"Booty" is a song recorded by American entertainer Jennifer Lopez for her eighth studio album, A.K.A. (2014). It was written and produced by Cory Rooney, Lopez, and Benny Medina, with additional writing from Chris Brown, Asia Bryant, Pitbull, Diplo, Lewis D. Gittus, Tedra Renee Wilson, and Danny Omerhodic. "Booty" samples "Dat a Freak", a song by Diplo and Swick, and it features Lopez's frequent collaborator Pitbull. It was released as the third single from the album on September 23, 2014. Initially entitled "Big Booty", the song was first rejected by Lopez who did not like the idea of having a song with a title like that. However, after playing the demo for her kids, they enjoyed the track and Lopez was convinced to record the track.
"Booty" is a dance track, with middle eastern vibe, heavy percussion and Oriental keyboard riff, while its lyrics portrait Lopez inviting girls to the dancefloor to have a good time and dance, while shaking their buttocks. The song received generally favorable reviews from music critics, with many complimenting the song's fun nature, the dance environment and Pitbull's appearance, but a few dismissed its concept. Commercially, "Booty" performed moderately worldwide. It became a top twenty hit in the United States, charting at number eighteen on the US BillboardHot 100, and entered the top forty in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, among other music markets.
Shot is a collective term for small balls or pellets, often made of lead. These were the original projectiles for shotguns and are still fired primarily from shotguns, although shot shells are available in many pistol calibers in a configuration called "bird shot" or "rat-shot". Lead shot is also used for a variety of other purposes such as filling cavities with dense material for weight/balance. Some versions may be plated with other metals. Lead shot was originally made by pouring molten lead through screens into water, forming what was known as "swan shot", and, later, more economically mass-produced at higher quality using a shot tower. The Bliemeister method has supplanted the shot tower method since the early 1960s.
Manufacture
Producing lead shot from a shot tower was pioneered by William Watts of Bristol who adapted his house on Redcliffe Way by adding a three-storey tower and digging a shaft under the house through the caves underneath to achieve the required drop. The process was patented in 1782. The process was later brought above ground through the building of shot towers.
Shot is an album by the band The Jesus Lizard, its first release on Capitol Records. Impressed by his work on the album Houdini by Melvins, the band hired producer GGGarth to record Shot. Of note on this album is the very different production of David Yow's vocals, which are now much clearer and higher in the mix than on previous recordings. Bassist David Wm. Sims has cited this as his favorite record by the Jesus Lizard.
This is the first studio album by the band that was not produced by Steve Albini. It has been widely held that Steve Albini refused to work with the band because they had signed to a major label, although Albini himself denied this in comments made to a review of the 2009 reissue of the Touch and Go catalog that appears on the Paste Magazine web site.

The metropolitan area, which consists of the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area, Thủ Dầu Một, Biên Hòa, Vũng Tàu and surrounding towns, is populated by more than 9 million people, making it the most populous metropolitan area in Vietnam. The city's population is expected to grow to 13.9 million in 2025.
Saigon is a 1948 film starring Alan Ladd and Veronica Lake in their fourth and final film together. It was distributed by Paramount Pictures and was one of the last films Veronica Lake made under her contract with the studio. Ladd and Lake made four films together; This Gun for Hire and The Glass Key, both in 1942, The Blue Dahlia in 1946 and Saigon. While the earlier films all proved to be big box office successes, Saigon did not do as well financially. Ladd continued to remain one of Paramount's top male stars, while Lake's career was in decline. By the end of 1948 her contract with Paramount had expired and the studio chose not to renew it.
For Ladd, Saigon was one of a series of globe-trotting adventure tales he made, starting with Two Years Before the Mast (1946) and Calcutta (1947).
Plot
World War II has ended and Major Larry Briggs (Alan Ladd) finds out that his friend Captain Mike Perry (Douglas Dick) has only two months to live due to a head injury. Larry and Sergeant Pete Rocco (Wally Cassell) are determined to show Mike a good time before he dies. For a $10,000 fee, Larry takes a flying job working for Alex Maris (Morris Carnovsky) a profiteer. Everything is set until Maris' secretary Susan Cleaver (Veronica Lake) shows up to board the aircraft. Mike falls for Susan and Larry convinces her to play along but she has fallen in love with Larry.

It's super important that you THINK about your glutes during every second of those 15min and try to make them BURN. Means you try to
1) squeeze your butt for every repetition
2) move your leg with the "strength" of your glutes and not by swinging
3) don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e.g. the lower point of a glute bridge), but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze "even more" at the upper point of the motion.

