The City (season 1)
The first season of The City premiered on December 29, 2008 and concluded on March 16, 2009. It followed Whitney Port's move to New York City after leaving Los Angeles as she followed her dream job. Instead of ordering a complete 2nd season for The City MTV ordered 10 extra episodes to Season 1. Therefore, the so-called Season 2, is in fact Season 1, Part 2 which began on September 29, 2009 and thus forth concluding the entire first season on December 1, 2009. On December 1, 2009, on The Hills/The City Aftershow, Port confirmed there will be a second season coming soon.
Synopsis
In Part 1, Whitney Port of 'The Hills' moves from her hometown of Los Angeles, California to Manhattan. The first half follows her, best friend Erin, and boyfriend Jay while Port tackles her new job at global design house, Diane Von Furstenberg. Jays roommate, Adam, struggles in a relationship with his on/off girlfriend, Allie. Olivia, New York socialite, and Whitney's co-worker, deals with her cousin Nevan, who's living off of her for a while. Erin deals with an old boyfriend coming into her life, and Samantha "Sammy", is by her friends side through all the drama. Meanwhile the fashion world takes them all by storm daily in the fierce streets of New York. In the second half of season 1, newly single Port goes back to working for Kelly Cutrone while her friend/former co-worker, Olivia Palermo, is working at ELLE Magazine now. Whitney's old friend, Roxy, moves in with her and gets a job at People's Revolution, while Olivia has met her match, Erin K., at her new job. The second half focused more on the fashion world drama, instead of relationship drama. The road to Whitney's official launch of her clothing line "Whitney Eve" release was the main plot in this half of the season. The ratings went down some in the second half, but the series was picked up for a full second season run in December 2009.

Garry's Mod
Garry's Mod (commonly abbreviated as GMod and typecased as garry's mod), is a sandbox physics game created by Garry Newman, and developed by his company, Facepunch Studios.Garry's Mod was originally a mod for Valve Corporation's Half-Life 2, but was later made into a standalone release in 2006 for Microsoft Windows, published by Valve Corporation. Later updates saw an OS X build added in 2010, and a Linux build in 2013.
Gameplay
Although Garry's Mod is listed as a full game, it has no objectives and instead gives the player a sandbox to manipulate items free of restrictions, although most multiplayer servers offer original game modes created by players. Garry's Mod allows players to manipulate items, furniture, and props – various objects that players can place in-game.
Props can be selected from any installed Source engine game or from a community created collection. The Physics Gun allows objects to be picked up, adjusted, and frozen in place. The Tool Gun is a multi-purpose tool for performing tasks, such as constraining props together, creating interactive buttons, and creating controllable winches and wheels. The Tool Gun is also used to control add-ons created by the community. The game uses the Source engine's modified version of the Havok Physics Engine, which allows players to build contraptions that follow the laws of physics, allowing for very real structures and experiments.

Texas has a total of 254 counties, many cities, and numerous special districts, the most common of which is the independent school district.
County
Texas has a total of 254 counties, by far the largest number of counties of any state.
Each county is run by a five-member Commissioners' Court consisting of four commissioners elected from single-member districts (called commissioner precincts) and a county judge elected at-large. The county judge does not have authority to veto a decision of the commissioners court; the judge votes along with the commissioners (being the tie-breaker in close calls). In smaller counties, the county judge actually does perform judicial duties, but in larger counties the judge's role is limited to serving on the commissioners court and certifying elections. Certain officials, such as the sheriff and tax collector, are elected separately by the voters, but the commissioners court determines their office budgets, and sets overall county policy. All county elections are partisan, and commissioner precincts are redistricted after each ten year Census both to equalize the voting power in each and in consideration of the political party preferences of the voters in each.

