Xian Sheng delivered a speech at the recent Annual Dinner and AGM of the Malaysia Heavy Construction Equipment Owners' Association (PAJPBM). He has been the Founder and Chairman of the association since January 1991 and took on the role of President in 1996. In his speech, he discussed the sales launch of two 25-story blocks, comprising a total of 500 condominium units. He raised questions about how the developer, lacking a housing development license and failing to secure the required building plan approval (BA) and development order (DO), could proceed with its construction.
He further inquired whether it was Ting Chew Peh or Mahathir Mohammad who was blind. (Ting Chew Peh was the Minister of Housing and Local Government, and Mahathir Mohammad was the Prime Minister at that time.) How co...

Raja Petra, the compulsive liar says Bigdogdotcom. Lying for money, money, money-lah.
Failing which, either proves the point of him being a compulsive liar or he would make up more excuses to ‘cover for’ the lies, one after another, habitually. From where I am standing, Raja Petra is an incurable habitual liar, just like one of my commenter said. He needs to continue to lie, to ensure that his previous lies are continuously believable by gullible alternative media addicts. Then again, he is just practicing William Shakespeare’s “The bigger the lie is, the more people will believe in it”. This is an art of techno-propaganda, some must have skill set of cyber-anarchist.
Raja Petra told me a lot of himself, these past three years. Now, I am beginning to doubt of there is any shred of truth in any of those, especially I now realized that his ability to lie. I am now beginning ...

Singapore's Hospital Drama Queen - Conclusion
26 October 2023. The courtroom was packed with media workers and curious men of all ages yesterday, according to Mothership. Hospital drama queen Han Feizi’s fans and haters gathered to see the outcome of her case. This time, there is of course no drama.
A supposedly classless, socialist society like China is ironically, one of the most class conscious in the world. Arrogance is a sign of wealth and power. Courtesy is a sign of weakness and poverty. It may surprise some of you, but most well-off people in China do look down on people like security officers and healthcare workers. There is even a well-documented phenomenon called But when these folks end up in court, they know better than to taunt the judge. Apart from being a public nuisance, using abusive language on public servan...

(Ting Chew Peh was the Minister of Housing and Local Government, and Mahathir Mohammad was the Prime Minister at that time.) How could two 25-storey buildings with 500 condominium units be allowed to be constructed in Malaysia when the developer does not have a development license and did not obtain a building plan approval? Furthermore, it was sold out even though the developer was not issued an advertising permit to advertise in newspapers.
Once more, he inquired whether he was correct in stating that either Ting Chew Peh or Mahathir Mohammad was blind on this matter. He went on to clarify why he claimed that Ting Chew Peh was blind. He asserted that Ting Chew Peh is blind because he failed to see two towering condominiums that were illegally constructed under his jurisdiction as the Minister of Housing and Local Government. It was a coincidence that Xian Sheng stumbled upon this information while conducting his own research.
Mahathir is blind because he blindly selected Ting Chew Peh to fill this ministerial post. Mahathir should choose a qualified candidate for this important position. Similarly, Mahathir blindly chose Fong Chan Onn as Minister of Human Resources.
Xian Sheng mentioned his court case, in which he sued Fong Chan Onn for defamation. (Fong Chan Onn had falsely accused Xian Sheng of preposterous charges, including disloyalty to the country, sedition, inciting racial tensions with the bumiputras, attempting to create hostility between the governments of Singapore and Malaysia, criminal trespass, and manipulating the majority of the approximately 30,000-strong Chinese community who participated in the World Chinese Conference in Mauritius in April 1992.) During questioning, Xian Sheng informed the Judge that either Fong Chan Onn did not understand English, as he evidently failed to grasp the speech delivered by Xian Sheng during the World Chinese Conference, or that he was a liar. As the questioning continued, Xian Sheng reiterated for the second time that either Fong Chan Onn did not understand English or that he was a liar. Upon the second mention, the Judge openly expressed his displeasure, creating a commotion. However, Xian Sheng asserted that he could not retract his statement, and the only available course of action was to advise Fong Chan Onn to file a lawsuit against him in response.
Xian Sheng remembered an earlier court case when Liew Peng Kwai willingly admitted to being guilty of being a member of an unlawful society. He was subsequently fined RM1,000 for this admission. When the court inquired for further details, he explained he feared that if he and others attempted to leave the movement, they would face harassment and threats of assault. (The four who admitted to being guilty and subsequently fined RM1,00 each are Liew Peng Kwai, Chan Soo Khean, Maureen Lee and Chee Thong Yew)
Xian Sheng tried to sue Liew Peng Kwai for the statement made in court. However, the court denied him, citing that Liew Peng Kwai was granted 'absolute privilege,' rendering him immune from legal liability for making defamatory statements during judicial proceedings. Unsurprisingly, Liew Peng Kwai, who had been found guilty and fined, was subsequently promoted to the position of Head Master at a school. This illustrated that the courts played favoritism by granting 'absolute privilege' to those they like, while those they dislike do not enjoy such legal protection.
Fortunately, Xian Sheng's claim that Fong Chan Onn is a liar has been supported by a recent article published in the Chinese newspaper, Sin Chew Jit Poh, which highlighted Fong Chan Onn's manipulation of facts. This affirms the accuracy of Xian Sheng's characterisation of Fong Chan Onn as a liar in court.
Despite the widespread prevalence of lies in all sectors of government, institutions, and society, Xian Sheng emphasised that Baitiangong followers must not tell lies. What is important is that if we make an error, we should acknowledge it and offer an apology. That is all that is required.

I am now beginning to think, his life (as he told me) was a sordid figment of his own wild imaginations.

