Marrakesh or Marrakech (/məˈrækɛʃ/ or /ˌmærəˈkɛʃ/;Berber: Meṛṛakec, ⵎⴻⵕⵕⴰⴽⴻⵛ; Arabic:مراكش, Murrākuš) is a major city of Morocco. It is the fourth largest city in the country, after Casablanca, Rabat and Fes. It is the capital city of the mid-southwestern region of Marrakesh-Asfi. Located to the north of the foothills of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, Marrakesh is located 580km (360mi) southwest of Tangier, 327km (203mi) southwest of the Moroccan capital of Rabat, 239km (149mi) south of Casablanca, and 246km (153mi) northeast of Agadir.
Marrakesh is possibly the most important of Morocco's four formerimperial cities (cities that were built by Moroccan Berber empires). The region has been inhabited by Berber farmers since Neolithic times, but the actual city was founded in 1062 by Abu Bakr ibn Umar, chieftain and cousin of Almoravid king Yusuf ibn Tashfin. In the 12th century, the Almoravids built many madrasas (Koranic schools) and mosques in Marrakesh that bear Andalusian influences. The red walls of the city, built by Ali ibn Yusuf in 1122–1123, and various buildings constructed in red sandstone during this period, have given the city the nickname of the "Red City" or "Ochre City". Marrakesh grew rapidly and established itself as a cultural, religious, and trading centre for the Maghreb and sub-Saharan Africa; Jemaa el-Fnaa is the busiest square in Africa.
The third season of the American television comedy series Louie premiered on June 28, 2012 and concluded on September 27, 2012. It consisted of thirteen episodes, each running approximately 23 minutes in length. FX broadcast the third season on Thursdays at 10:30 pm in the United States. The season was produced by 3 Arts Entertainment and the executive producers were Louis C.K., Dave Becky and M. Blair Breard.
Louie was created by Louis C.K., who serves as the series' sole writer and director. C.K. stars as a fictionalized version of himself, a comedian and newly divorced father raising his two daughters in New York City. The show has a loose format atypical for television comedy series, consisting of largely unconnected storylines and segments (described as "extended vignettes") that revolve around Louie's life, punctuated by live stand-up performances.

The season received critical acclaim.
Plot
The series is loosely based on Louis C.K.'s life, showing him as a comic onstage, and depicting his life offstage as a newly divorced father of two girls. Each episode features either two stories that may or may not connect thematically, or a longer full-episode story (often consisting of numerous connected shorter pieces), all of which revolve around Louie. The pieces are interspersed with segments of C.K.'s stand-up comedy, usually performed in small New York comedy clubs, mainly the Comedy Cellar and Carolines in Manhattan. The stand-up in the show consists of original material recorded for the series, and is usually shot from the stage rather than from the more traditional audience perspective. Sometimes these comedy segments are integrated into the stories themselves, other times they simply serve to bookend them with a loosely connected topic. In Season 1, short awkward conversations between Louie and his therapist are also shown occasionally.
The fifth season of the American television comedy series Louie premiered on April 9, 2015, and concluded on May 28, 2015. It consists of eight episodes, each running approximately 23 minutes in length. FX broadcast the fifth season on Thursdays at 10:30 pm in the United States. The season was produced by 3 Arts Entertainment and the executive producers were Louis C.K., Dave Becky and M. Blair Breard.

Production
Louie was renewed by FX for a fifth season in July 2014 with a seven-episode order. When FX announced the season's premiere date in January 2015, it was announced the season would consist of eight episodes instead of thirteen or fourteen. In January 2015, Louis C.K. spoke about the writing and tone of the season, "This season is more laugh-centric and funny than season four. The feeling I was having when I wrote the season...was a goofy and playful feeling." The fifth season features the return of the opening credits and theme song, which were absent in the fourth season.
Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (/ˈstɛfəniːdʒɜːrməˈnɒtə/STEF-ə-neejur-mə-NOT-ə; born March 28, 1986), known professionally as Lady Gaga, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is known for her self-empowering messages, fashion, and live performances. Gaga initially performed in theater, appearing in high school plays, and studied at CAP21 through New York University's Tisch School of the Arts before dropping out to pursue a musical career. After leaving a rock band, participating in the Lower East Side's avant garde performance art circuit, and being dropped from a contract with Def Jam Recordings, Gaga worked as a songwriter for Sony/ATV Music Publishing. There, recording artist Akon noticed her vocal abilities and helped her to sign a joint deal with Interscope Records and his own KonLive Distribution.
Her debut album The Fame (2008) was a critical and commercial success that produced global chart-topping singles such as "Just Dance" and "Poker Face". A follow-up EP, The Fame Monster (2009), was met with a similar reception and released the successful singles "Bad Romance", "Telephone", and "Alejandro". Her second full-length album Born This Way was released in 2011, topping the charts in more than 20 countries, including the United States, where it sold over one million copies in its first week. The album produced the number-one single "Born This Way". Her third album Artpop, released in 2013, topped the US charts and included the successful single "Applause". In 2014, Gaga released a collaborative jazz album with Tony Bennett titled Cheek to Cheek, which became her third consecutive number one in the United States. For her work in the television series American Horror Story: Hotel, Gaga won a Golden Globe Award in 2016.