Administrative divisions of Wisconsin
The administrative divisions of Wisconsin include counties, cities, villages and towns. In Wisconsin, all of these are units of general-purpose local government. There are also a number of special purpose districts formed to handle regional concerns, such as school districts.
Whether a municipality is a city, village or town is not strictly dependent on the community's population or area, but on the form of government selected by the residents and approved by the Wisconsin State Legislature. Cities and villages can overlap county boundaries, for example the city of Whitewater is located in Walworth and Jefferson counties.
County
The county is the primary political subdivision of Wisconsin. Every county has a county seat, often a populous or centrally located city or village, where the government offices for the county are located. Within each county are cities, villages and towns. As of 2015, Wisconsin had 72 counties.
A Board of Supervisors is the main legislative entity of the county. Supervisors are elected in nonpartisan elections for two-year terms (except in Milwaukee County where the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors served four years). In May 2013, the Wisconsin Legislature passed a bill that will reduce the terms of office from four-years to two-years for the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors. The type of executive official in each county varies: 11 counties have a County Executive elected in a nonpartisan election for a four-year term; 20 counties have appointed County Administrators; and 41 have appointed Administrative Coordinators. Other officials include sheriffs, district attorneys, clerks, treasurers, coroners, surveyors, registers of deeds, and clerks of circuit court; these officers are elected for four-year terms. In most counties, elected coroners have been replaced by appointed medical examiners. State law permits counties to appoint a registered land surveyor in place of electing a surveyor.

Spoil Five
Spoil-Five, Spoilt Five, Five and Ten, is the traditional book version of the Irish national card game called Twenty-Five, which underlies the Canadian game of Forty-Five. Charles Cotton describes it in 1674 as "Five Fingers", a nickname applied to the Five of Trumps extracted from the fact that the Irish word cuig means both 'five' and 'trick'. It is supposed to be of great antiquity, and widely believed to have originated in Ireland. It may be identified with the game of Maw, of which James I of England was very fond.
Object
Edmund Hoyle in his The Complete Gamester describes it as Five-cards. In the game of Five Cards, for example, when played by only two persons, Five and Ten, the card second in value is stated to be the ace of hearts, instead of the knave of trumps.
Spoil Five is a respected member of one of the most prolific families of card games based on this pattern: each player receives five cards, or six or nine, and another is turned up to fix the trump suit. The object of the play is to win one trick, or at least three or five.

Wealthy Mrs. Khromova has a natural daughter, Musya, and an adopted daughter, Nata. The merchant Zhurov is in love with Nata, and hopes to marry her, but she is non-committal. When Zhurov introduces his friend Prince Bartinsky to the family, both young women soon fall in love with the dashing but irresponsible prince. The prince is in love with Nata, but because of his enormous debts, he decides to marry Musya to get her dowry, and he allows Nata to marry Zhurov. All the while, Mrs. Khromova remains very uneasy, fearing that marriage is unlikely to cause the self-indulgent prince to change his ways.

Roma, Açık Şehir, 1945 İtalya yapımı dramatik savaş filmidir. Özgün adı Roma, Città Aperta olan film İngilizce konuşulan ülkelerde Rome, Open City ve Open City adları ile gösterilmişti. Film Mart 1993'te 13. Uluslararası İstanbul Film Festivali kapsamında da gösterilmişti.
Senaryosunu Sergio Amidei'nin Federico Fellini ile birlikte yazdıkları filmin yapımcısı ve yönetmeni Roberto Rossellini'dir. Rossellini filmin senaryosuna da katkıda bulunmuştu. Filmde iki profesyonel oyuncu, Aldo Fabrizi ve Anna Magnani dışında tamamen amatör oyuncular rol almışlardı. Film 1946 yılında Cannes Film Festivali'nde Altın Palmiye ödülü aldı. 1947'de ABD'de En iyi Senaryo Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterilmişti. İtalyan Yeni Gerçekçiliği film akımının ilk örneği olan film, 1944 yılında Nazi işgali altındaki başkent Roma'daki direnişin öyküsünü anlatır.
Özet
II. Dünya Savaşı'nın sonlarına doğru 1944 yılında Nazi işgali altındaki Roma şehrinde yaşayan bir grup insanın hikâyesi anlatılır. Gestapo, Nazilere karşı yapılan direniş hareketinin lideri olan Giorgio Manfredi'nin (Marcello Pagliero) peşine düşmüştür. Yakın arkadaşı Francesco (Francesco Grandjacquet), Francesco'nun evlenmek üzere olduğu dul Pina (Anna Magnani) ve Rahip Don Pietro Pellegrini (Aldo Fabrizi) birlikte Giorgio'nun bir an önce Roma'dan ayrılabilmesi için yeni bir kimlik edinmesine yardımcı olurlar.

