. This operation was later sold by Trans World Corporation while under the leadership of Charles C. Tillinghast Jr. the CEO of TWA and the first known to receive a golden parachute employment contract.
Trans World Corporation, the owners of the airline company, and TWA's successor Chief executive officer ( L. Edwin Smart), spun off Trans World Airlines and sold it to Carl C. Icahn in 1983, and the holding parent company that owned TWA was then liquidated.
As a result of both companies Trans World Airlines and Trans World Corporation being publicly traded prior to the spinoff, public records permitted analysis which indicates "wealth transfer" of a sale of TWA was as much a reason for the sale of TWA as was a desirability to "restructure union contracts". Conversely, it was circa 1982-1984 when UAL Corporation and AMR Corporation, the parent companies of United Airlines and American Airlines first took shape. This period is also an era marked by extremely competitive airline industry forces fighting for deregulation survival along with fighting for opportunities of vast individual creations of wealth characterized by those accumulated by leading industry figures but sullied names such as Frank Lorenzo and Carl Icahn during the 1980s.

TWA Flight 800
Trans World Airlines Flight 800 (TWA 800), was a Boeing 747-100 which exploded and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near East Moriches, New York, on July 17, 1996, at about 8:31 p.m. EDT, 12 minutes after takeoff from John F. Kennedy International Airport on a scheduled international passenger flight to Rome, with a stopover in Paris. All 230 people on board were killed in the third-deadliest aviation accident in U.S. territory.
Accident investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) traveled to the scene, arriving the following morning, and there was much initial speculation that a terrorist attack was the cause of the crash. Consequently, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) initiated a parallel criminal investigation. Sixteen months later, the FBI announced that no evidence had been found of a criminal act and closed its active investigation.
The four-year NTSB investigation concluded with the approval of the Aircraft Accident Report on August 23, 2000, ending the most extensive, complex, and costly air disaster investigation in U.S. history. The report's conclusion was that the probable cause of the accident was an explosion of flammable fuel/air vapors in a fuel tank, and, although it could not be determined with certainty, the most likely cause of the explosion was a short circuit. As a result of the investigation, new requirements were developed for aircraft to prevent future fuel tank explosions.

Trans World is a business simulation computer game for the Commodore 64 published by Starbyte Software in 1990.
Summary
The player takes control of a new trucking company and competes against up to either three other human or computer players to make the most money. The game has two modes to choose from, a continuous play mode that plays indefinitely or a timed mode that runs a select number of turns. Players control all aspects of the company from purchasing new trucks to hiring mechanics to building new offices. Each round of the game controls one day of game time with each player taking a turn. Periodically, a random event will happen which can either help or hinder the player's company. Some events are offers to have goods delivered while others are sick days that skip the player's turn. The game ends when a player chooses to end it or when the selected number of rounds have been completed. The winner is the player with the most money at the game's end.

NOTE:
For the last year, I had become very fascinated with the crash of Trans World Airlines Flight 800 which had occurred on July 17th, 1996. Having read the full NTSB report as well as evidence for and against a missile strike or a bomb blast, I had come to the conclusion that the NTSB, FBI and CIA got it right back in 2000; an explosion from the center wing fuel tank was what tore apart the plane.
After making the original video, after some time, I became dissatisfied with it because I felt it was not done to the best of my ability and that it lacked information. So, I acquired better footage, added in more, and put in better and more comprehensive information.
I added in more scenes from Final Destination because the previous video lacked a human element, and as the first Final Destination movie was based on the disaster and the passengers who boarded N93119 on that fateful day, I included them in to not only recreate N93119's last day as an intact functioning aircraft, but also to give viewers an idea of what those passengers' last day and final moments would have most likely been like.
This video therefore seeks to re-create the disaster of TWA 800 step by step using a variety of footage obtained from numerous sources to create a timeline. Of particular fascination to me is what the victims went through. According to two coroners, Dr. Charles Wetli and Dr. Dennis Shanahan, the explosion generated such a huge whiplash, it broke everyone's necks except 19 people who were found with water in their lungs, indicating they had drowned. Whether they were conscious or not, we cannot know for sure, so that part is my own my inclusion, which tries to stay faithful to the coroners' results as well as put forward a hypothetical scenario of what those 19 went through.
On top of that, the streak of light which many witnessed seemingly coming out from the sea was explained as solely as them seeing the crippled plane flying erratically. However, from a few blogs as well as another similar occurrence happening in Southern California, where people mistook a plane's contrails for a missile, it is my belief that the CIA, FBI and NTSB did not fully explore all possibilities and were hasty in looking for answers to a demanding public. I have decided to combine both the NTSB's theory as well as the occurrence on Southern California into one, which would more than suitably explain what witnesses saw in 1996.

