b-flat (full name: b-flat Acoustic Music & Jazzclub) is a jazz club in Berlin, Germany.
Overview
The b-flat was launched in 1995 by musician brothers Jannis Zotos and Thanassis Zotos and the actor André Hennecke. From 1997 on Joerg Zieprig has been responsible for booking. The club is located near Hackescher Markt at Rosenthaler Strasse 13. It is open every night and has become an inherent part of the Berlin jazz scene. Local as well as internationally renowned musicians play jazz music of all different styles. On Wednesday nights there is a regular weekly jam session hosted by bass player Robin Draganic who is joined by varying guests.
Gillis, a prolific composer, had already written five symphonies when he embarked on this work's composition. He stated that he originally set out to write his sixth symphony, but found that the music emerged so light-hearted in character that rather than give the symphony a conventional number he elected to publish it as no. 5½.
The work is in four movements, the titles being punning references to the usual forms found in corresponding movements of "serious" symphonies.
Swan Songs is the debut album by Hollywood Undead, released through Octone Records and Polydor Records. The album was released on September 2, 2008. "Everywhere I Go" was the first single to be released, it was a web single and was available for download only on iTunes. The band released four music videos for four songs on the album, "No.5", "Undead", "Young", and "Everywhere I Go" When purchased through Amazon.com and at some other retailers, the album includes a bonus track and an option to unlock music videos.Swan Songs is the only studio album to feature vocalist Deuce, excluding the half-studio album Desperate Measures.
Overview
Swan Songs was supposed to be released on the band's original label, MySpace Records in 2007, however it was postponed by the record label when they requested to have some of the songs removed and others censored. The band declined and switched labels to Octone which wouldn't require them to censor their songs. The album peaked at #22 on the Billboard 200 and sold 21,000 copies on its debut week.Swan Songs was released by Polydor Records on May 18, 2009 in the United Kingdom with two bonus tracks. After 64 weeks, the album fell off of the BillboardTop 200, but returned four weeks later at #154. Swan Songs ended up spending 82 weeks in total on the Billboard 200. In 2009, it was certified gold by the RIAA. On January 18, 2013, it reached the Platinum sales mark.
A flat shot in tennis is made by striking the ball at a neutral level. Unlike the backspin and topspin the ball is hit with a swipe at neutral level. This effect is created by driving through the ball to push it forward rather than brushing up or down the back creating spin. The shot is commonly used for power and helps quicken the pace on the ball during play.
Uses of the Flat Shot
Flat shots have many applications in tennis, particularly on the serve.
The flat serve is most often used for a first serve, due to its speed and little room for error. Most flat serves fly straight through the air and bounce relatively medium-low in comparison to other types of serves. They are characterized by their speed and placement. A good flat serve should be aimed along the center of the court, where the net is lowest, in order to maximize chances of landing the serve. Although the placement of this serve is generally the same, its speed at arrival is often used to generate aces or service winners. Many professional players utilize strong flat serves, such as Robin Söderling and Andy Roddick.
Schubert is a lunarimpact crater that lies near the eastern limb of the Moon's near side. The crater is located to the northwest of the Mare Smythii, and southwest of the prominent crater Neper. Nearly attached to the southern rim is the crater Back.
Schubert is a nearly circular crater formation that has not suffered significant erosion from subsequent impacts, and retains a well-defined rim. The interior surface is generally flat, a few low hills near the center.
Satellite craters
By convention these features are identified on lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater midpoint that is closest to Schubert.
The following craters have been renamed by the IAU.

Line Riders - Beethoven's 5th
I spent over 3 months synchronizing a line rider track to Beethoven's 5th drawing everything by hand.
Any time a character leaves the screen they are being directed by unseen lines to the next location.
This is not the full length of the piece. I spliced together parts to make it possible for me to finish the project in a practical amount of time. I don't think my sanity could handle 3 more months of this song.
YouTube post processing seems to create a few millisecond audio delay if you are watching on the mobile YouTube app. If you notice this, watching the video in any web browser won't have this problem.

Q: How did you make this video?
A: There were a lot of steps; here's a short summary. I found a recording I could license and made the arrangements to use it. I found a MIDI file that was fairly complete, and imported that into the notation program Sibelius. I compared it to a printed copy of the score from my library and fixed things that were wrong (b5_fullscore.pdf is a snapshot taken during this process; note that there was a piano part in the MIDI file --- not something in the real score). Then, I listened to the recording and compared that to the score, and modified the score so that the timings were more like what the orchestra was actually playing (see b5_timings_adjusted.pdf). I exported this as a MIDI file and ran it through my custom frame-rendering software. Then, I made a "reduction" of the score (b5_reduction.pdf) and colored it to match the colors I was planning to use in the bar-graph score (b5_reduction_color.pdf). Unfortunately, when I squished the bar-graph score enough to make room for the notation score, too much detail was lost, so I ended up deciding not to use the notation. Then I put all the pieces (rendered frames, audio, titles) together in Adobe Premiere and exported the movie as a QuickTime file. Then, I used On2 Flix to convert the final file into Flash format (so that YouTube's conversion to their Flash format wouldn't change it in unpredictable ways), and uploaded the result. I want to know the place Where you come from I like to see your face when I wake up I offer me just for yourself Wrapped up for you and no one else And no one else Could be appreciative Be as appreciative of your charm When you walk you take you take your time Take the tiniest steps When I'm at your side if you feel You're left behind I'll slow down to your pace And we'll be like a tree And we'll grow on And if the world should end With fires and bombs I'd like to be there holding hands With you I'll view the end of the lands And no one else could steal a piece Like you could steal a piece that big Of my heart I want to be with you And we will be together I want to be with you
