Later, they moved to Italy and Albert continued his education at Aarau, Switzerland and in 1896 he entered the Swiss Federal Polytechnic School in Zurich to be trained as a teacher in physics and mathematics. In 1901, the year he gained his diploma, he acquired Swiss citizenship and, as he was unable to find a teaching post, he accepted a position as technical assistant in the Swiss Patent Office. In 1905 he obtained his doctor’s degree.
During his stay at the Patent Office, and in his spare time, he produced much of his remarkable work and in 1908 he was appointed Privatdozent in Berne. In 1909 he became Professor Extraordinary at Zurich, in 1911 Professor of Theoretical Physics at Prague, returning to Zurich in the following year to fill a similar post. In 1914 he was appointed Director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Physical Institute and Professor in the University of Berlin. He became a German citizen in 1914 and remained in Berlin until 1933 when he renounced his citizenship for political reasons and emigrated to America to take the position of Professor of Theoretical Physics at Princeton*. He became a United States citizen in 1940 and retired from his post in 1945.
After World War II, Einstein was a leading figure in the World Government Movement, he was offered the Presidency of the State of Israel, which he declined, and he collaborated with Dr Chaim Weizmann in establishing the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Einstein always appeared to have a clear view of the problems of physics and the determination to solve them. He had a strategy of his own and was able to visualize the main stages on the way to his goal. He regarded his major achievements as mere stepping-stones for the next advance.
At the start of his scientific work, Einstein realized the inadequacies of Newtonian mechanics and his special theory of relativity stemmed from an attempt to reconcile the laws of mechanics with the laws of the electromagnetic field. He dealt with classical problems of statistical mechanics and problems in which they were merged with quantum theory: this led to an explanation of the Brownian movement of molecules. He investigated the thermal properties of light with a low radiation density and his observations laid the foundation of the photon theory of light.

In the heart of Portugal, lies an abandoned mansion from the 18th century, cloaked in secrets. The mansion was once a sprawling complex. It’s now a place where time has cast its long shadows, and we are about to unveil its forgotten tales.
The property consists of two distinct housing units standing side by side, one older than the other, and a private chapel that once held a monthly mass for all the inhabitants of the area.
Generations of a traditional Portuguese family had thrived here, children's laughter, including daughters Dora, Raquel and Miranda, filling its hallowed halls.
But in 2008, a furious storm had descended upon the mansion, leaving devastation in its wake. The family was forced to flee, abandoning their ancestral home to nature's relentless grip.
As we venture inside today, we navigate a treacherous path. The mansion is in shambles, the floor riddled with holes, roofs caved in, and the hallway, once safe, teetered on the brink. Yet, we press on, driven by curiosity.
The property had been put up for sale at a meager $250,000, but its future was bleak. Restoration seemed a distant dream, and the mansion's destiny hung by a thread, more likely to be erased by time than revived.
In the silence of that forsaken mansion, we felt the weight of history and the poignant echoes of a family's life, forever etched in the crumbling walls.

Today I'm taking you into an antiquated piece of Venetian history, that's now consigned to oblivion.
Built in the early 1800s, this palace stands in a central position with respect to the upper part of this Italian town - an aristocratic building that is slowly but surely perishing as prey to the extraterritorial forces of mother nature.
Once the residence of the elite of this municipality, time seems to be an allusive concept, and as this factor has progressed, the property now stands sole and solitary.
Today we take a look behind her closed doors.
This palace may be abandoned, but it is still abundant in art and glory.
It was once occupied by this man, Marco Antonio, in the early 18th century...
A musician since childhood who graduated in law in 1810, married countess Laura with whom he had a son, Pietro. Like most of the nobles of the time, he was conditioned by social conventions that allowed him to exercise his artistic and professional activities almost exclusively in the family and ecclesiastical sphere.
He died at the age of 29 due to "nervous consumption", leaving behind a child of a few months, who eventually followed his dad's footsteps and became a musician too, and lived in the palace for many years.
But pursuant to more recent photos, the palace turns out to have been inhabited by a woman in her very last days.
Today is the time: let's relive the history that once took place here together.

Believe it or not... the place you're about to see has been abandoned before I was born. You're about to watch one of my most special and precious explores to date, as I will time warp you back to a bourgeois era gone by donkey's years ago. Deep inside the forests of rural France, lies a mystic beauty that has its roots in the 12th century. Time has forgotten about this ancient chateau, and so has the owner due to too prohibitive costs for the upkeep of this bewitching historical property. It's now nothing more than than a gallon of rotten milk, expired in 1994, never looked after anymore and a victim of neglect ever since.
Everywhere scattered around, we find valuable historical artifacts, impeccably interesting antique furniture, rooms frozen in time, and personal memories. With some help, I was able to digitalize a few old family photo negatives found inside. The end result is leaving me absolutely speechless.
Between these old negative, are the original marriage photos dating 1973 of the couple that once resides here: Count Mathieu and Countess Helene. We can gradually see how they were prepared for the big day in their lives. On top of that, we find other precious memories of which we will not disclose too much sensitive information.
Today is the day, I will wake up this castle, that has been dormant for decades on end, and together, we'll bring it back to life, once again. The floors are a ticking timebomb and it will not last a coon's age until most of them will be leveled to the ground, solely leaving this castle a desolate ruin. That's why I'm creating a visual memory of this outstanding historical French landmark before another piece of history will be gone forever. Together we'll be one of the very last people to appreciate this place once again and give this exalted place the recognition it always deserved, but nonetheless never received any earlier.

Defeated guests turn into books, and the Library grows onward.
A good book will allow you to invite new guests with greater secrets.
Amass a collection of books and explore the secrets of the City.
And eventually, get your hands on…
The one singular, perfect book.
[Introduction to the Game]
“May you find your book in this place.”
Become the owner of the Library and receive your guests.

[A Library Battle Simulation]
Library of Ruina is a game that uses the concept of a “Library Battle Simulation”.
You will invite guests to the Library and engage in combat with them to gain 'Books' with their stories.
Battles are played with the 'Librarians' and the 'Guests' using cards and dice.
You can plan against the guests’ moves by looking at the cards they will use and select the most optimal card to oppose them.
When combat begins, how the dice from your chosen card fall will determine victory or defeat in the struggle.
However, the outcome of the dice is not simply determined by pure luck.
Certain effects and variables will shift the outcome of the dice for and against your favor.
Be sure to carefully choose which cards you utilize to win the battle with your guests.
Behold the outcome of your choices and how luck unfolds as your librarians and guests skirmish.
You can go through an exhilarating experience, putting it all on the line with thrills just like betting.
[Conflicts that Build Emotion]
Confrontation in the Library is not just about killing your enemies, it is about heightening emotions.
The emotions of the librarians and guests rise as the battle progresses, and as it grows fiercer and comes to a head, they will surge.
Depending on your librarian's feelings, positive outcomes or powerful effects with penalties can occur.
In addition, as the emotional tension of the guests grows, the difficulty of combat increases, yet at the same time, rarer books can be acquired.
Furthermore, dialogue can appear depending on the situation of the battle and will make one’s viewing experience of the match unfolding even more enjoyable.
[Books Can Be Anything]
A guest who dies in the Library will turn into a book.
These books can be a librarian's body, materials to grow the Library, or new cards for battle.
You can also use books as the parts of an invitation to bring forth another guest.
Invite different guests to acquire various books, then utilize them accordingly.
How you make use of your collection to grow the Library is up to you.