NOTE:
For the last year, I had become very fascinated with the crash of Trans World Airlines Flight 800 which had occurred on July 17th, 1996. Having read the full NTSB report as well as evidence for and against a missile strike or a bomb blast, I had come to the conclusion that the NTSB, FBI and CIA got it right back in 2000; an explosion from the center wing fuel tank was what tore apart the plane.
After making the original video, after some time, I became dissatisfied with it because I felt it was not done to the best of my ability and that it lacked information. So, I acquired better footage, added in more, and put in better and more comprehensive information.
I added in more scenes from Final Destination because the previous video lacked a human element, and as the first Final Destination movie was based on the disaster and the passengers who boarded N93119 on that fateful day, I included them in to not only recreate N93119's last day as an intact functioning aircraft, but also to give viewers an idea of what those passengers' last day and final moments would have most likely been like.
This video therefore seeks to re-create the disaster of TWA 800 step by step using a variety of footage obtained from numerous sources to create a timeline. Of particular fascination to me is what the victims went through. According to two coroners, Dr. Charles Wetli and Dr. Dennis Shanahan, the explosion generated such a huge whiplash, it broke everyone's necks except 19 people who were found with water in their lungs, indicating they had drowned. Whether they were conscious or not, we cannot know for sure, so that part is my own my inclusion, which tries to stay faithful to the coroners' results as well as put forward a hypothetical scenario of what those 19 went through.
On top of that, the streak of light which many witnessed seemingly coming out from the sea was explained as solely as them seeing the crippled plane flying erratically. However, from a few blogs as well as another similar occurrence happening in Southern California, where people mistook a plane's contrails for a missile, it is my belief that the CIA, FBI and NTSB did not fully explore all possibilities and were hasty in looking for answers to a demanding public. I have decided to combine both the NTSB's theory as well as the occurrence on Southern California into one, which would more than suitably explain what witnesses saw in 1996.

TWA Flight 800, a 25-year-old Boeing 747-100 was a flight between New York and Rome with a stopover in Paris on July 17, 1996 with 230 passengers and crew members on board.
The Crash:
The accident aircraft had arrived in New York City that day after a flight from Athens as TWA Flight 881 and arrived around 4:38pm and would depart to Paris at around 7pm as Flight 800. However, the flight was delayed for an hour as there had been a baggage on board that didn't match up with a passenger, although the passenger was confirmed to be on board later on. After the incident, the flight took off from New York at 8:02pm. About half an hour later, the 747 was climbing up to 15,000 feet when an explosion occurred on board. Seconds later, the whole front section of the fuselage separated from the rest of the aircraft. The front section span out of control in flames. The rest of the aircraft was also on fire and began flying upwards before stalling and continuously breaking up. There was another major explosion before the aircraft crashed into the Atlantic Ocean killing all 230 passengers and crew on board. The investigation of the crash was one of the most lengthiest investigations yet, due to the many conspiracy theories that were brought up. It was concluded by the NTSB that the breakup was caused by a fuel tank explosion caused by a short circuit in a set of wires located next to the fuel tank, allowing high amounts of voltage to ignite the petrol, however many people still believe to this day that the plane was brought down by a terrorist bombing or a missile strike and is a government cover-up.

What you heard was the last words transmitted on the radios of Trans World Airlines Flight 800. This is one of the highest profile aviation disasters to have ever occurred in the United States. It has been the subject of many conspiracies over the years that we won’t be entertaining today. But we will delve into this flight and with the help of the published report from those who conducted the investigation, unpack the events that led the devastation that took the lives of 230 people.
July 17th, 1996, was much like any other day. For those who worked at New York’s John F Kennedy Airport, it was a normal summer Wednesday. JFK Airport was the hub for Trans World Airlines or TWA for short. TWA is now a long defunct airline but at one point they were one of the largest air carriers in the United States.