Next up in circling the Mediterranean in 40 days...Marrakesh, Morocco! It’s been 5 weeks and 5 countries since Sage and I left the US and we have made it to our final stop here in North Africa. This city is absolutely incredible- from the souks to the local food to the fashion and the history. We met up with Zineb, a local dancer and model, who showed us around and gave us an inside look into the creative scene found in Marrakesh.

For years, I've had a dream of circling the whole Mediterranean; not just the European coasts but also exploring the Middle East and North Africa. My sister, Sage, and I got to planning and together we are embarking on this adventure together. When we were looking at the travel space, it seemed that female creators still appear to be far outnumbered and local female stories are had to come by. With this in mind, we want to explore each location through the lens and experience of the local gals who live there to gain a better understanding of the culture, politics, and history of each region.

MARRAKESH, MOROCCO - Welcome to the thrilling city of Marrakesh, Morocco - and a Moroccan street food paradise. Today we’re eating our way through the old town - we’ll taste some of the most famous street foods and some things we find along the way. It’s going to be an exciting day of Moroccan street food in Marrakesh!
A huge thank you to Moroccan Food Tour (https://moroccanfoodtour.com/) for arranging my trip to Morocco!
Breakfast - We started with breakfast donuts - known as sfenj - the dough is made into a ring by hand and deep fried. I especially loved the ones that are flattened and then filled with an egg on the inside. Next we had bisarra - Moroccan fava bean soup, which was delicious.
Zaazaa - Next up we stopped in a fruit shop and had a deluxe avocado milkshake with all sorts of toppings.
Chez Omar Sandwich Mixte - One of the highlights was Chez Omar Sandwich Mixte who makes classic Moroccan fast food sandwiches made with a mix of meats and onions and coriander all sizzled in oil on a hot plate. It’s a Moroccan street food you have to eat when you’re in Marrakesh. And it costs just 15 MAD ($1.49 USD)!
Continuing with this street food tour, we had some refreshing pomegranate juice, Loubia - Moroccan stewed white beans, and did some olives tasting.
Chez Lamine - Nothing is more famous in Marrakesh than Chez Lamine for their Mechoui - Moroccan pit roasted lamb. It’s quite a scene with all the lambs roasting in an underground oven.
Restaurant Tiznit - Full of lamb we headed to the next restaurant to try a Rabbit Tagine - Rabbit and raisins slow cooked in a clay pan, and another must eat dish in Marrakesh; Beef Tangia - Beef and spices slow cooked in clay vase.
Finally we finished this Moroccan food tour with a bowl of special local yoghurt.
Thank you again to all my friends from Moroccan Food Tour (https://moroccanfoodtour.com/) who made this day possible.

Everything I use to film:
While I am on the go, I film with my iPhone 11 Pro Max on the Dji Mobile Osmo 3. This allows me to get super smooth shots. I combine that with the either the Saramonic lavalier mic or Rhode mic and use a mount to attach it to the gimbal.

When I film at my apartment, I use my iPhone Pro Max as the main camera and my Canon 6D with the 24-105 f/4 lens for B-roll and photos. For the overhead shots, I use an overhead camera rig to mount my Canon 6D and connect a camera monitor so I can view the shot. And when my camera is set up on the ground, I use a quick release tripod. For lighting, I use the Neewer ring light and for audio, the Saramonic lavalier mic or Rhode mic (Linked Above).

🇲🇦 Morocco Street Food in Casablanca: https://youtu.be/UPraU2V9ruk?si=EMkYQM0ArbNa3fyq
