Artifacts is an album by a collective trio consisting of Nicole Mitchell on flute and electronics, Tomeka Reid on cello and Mike Reed on drums, which was recorded in 2015 and released on 482 Music. The trio, which Tomeka Reid conceived for a concert in Seattle early in 2015, was formed to celebrate the legacy of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians during its 50th anniversary, interpreting compositions by some of its members.
Music
"Composition 23B" was composed by Anthony Braxton, originally from the album Quartet: Live at Moers Festival. "Jo Jar" is a composition by Roscoe Mitchell dedicated to Joseph Jarman, which was recorded by his Quartet in 1966 and released in 2011 in the album Before There Was Sound. Bernice, a piece written by Fred Anderson, is coupled with "Days Fly By with Ruby", a Jeff Parker's composition based off a Fred Anderson saxophone riff. "The Clowns" is a Leroy Jenkins's piece originally from the album Space Minds, New Worls, Survival of America. "Have Mercy on Us" is by Amina Claudine Myers, originally from the album Song for Mother E. "B.K." and "I'll Be Right Here Waiting" are two compositions by Steve McCall, originally from the albums Air Mail and Air Time. "Munkt Munk" is a Muhal Richard Abrams composition from his album Colors in Thirty-Third. "Light on the Path" was written by Edward Wilkerson, originally from the album Sideshow by the band 8 Bold Souls.
Artifacts is a 2007 horror film by Belgian directors Giles Dadust and Emmanuel Jespers. It was released in the United States by Lionsgate films.
Plot
Kate is a workaholic with a failing relationship with her boyfriend. One night after falling asleep she dreams of one of her friends being thrown from a building by an unseen assailant. The police come to her the next day and reveal to her that her friend has, in fact, died. Kate, for a moment begins to wonder if she is responsible. She then realizes that it was not she who killed her friend, but her friend's double. One by one Kate's friends are hunted downed and killed with strange 'artifacts' removed from their bodies by their attackers. Kate then teams up with her boyfriend in hopes that they can escape the same fate.
Accolades
Released in the US under Lionsgate DVDs, Artifacts has very little (if any) fanfare. A trailer was created and was printed on most of Lionsgate's then current releases, but it does not say much about the film. Artifacts does, however, sport four film festival awards. These include: 'Official Selection at the Hollywood Film Festival', 'Winner of the Platinum Award at the Worldfest Houston International Independent Film Festival', 'Official Selection at the Brussels International Festival of Fantastic Film', and 'Official Selection at Fantasporto'.
"Games" is the fourth episode of the first season of seaQuest DSV. It originally aired on October 3, 1993.
Plot synopsis
The seaQuest evacuates an icy prison whose population consists of a warden and his lone prisoner, the biochemist and war criminal Dr. Rubin Zellar. Zellar is (supposedly) being kept cryogenically frozen during transport, while the warden is shown around the ship and begins to get along with Dr. Westphalen.
Crew members soon discover that the body in the stasis chamber is the warden, who was killed by Dr. Zellar. Zellar is captured easily, but escapes and holds the crew hostage with a biological agent he smuggled aboard. He threatens to release the agent unless Captain Bridger and Commander Ford destroy the UEO headquarters at Pearl Harbor.
Meanwhile, Lucas Wolenczak has been trying to access the UEO's files on Zellar, at the request of Bridger. He discovers that Dr. Westphalen's brother was among the many people murdered by Zellar. Bridger and Ford fire the missiles, but since they had removed the warheads earlier, no damage was done. Before they can arrest Zellar, Westphalen walks in, pointing a weapon at Zellar. After exchanging a few words with Zellar she pulls out a vial filled with a liquid and tells him that he deserves to die in the same way that he killed. She throws it on him, but it turns out the liquid was non-toxic.
"Games" is a song performed by American bro-country artist Luke Bryan from his seventh extended play Spring Break...Checkin' Out (2015). It written by Bryan and Ashley Gorley. First released to digital retailers on February 24, 2015 as the first promotional single off the EP, the song later received airplay on country radio.
Content
"Games" is a mid-tempo country song about the frustration of people that the narrator cares about "playing games" rather than being upfront about their feelings. The song has been praised by critics such as Bob Paxman at Country Weekly for departing from the "party" theme of Bryan's spring break releases and dealing maturely with the topic.
Commercial reception
Despite not being officially promoted as a radio single by his label, "Games" was the ninth-most-added song on country radio for the week of March 16, 2015. "Games" debuted on the US BillboardHot Country Songs chart at number 25 and on the BillboardCanadian Hot 100 chart at number 46 for the week of March 14, 2015. It also debuted from unsolicited airplay for the week of March 21, 2015, at number 57 on the US BillboardCountry Airplay chart. "Games" entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number 97 for the week of March 28, 2015. The song has sold 293,000 copies in the US as of August 2015.
The 1992 Summer Olympic Games (Spanish: Juegos Olímpicos de Verano de 1992; Catalan: Jocs Olímpics d'estiu de 1992), officially known as the Games of the XXV Olympiad, was an internationalmulti-sport event played in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in 1992. Beginning in 1994, the International Olympic Committee decided to hold the games in alternating even-numbered years; as a result, the 1992 Summer Olympics were the last competition to be staged in the same year as the Winter Olympics. The games were the first to be unaffected by boycotts since 1972.

The organization uses social marketing and technical interventions to address threats like overfishing, deforestation and unsustainable agricultural practices. Rare’s work is founded on the belief that most of the threats faced by the environment are the result of human behavior, and that changing human behavior requires appealing to people using both rational and emotional arguments and removing any barriers that might prevent change.
History
Rare was founded on January 1, 1973 by David Hill. The organization was originally headquartered at the offices of the National Audubon Society in New York before joining the World Wildlife Fund in the 1980s. In 1987, Rare returned to being an independent entity.
Currently headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, in the United States, Rare also has offices in the Philippines, Indonesia, China, Brazil, Mozambique, Mexico and Micronesia. Rare has worked with communities and local partners in 56 countries to design and deliver its signature "Pride campaigns", which aim to change behaviors and promote scalable resource use solutions.

A Longplay SeaQuest DSV!
This game is good, but playing it all in one day felt very much like a chore since it took me the whole Saturday to do. And I swear I encounted a bug you can find towards the end where one of the enemy subs just decides to surface instead of engaging in combat! Weird and hilarious.
I don't have much more than that to say about it. The final boss is a walking piece of bs though. I took one look at the insane bombardment and immediately concoted a plan to cheese him. Looks like a nightmare to try and beat in any 'legit' sense of the word. After all it's faster, a lot more durable than anything you have, and more firepower that you could put out, and it can traverse the sea in all directions.

The game also has certain " Gotcha! " traps that feel pretty cheap. Placing cannons right in the path you are most likely to travel in. Having to continually go back and forth to switch tool for the job at hand became very tiresome. While they state in interviews they were inspired by the Lost Vikings, well, that game did it better.
Even though it seems like I've done nothing but complaining here, I did enjoy my time with it and I wholeheartedly recommend it! I never tire of hearing the SeaQuest theme unlike the TNG tunes of Echoes of Future Past. SeaQuest DSV is also a true case of both versions of the game has it's pros and cons just like RoboCop vs The Terminator so you can't go wrong picking either one!

SeaQuest DSV was a TV-series and if you ask me, it was very underrated as Season 1 is a most fantastic season. Season 2 however, was utter garbage and made me write my first IMDB review. While Season 3 was moderately better ( known as SeaQuest 2032 ).
This is a really funny and good game, and you really get the feeling that you are the captain of the SeaQuest. It just feels really good to play this game.