NOTE:
For the last year, I had become very fascinated with the crash of Trans World Airlines Flight 800 which had occurred on July 17th, 1996. Having read the full NTSB report as well as evidence for and against a missile strike or a bomb blast, I had come to the conclusion that the NTSB, FBI and CIA got it right back in 2000; an explosion from the center wing fuel tank was what tore apart the plane.
After making the original video, after some time, I became dissatisfied with it because I felt it was not done to the best of my ability and that it lacked information. So, I acquired better footage, added in more, and put in better and more comprehensive information.
I added in more scenes from Final Destination because the previous video lacked a human element, and as the first Final Destination movie was based on the disaster and the passengers who boarded N93119 on that fateful day, I included them in to not only recreate N93119's last day as an intact functioning aircraft, but also to give viewers an idea of what those passengers' last day and final moments would have most likely been like.
This video therefore seeks to re-create the disaster of TWA 800 step by step using a variety of footage obtained from numerous sources to create a timeline. Of particular fascination to me is what the victims went through. According to two coroners, Dr. Charles Wetli and Dr. Dennis Shanahan, the explosion generated such a huge whiplash, it broke everyone's necks except 19 people who were found with water in their lungs, indicating they had drowned. Whether they were conscious or not, we cannot know for sure, so that part is my own my inclusion, which tries to stay faithful to the coroners' results as well as put forward a hypothetical scenario of what those 19 went through.
On top of that, the streak of light which many witnessed seemingly coming out from the sea was explained as solely as them seeing the crippled plane flying erratically. However, from a few blogs as well as another similar occurrence happening in Southern California, where people mistook a plane's contrails for a missile, it is my belief that the CIA, FBI and NTSB did not fully explore all possibilities and were hasty in looking for answers to a demanding public. I have decided to combine both the NTSB's theory as well as the occurrence on Southern California into one, which would more than suitably explain what witnesses saw in 1996.

TWA Flight 800, a 25-year-old Boeing 747-100 was a flight between New York and Rome with a stopover in Paris on July 17, 1996 with 230 passengers and crew members on board.
The Crash:
The accident aircraft had arrived in New York City that day after a flight from Athens as TWA Flight 881 and arrived around 4:38pm and would depart to Paris at around 7pm as Flight 800. However, the flight was delayed for an hour as there had been a baggage on board that didn't match up with a passenger, although the passenger was confirmed to be on board later on. After the incident, the flight took off from New York at 8:02pm. About half an hour later, the 747 was climbing up to 15,000 feet when an explosion occurred on board. Seconds later, the whole front section of the fuselage separated from the rest of the aircraft. The front section span out of control in flames. The rest of the aircraft was also on fire and began flying upwards before stalling and continuously breaking up. There was another major explosion before the aircraft crashed into the Atlantic Ocean killing all 230 passengers and crew on board. The investigation of the crash was one of the most lengthiest investigations yet, due to the many conspiracy theories that were brought up. It was concluded by the NTSB that the breakup was caused by a fuel tank explosion caused by a short circuit in a set of wires located next to the fuel tank, allowing high amounts of voltage to ignite the petrol, however many people still believe to this day that the plane was brought down by a terrorist bombing or a missile strike and is a government cover-up.

Trans World Corporation
Trans World Corporation was the original name of the holding company set up to own Trans World Airlines.
In 1967, when the airline sought to diversify into other areas of business, a key investment was Hilton International Hotels, the non-American interests of the Hilton Hotels chain. (Because of this split, the Hilton International chain had to call its hotels in America Vista, while future overseas locations of the American Hilton chain were called Conrad International. This operation was later sold by Trans World Corporation while under the leadership of Charles C. Tillinghast Jr. the CEO of TWA and the first known to receive a golden parachute employment contract.
Trans World Corporation, the owners of the airline company, and TWA's successor Chief executive officer ( L. Edwin Smart), spun off Trans World Airlines and sold it to Carl C. Icahn in 1983, and the holding parent company that owned TWA was then liquidated.
As a result of both companies Trans World Airlines and Trans World Corporation being publicly traded prior to the spinoff, public records permitted analysis which indicates "wealth transfer" of a sale of TWA was as much a reason for the sale of TWA as was a desirability to "restructure union contracts". Conversely, it was circa 1982-1984 when UAL Corporation and AMR Corporation, the parent companies of United Airlines and American Airlines first took shape. This period is also an era marked by extremely competitive airline industry forces fighting for deregulation survival along with fighting for opportunities of vast individual creations of wealth characterized by those accumulated by leading industry figures but sullied names such as Frank Lorenzo and Carl Icahn during the 1980s.
