Superfly is a Japanese rock act that debuted on April 4, 2007. Formerly a duo, the act now consists solely of lyricist and vocalist Shiho Ochi with former guitarist Kōichi Tabo still credited as the group's composer and part-time lyricist. Superfly's first two studio albums have been certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan, and their four albums (the third being classified as a "single" by the group) all debuted at the top of the Oricon's Weekly Album Charts, a first for a female recording artist in Japan in over seven years.
History
2003–2006: Formation
Shiho Ochi(越智 志帆,Ochi Shiho) met Kōichi Tabo(多保 孝一,Tabo Kōichi) in 2003 while they were students at Matsuyama University. They were both members of a music circle that covered songs by Finger 5 and the Rolling Stones. In 2004, the group formed the blues band "Superfly", naming themselves after Curtis Mayfield's song "Superfly". The group disbanded in 2005, with only Ochi and Tabo remaining when they went to Tokyo to seek out a label.
Superfly is the debut studio album by Japanese band Superfly released on May 14, 2008. Approximately 391,182 copies have been sold in Japan and is certified Double Platinum by the RIAJ for the shipment of 500,000 copies. On the iTunes Store, a special remix of "Manifesto" by Ram Rider was included.
Superfly debuted at number 1 on the Oricon's weekly album charts; the last time a female artist had their first album debut at number 1 was Tina's Colorado in 1999.
In the original Final Fight he aides his friend Cody as well as Metro City Mayor Mike Haggar in rescuing Jessica, who is Haggar's daughter and Cody's girlfriend. Guy was excluded from the SNES version of the game, but a special version replacing Cody with Guy was also released. While he is not a playable character in the sequel Final Fight 2, Guy factors into the storyline as his girlfriend and her father are captured. Guy returned to the Final Fight series as selectable character in Final Fight 3. He also appears in Final Fight: Streetwise, but is not playable in the game's story mode. His sister-in-law is Maki Genryusai, who was introduced as one of the protagonists of Final Fight 2.
The game's story centers on four youths whose parents were killed during an army invasion by the empire of Palamecia, who are using hellspawn to conquer the world. Three of the four main characters join a rebellion against the empire, embarking on missions to gain new magic and weapons, destroy enemy superweapons, and rescue leading members of the resistance. The Game Boy Advance remake adds a bonus story after the game is completed.

Before Bonnaroo became Bonnaroo, it was just a couple of guys standing in an open Tennessee field with a crazy idea ... So, Capps and the Superfly guys combined the working elements of MountainOasis with a large headlining band.
He echoed that sentiment on 'Superfly, saying, 'All these guys, when they get done it's like you're just kinda here man,' while holding up his arm up in the middle of the camera.
They sent an army helicopter to take me to Woodstock, or at least an army-style helicopter ... “Goddamn”. I said to myself. “Goddamn. What the fuck is this?” So many people, an ocean of them without any land for miles ... Damn ... Superfly guy … Sly Stone in 1978 ... .
The latter happens in the action-packed climax, when the good guys defeat the mutated and monstrous villain Superfly (Ice Cube) ...Jimmy Donaldson) voices a character called "Times Square Guy," who interacts with Splinter in an early "TMNT" scene.

April and the guys hatch a plan to make the ninja turtles into heroes and thereby making humans, who normally fear and despise mutants, love them ...Someone calls the guys “Little Shreks,” and the tag sticks.
turtles, ooze, a rat that teaches them martial arts, and some bad guys that need to get beat up by ninjas ...Ice Cube as the villain Superfly is also perfectly cast ... of Superfly, leading to the conflict.
Ice Cube voices the villainous Superfly in the upcoming 2023 new movie release and, with that, he’s seemingly been able to get in touch with the lore surrounding the iconic characters.
They’re in that awkward-but-fun-loving teen phase, getting into trouble, daydreaming about girlfriends, and looking for social acceptance — which bad guy Superfly, voiced by Ice Cube (and channeling Ice-T here), offers them.
This time, however, they’re facing off against Superfly (Ice Cube), who seems like a riff on Baxter Stockman from the original comics / cartoons but with a bit more street cred ... lead bad guy.