Savaş zamanının yokluklarının da zorlaması ile film sağdan soldan derlenmiş farklı farklı markadan negatiflere çekilmişti. Bunlar dış çekimler için Ferrania C6 iç sahneler için ise ışığa daha hassas olan Agfa Super Pan ve Agfa Ultra Rapid idi. Bu durum aslında bir dezavantaj değil aksine filmin belgesel filmleri andıran yapısına katkıda bulunan olumlu bir faktör olmuştu.[1]
Filmin senaryosu yazılırken Roma'daki işgal hâlâ sürüyordu (1943-1944) hatta filmin çekimleri başladığında da işgal tam sona ermemişti. Bu nedenle bazı çekimler kameralar gizlenerek ve sessiz olarak yapılmıştı. Film ekibinde rol alan bazı elemanlar da bu işgale karşı yapılan direnişe bizzat katılmışlardı. Oyunculardan ikisi hariç diğerlerinin sıradan görünümlü amatörlerden seçilmiş olmaları, belgesel tarzına yakın kaba ve çok katmanlı anlatım şekli, kamera hareketlerinin özgürlüğü, belgeseli andıran siyah beyaz görüntüler ve savaşın şehirde bıraktığı izlerinin henüz çok taze oluşu gibi etmenler filmi olağanüstü derecede gerçekçi yapıyordu. Ayrıca dış çekimlerde günlük hayatın sıradan hikâyeleri ile yoksulların sosyal problemlerine de eğiliniyordu. Rossellini'nin aralara serpiştirdiği melodramatik duygusallık anlarının da gelişimine katkıda bulunduğu bu yeni tür sonraki yıllarda John Cassavetes, Martin Scorsese, Robert Altman ve Spike Lee gibi yönetmenleri de etkileyecekti.

Seamstress Mary dreams of a better life in luxury instead of her badly paid job in a sweatshop. Her dreams come true, when she draws the attention of Victor, a burgeoise, who invites her for dinner and makes her a lady. But, about a year later, she has become tired of him, and thanks to her his money is almost gone. When he asks for settling down outside the big city, where his money should be enough for a modest living, she breaks with him picks up a new lover. Victor is trying to shoot her, than himself, but finally gives up. A year later, he is living in a shabby, cold room under the roof, still trying to meet her again, a thing she definitely refuses, and showing him her feelings towards him, by ordering that he should get three Rubels when he leaves the stairs to her house. This has predictable results.

Wealthy Mrs. Khromova has a natural daughter, Musya, and an adopted daughter, Nata. The merchant Zhurov is in love with Nata, and hopes to marry her, but she is non-committal. When Zhurov introduces his friend Prince Bartinsky to the family, both young women soon fall in love with the dashing but irresponsible prince. The prince is in love with Nata, but because of his enormous debts, he decides to marry Musya to get her dowry, and he allows Nata to marry Zhurov. All the while, Mrs. Khromova remains very uneasy, fearing that marriage is unlikely to cause the self-indulgent prince to change his ways.

Roma, Açık Şehir, 1945 İtalya yapımı dramatik savaş filmidir. Özgün adı Roma, Città Aperta olan film İngilizce konuşulan ülkelerde Rome, Open City ve Open City adları ile gösterilmişti. Film Mart 1993'te 13. Uluslararası İstanbul Film Festivali kapsamında da gösterilmişti.
Senaryosunu Sergio Amidei'nin Federico Fellini ile birlikte yazdıkları filmin yapımcısı ve yönetmeni Roberto Rossellini'dir. Rossellini filmin senaryosuna da katkıda bulunmuştu. Filmde iki profesyonel oyuncu, Aldo Fabrizi ve Anna Magnani dışında tamamen amatör oyuncular rol almışlardı. Film 1946 yılında Cannes Film Festivali'nde Altın Palmiye ödülü aldı. 1947'de ABD'de En iyi Senaryo Akademi Ödülü'ne aday gösterilmişti. İtalyan Yeni Gerçekçiliği film akımının ilk örneği olan film, 1944 yılında Nazi işgali altındaki başkent Roma'daki direnişin öyküsünü anlatır.
Özet
II. Dünya Savaşı'nın sonlarına doğru 1944 yılında Nazi işgali altındaki Roma şehrinde yaşayan bir grup insanın hikâyesi anlatılır. Gestapo, Nazilere karşı yapılan direniş hareketinin lideri olan Giorgio Manfredi'nin (Marcello Pagliero) peşine düşmüştür. Yakın arkadaşı Francesco (Francesco Grandjacquet), Francesco'nun evlenmek üzere olduğu dul Pina (Anna Magnani) ve Rahip Don Pietro Pellegrini (Aldo Fabrizi) birlikte Giorgio'nun bir an önce Roma'dan ayrılabilmesi için yeni bir kimlik edinmesine yardımcı olurlar.