Raja Petra’s compulsion to lie, is perpetual. In his latest posting, “Open letter to the Minister of Information, Communications and Culture, Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim”, he alleged that I called him on 5 September 2008 that the Special Branch would arrest him.
The truth is that, I have not called or spoken to Raja Petra for a long time. Even at the time when he was picked up for investigation for seditions, I already no longer have his phone number.
On top of that, it was a very busy that Friday. In fact, I was busy the whole week. As a Head of Business Development and Marketing (who is also Head of Corporate Communications) of a financial services firm, I had few important proposals to deliver within the month. By end of office day that Friday, I was already on the way to Alor Setar, braving the torrential rain, during fasting time. I would not have time to talk to bloggers, especially people like Raja Petra.
Why would the Special Branch tell me information that Raja Petra is on the arrest list? Especially they know that I am a blogger as well. In fact, on the day Raja Petra was arrested, I was in Singapore on official business. By the time the Sin Chew Jit Poh journalist was arrested in Penang, I was on the way to Changi International, to catch a flight back homw. Then I checked in and switched off my phone. When I arrived in KLIA, it was Maghrib. So I did my prayers first. By the time I switched my phone on, which right after iftar (since it was Ramadhan), there had been at least 22 missed calls. Most of it from journalists I know. Then one call came through. Rumour has it, the Police was looking for me, after Raja Petra and the Sin Chew journalist. Then more calls come in, asking me whether I am alright or already under Police custody.
By the time DAP Seputeh MP Theresa Kok was picked up, there exist a strong rumour about “a list of 12 bloggers wanted in by the Special Branch, for investigations”. And BigDog was on that list!
How could I be a Special Branch informant, if I am also a ‘target’, on the same ‘list’ as Raja Petra? Shouldn’t the Special Branch be ‘taking care’ of their informants, especially those who are ‘important enough to be passed a copy of an SD alleging the wife of the Deputy Prime Minister and two serving army Col.s in association of a murder of a foreign national”, instead of hunting them down and hauling them up?

ABOUT MASTER LOUIS
Master Louis Loh first approached Chinese Metaphysics in the age of 19; with a Degree of Business & Administration in hand, he was headhunt by a multinational company and then promoted to regional manager of China & Malaysia within a short period with his remarkable performance.
He was required to travel intensively around Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China due to his job nature. Under such circumstances he got more opportunities to learn about Chinese Metaphysics from several renowned Feng Shui Masters across the sea. After studied Chinese Metaphysics for so many years, he decided to quit his high paying and up rolling career, converting his personal interest and passion into his lifetime profession.
These days, he is the appointed consultant and speaker for multinational corporate such as SP Setia, Mah Sing Group, Citibank, HSBC Bank, OCBC Bank, Hewlett Package, Plenitude, NV Alliance, UEM Group and mega projects such as Iskandar Project and Casino Development and the list go on. His problem solving, critical thinking and result oriented approach made him a popular demand among millionaires, developers, tycoons and media in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
On top of that, he is featured on-air frequently as a regular guest for various topics related to Feng Shui, Astrology, Face Reading and BaZi on Malaysia largest TV stations – Media Prima and radio networks such as NTV7, 8TV, 988Fm, OneFm, and AiFm. Master Louis Loh is also a hotcake for printed media, frequently chosen interviewee and regular columnist for The Star, New Strait Times, Sin Chew Jit Poh, China Press, Guang Ming Daily and Shang Hai Business Magazine. What's more fascinating is that Master Louis Loh is the bestselling author for Feng Shui and Astrology books in Mandarin that often sold out in every local bookstore.
He is one of the few in the world that proficient in Yin Feng Shui with genuine on site experiences as well as being able to deliver in both Mandarin and English languages that clearly demonstrate his uniqueness. His bilingual ability clearly distinguishes him from other sole language spoken practitioners and masters in the field. His enlightening and enchanted approach delivers in every appearance and engagement assuring him to be the first choice of exclusive speaker in various major events. Whenever he goes, he will be the jewel that sparkles among celebrities, public figures and VIPs.
Feng Shui Gateway Academy and Consultancy was then established after years of real life and practical experiences, Master Louis Loh educates hundreds of students from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China on the philosophies of Feng Shui.
The Star、New Strait Times、星洲日报、中国报、光明日报、南洋商報、光華日報、商海商業雜誌等。

Apart from being a public nuisance, using abusive language on public servants, assaulting a security officer and harassment, Miss Han Feizi was also charged for violating terms of her work permit which she applied for after her student pass application had been rejected. She had applied to work as a clerk at a company called KDL Elements but in reality, she has been working as a freelance hostess. An employee at KDL (which is actually a bar) told reporters from Sin Chew Jit Poh that he has seen her at the bar but she also worked elsewhere.
In court yesterday, Han Feizi pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 5 weeks in prison and a fine of $600.

USA vs Malaysia Flag - Why Similar Flags? 🇺🇸🇲🇾
Transcript: This is the flag of Malaysia, and here’s the flag of the United States. Notice anything similar? Both flags feature red and white stripes with a blue square in the top left corner, but how did these two countries end up with such identical flags?
Well, The United States was the first to adopt this flag design in 1777. The red and white stripes represent the original 13 colonies, whereas, the 13 encircled stars showed unity. Over time, as more states joined the Union, additional stars were added until there were 50 stars in total representing every state in the country.
Fast forward to 1947, Malaysia was nearing its independence and organized a nationwide competition to design its new flag, where the winning design was inspired by the British East India Company's flag and inc...

Fast forward to 1947, Malaysia was nearing its independence and organized a nationwide competition to design its new flag, where the winning design was inspired by the British East India Company's flag and incorporated elements from the U.S. flag.
It featured 11 red and white stripes, with a blue canton containing a yellow crescent and an 11-point star, representing Islam and the unity of its states. After independence, the flag was later updated to represent all 14 of Malaysia’s states.
