The second season of The Fugitive originally aired Tuesdays at 10:00-11:00 pm (EST) on ABC from September 15, 1964 to April 20, 1965. The first volume of the season was released on Region 1 DVD on June 10, 2008. Volume 2 was released on March 31, 2009.
"The Fugitive' (later titled "I'm a Lonesome Fugitive" on the album) is a song recorded by American country music artist Merle Haggard, written by Liz Anderson and Casey Anderson (parents of country music singer Lynn Anderson). It was released in December 1966 as the first single and title track from the album I'm a Lonesome Fugitive. The song was Haggard's first number one hit on the U.S. country singles chart, spending one week at number one and fifteen weeks on the chart. The B-side, "Someone Told My Story", peaked at number 32 on the country chart.
Although not written by Haggard, the song became one of the most closely associated with the early part of his career, as it drew upon his then still-relatively recent prison term for burglary. Here, Haggard fills the shoes of an escaped convict, trying to live life on the run from the authorities. As a fugitive, he knows that trying to settle down or start a relationship are too risky -- either his new friends would tip off the authorities or would slow him down as the authorities catch up -- and is resigned to living a lonely life on the road as a "rolling stone" ("Down every road, there's always one more city/I'm on the run, the highway is my home").
Hollywood (/ˈhɒliwʊd/HOL-ee-wuud) is a neighborhood in the central region of Los Angeles, California. The neighborhood is notable for its place as the home of the U.S. film industry, including several of its historic studios. Its name has come to be a metonym for the motion picture industry of the United States. Hollywood is also a highly ethnically diverse, densely populated, economically diverse neighborhood and retail business district.
Hollywood was a small community in 1870 and was incorporated as a municipality in 1903. It officially merged with the city of Los Angeles in 1910, and soon thereafter a prominent film industry began to emerge, eventually becoming the most recognizable film industry in the world.
History
Early history and development
In 1853, one adobe hut stood in Nopalera (Nopal field), named for the Mexican Nopal cactus indigenous to the area. By 1870, an agricultural community flourished. The area was known as the Cahuenga Valley, after the pass in the Santa Monica Mountains immediately to the north.
"Hollywood", originally titled "Hollywood Is Dead", is a song by Canadian crooner Michael Bublé, released as the fifth and final single from his fourth studio album Crazy Love, and is the only from its re-release, The Hollywood Edition, which was released on October 25, 2010. "Hollywood" was released worldwide on September 7, 2010.
Background
Bublé described the song as being about his "tongue-in-cheek statement on the culture of celebrity," saying "People will do anything for their 15 minutes, and you have to remember who you are and why you wanted it. At the end of the day, you should be careful: You might get what you wish for." "Hollywood" was originally planned to be Crazy Love's third single and was reported to be released as a stand-alone single at a later date because the song did not fit the album thematically or stylistically. It debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at the fifty-fifth position, with 46,000 digital downloads in its first week. He performed "Hollywood" on The X Factor on October 31, 2010. He also performed the song on The Today Show on November 28 and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on December 12.
Village People is the self-titled first studio album by Village People, released on July 11, 1977. Its hit song "San Francisco (You've Got Me)" was a top 50 hit in the UK, peaking at #45.
History
Village People was the creation of Jacques Morali, a French composer. He had written a few dance tunes when he was given a demo tape recorded by singer/actor Victor Willis. Morali approached Willis and told him, "I had a dream that you sang lead on my album and it went very, very big". Willis agreed.
The album was a success, and demand for live appearances soon followed. Morali and his business partner, Henri Belolo (under the collaboration Can't Stop Productions), hastily built a group of dancers around Willis to perform in clubs and on Dick Clark's American Bandstand. As Village People's popularity grew, Morali, Belolo and Willis saw the need for a permanent 'group.' They took out an ad in a music trade magazine which read: "Macho Types Wanted: Must Dance And Have A Moustache."