▸ different FEET POSITIONS, so we train the side parts of our glutes & inner thighs. Switching positions is always a good option to hit the muscles form all angles.
▸ ACTIVE RESTS by holding certain positions. It burns like hell, so it's not so much of a "rest" :D
▸ ending the workout with 4 min of GLUTE BRIDGES. Focussing more on the backside of our body = more focus on booty and hamstring, less about the front of the thighs.

It's super important that you THINK about your glutes during every second of those 15min and try to make them BURN. Means you try to
1) squeeze your butt for every repetition
2) move your leg with the "strength" of your glutes and not by swinging
3) don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e.g. the lower point of a glute bridge), but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze "even more" at the upper point of the motion.

If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling! The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

Working on that round bubble butt from all angles!
▸ Adding lots of PULSES to increase tension & make it harder for the booty muscles.
▸ different FEET POSITIONS, so we train the side parts of our glutes & inner thighs. Switching positions is always a good option to hit the muscles form all angles.
▸ ACTIVE RESTS by holding certain positions. It burns like hell, so it's not so much of a "rest" :D
▸ ending the workout with 4 min of GLUTE BRIDGES. Focussing more on the backside of our body = more focus on booty and hamstring, less about the front of the thighs.
♥︎ Your stuck with me for those 10 minutes anyways .. so make sure you use them wisely:

1ST PART: similar to my 10min Sixpack Workout :) trains your abs from all angles. Also really focussing on lower abs & obliques here!
2ND PART: combination of ab & booty exercises.
3RD PART: ultimate booty burnout!!! Think about your booty muscles all the time to have the best mind-muscle connection. This is extremely knee friendly and doesn't involve any work of your quads. So we only get booty & hamstring gains right here :)
You don't need any equipment or weights. The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing. There are two 1min rests in between. If you need to pause longer - feel free to do so. If you don't need a break - skip them!

PS: THINK ABOUT YOUR BUTT MUSCLES. Imagine how they give you the strength for every movement. How they lift your hip on during a glute bridge, how they squeeze during the fire hydrants, how they hold the tension (piece of paper between the butt cheeks - you know the deal), and so on. It makes a huge difference!

Adding a resistance band is definitely helpful to put more focus on the booty. I can especially recommend it, if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don't have a booty band yet - don't worry! You can still do this workout :)
If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

a "knee friendly" Leg Workout, that doesn't involve the standard exercises (squats, lunges, ..). If you have bad joints or suffer from knee pain - this workout could work for you! ♥︎ / Anzeige
It's super important that you THINK about your glutes during every second of those 15min and try to make them BURN. Means you try to
1) squeeze your butt for every repetition
2) move your leg with the "strength" of your glutes and not by swinging
3) don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e.g. the lower point of a glute bridge), but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze "even more" at the upper point of the motion.

Working on that round bubble butt from all angles!
▸ Adding lots of PULSES to increase tension & make it harder for the booty muscles.
▸ different FEET POSITIONS, so we train the side parts of our glutes & inner thighs. Switching positions is always a good option to hit the muscles form all angles.
▸ ACTIVE RESTS by holding certain positions. It burns like hell, so it's not so much of a "rest" :D
▸ ending the workout with 4 min of GLUTE BRIDGES. Focussing more on the backside of our body = more focus on booty and hamstring, less about the front of the thighs.
♥︎ Your stuck with me for those 10 minutes anyways .. so make sure you use them wisely:
1. It's super important that you THINK about your glutes during every second and try to make them BURN. Make sure you don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e.g. the lower point of a glute bridge), but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze "even more" at the upper point of the motion.
2. For all Squats + Glute Bridges: make sure to always push through your HEELS (back of your feet) on your way up. This puts more focus on the booty.
3. Also try to keep your knees behind your toes when you squat down. This is more friendly for the knee joint.

1ST PART: similar to my 10min Sixpack Workout :) trains your abs from all angles. Also really focussing on lower abs & obliques here!
2ND PART: combination of ab & booty exercises.
3RD PART: ultimate booty burnout!!! Think about your booty muscles all the time to have the best mind-muscle connection. This is extremely knee friendly and doesn't involve any work of your quads. So we only get booty & hamstring gains right here :)
You don't need any equipment or weights. The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing. There are two 1min rests in between. If you need to pause longer - feel free to do so. If you don't need a break - skip them!

We put a huge focus on our BOOTY, trying to not include a lot of thigh work. This way we isolate the glute muscles, learn to use them properly & grow less of our thighs.

PS: THINK ABOUT YOUR BUTT MUSCLES. Imagine how they give you the strength for every movement. How they lift your hip on during a glute bridge, how they squeeze during the fire hydrants, how they hold the tension (piece of paper between the butt cheeks - you know the deal), and so on. It makes a huge difference!

Adding a resistance band is definitely helpful to put more focus on the booty. I can especially recommend it, if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don't have a booty band yet - don't worry! You can still do this workout :)
