How I Bought a House for $1,000! (Sedalia, Missouri)
I found a house for ONLY $1,000 in Sedalia, Missouri - a town with a population of under 22,000 people. It's a home that needs a bunch of work done to it, but for the price we acquired it for, there's really no losing in a situation like this. Investing outside of your market can be a great idea! How much do you think a house like this would cost to fix up & sell for?
Deals like this are extremely rare to come by, but if you keep an eye out, you might find someone as generous as these people are, and it could serve as a great start to real estate investing. If you treat people properly, you never know what could happen! I hope you enjoy & learn something, thanks for watching!