Gerard and other police are hot on his trail, and even well-meaning civilians can cause his ruin. While running, Kimble constantly seeks the one armed man so he can prove his innocence. Viewers can certainly believe in his innocence, since in each episode he displays outstandingly good character, frequently putting himself at risk to help another person in need. The fact he must frequently travel puts Kimble in a variety of interesting situations involving people of all different characters from all stations of life. Although he no longer has a medical license, his skills as a doctor are often needed and play a role in the drama. The main character, Richard Kimble, is intelligent, modest, generous, honest, hard-working, strong and trustworthy. Attractive to the ladies, he has many romances throughout his travels, and is always honest with them about the fact he never sticks around one town too long. Yet, the nature of being a fugitive occasionally requires some dishonest and even violent conduct on his part, though never too violent. His adversary, Lieutenant Phillip Gerard feels responsible for Kimble's escape, and Kimble is never far from his mind. Gerard is intelligent, honest, and completely devoted to duty. He does not bother himself with the question of whether Kimble is innocent, because the courts declared him guilty, and it is Gerard's job to obey their orders. His shrewd detective skills often place Kimble in severe jeopardy. Kimble gets away at the end of every episode, sometime through his own efforts, sometimes through luck, and sometimes with the aid of a citizen, or even a policeman, who believes in Kimble's innocence or otherwise is impressed with his good deeds. The one armed man does not appear in many episodes, but is an evil presence throughout the series. When he does appear, he is ruthless, violent, and simple-minded, with good instincts for self-preservation. Like Kimble, he is a fugitive, having to run from the relentless pursuit of Kimble. Toward the end of the series he appears more often, and Kimble learns his name, Fred Johnson.

This tv series tells the story of Dr. Richard Kimble, who is wrongly accused of murdering his wife. Although he maintains his innocence, he is found guilty and sentenced to death. Dr. Kimble manages to escape a prisoner transport train that was delivering him to his place of execution. Relentlessly pursued by the well-meaning police lieutenant Philip Gerard, who handled the murder case and brought Dr. Kimble to justice is convinced of his guilt. Dr. Kimble, for his part, is now on the hunt for the real killer, a one-armed man whom he saw fleeing the house when he found his wife dead coming home.
Across America, Dr. Kimble's escape leads. He never rests and cannot fully trust anyone due to his perpetual fear of being discovered. Because of this, Dr. Kimble has to constantly use new identities and never stay in any one location for too long. And in addition to the support of friends, Kimble also meets strangers who help him in his adventurous search for the one-armed man.
Extra: On the day this pilot aired, possibly the most famous election in Iranian history took place, where the secular, pro-Shah New Iran Party won 140 of the 200 seats in the Iranian Majles. Also, famed German professor of both philosophy and psychology Dr. Eduard Spranger died in Tubingen, Germany.

Dr. Richard Kimble, a pediatrician in Stafford, Indiana, has an argument with his wife Helen and storms off.

Dr. Richard Kimble, a pediatrician in Stafford, Indiana, has an argument with his wife Helen and storms off. While returning his car almost hits a one armed man who darts out into the street from the vicinity of his home. Running into his home past the open front door, he sees Helen dead on the floor. Although innocent, he is tried and convicted for murder, and sentenced to death. Police Lieutenant Phillip Gerard is taking Kimble by train to prison to be executed, when the train derails and Kimble escapes. He travels from place to place, frequently changing his name, taking jobs where he can get them, usually menial, and ever on the alert lest he be recognized and captured. Lt.
OSCAR WINNER:Best Supporting Actor - Tommy Lee JonesNominated for seven Academy Awards, including "Best Picture," this 1993 box-office blockbuster is as compelling today as when it first stormed into theaters.Harrison Ford and Oscar-winner Tommy Lee Jones race through this breathless manhunt movie based on the classic television series of the Sixties. Ford is prison escapee Dr. Richard Kimble, a Chicago surgeon falsely convicted of killing his wife and determined to prove his innocence by leading his pursuers to the one-armed man who actually committed the crime. Jones, who also picked up the Golden Globe, is Sam Gerard, an unrelenting bloodhound of a U.S. Marshal. They are hunted and hunter. And as directed by Andrew Davis, their nonstop chase has one exhilarating speed: all-out. So catch him if you can. And catch an 11-on-a-scale-of-10 train wreck (yes, the train is real), a plunge down a waterfall, a cat-and-mouse jaunt through a Chicago St. Patrick's Day parade and much more. Better hurry. Dr. Richard Kimble doesn't stay in one place very long!