Savaş zamanının yokluklarının da zorlaması ile film sağdan soldan derlenmiş farklı farklı markadan negatiflere çekilmişti. Bunlar dış çekimler için Ferrania C6 iç sahneler için ise ışığa daha hassas olan Agfa Super Pan ve Agfa Ultra Rapid idi. Bu durum aslında bir dezavantaj değil aksine filmin belgesel filmleri andıran yapısına katkıda bulunan olumlu bir faktör olmuştu.[1]
Filmin senaryosu yazılırken Roma'daki işgal hâlâ sürüyordu (1943-1944) hatta filmin çekimleri başladığında da işgal tam sona ermemişti. Bu nedenle bazı çekimler kameralar gizlenerek ve sessiz olarak yapılmıştı. Film ekibinde rol alan bazı elemanlar da bu işgale karşı yapılan direnişe bizzat katılmışlardı. Oyunculardan ikisi hariç diğerlerinin sıradan görünümlü amatörlerden seçilmiş olmaları, belgesel tarzına yakın kaba ve çok katmanlı anlatım şekli, kamera hareketlerinin özgürlüğü, belgeseli andıran siyah beyaz görüntüler ve savaşın şehirde bıraktığı izlerinin henüz çok taze oluşu gibi etmenler filmi olağanüstü derecede gerçekçi yapıyordu. Ayrıca dış çekimlerde günlük hayatın sıradan hikâyeleri ile yoksulların sosyal problemlerine de eğiliniyordu. Rossellini'nin aralara serpiştirdiği melodramatik duygusallık anlarının da gelişimine katkıda bulunduğu bu yeni tür sonraki yıllarda John Cassavetes, Martin Scorsese, Robert Altman ve Spike Lee gibi yönetmenleri de etkileyecekti.

The City (season 1)
The first season of The City premiered on December 29, 2008 and concluded on March 16, 2009. It followed Whitney Port's move to New York City after leaving Los Angeles as she followed her dream job. Instead of ordering a complete 2nd season for The City MTV ordered 10 extra episodes to Season 1. Therefore, the so-called Season 2, is in fact Season 1, Part 2 which began on September 29, 2009 and thus forth concluding the entire first season on December 1, 2009. On December 1, 2009, on The Hills/The City Aftershow, Port confirmed there will be a second season coming soon.
Synopsis
In Part 1, Whitney Port of 'The Hills' moves from her hometown of Los Angeles, California to Manhattan. The first half follows her, best friend Erin, and boyfriend Jay while Port tackles her new job at global design house, Diane Von Furstenberg. Jays roommate, Adam, struggles in a relationship with his on/off girlfriend, Allie. Olivia, New York socialite, and Whitney's co-worker, deals with her cousin Nevan, who's living off of her for a while. Erin deals with an old boyfriend coming into her life, and Samantha "Sammy", is by her friends side through all the drama. Meanwhile the fashion world takes them all by storm daily in the fierce streets of New York. In the second half of season 1, newly single Port goes back to working for Kelly Cutrone while her friend/former co-worker, Olivia Palermo, is working at ELLE Magazine now. Whitney's old friend, Roxy, moves in with her and gets a job at People's Revolution, while Olivia has met her match, Erin K., at her new job. The second half focused more on the fashion world drama, instead of relationship drama. The road to Whitney's official launch of her clothing line "Whitney Eve" release was the main plot in this half of the season. The ratings went down some in the second half, but the series was picked up for a full second season run in December 2009.
