Osment entered the world of music recording soundtracks for movie singles and Disney albums. According to an interview at the 2008 Grammys she was writing some songs together with Eve 6. In 2009 she signed with the Wind-up Records label and released "All the Way Up", the first single from her EP debut, All the Right Wrongs, released on October 26, 2009. The EP debuted at the Billboard 200 and her songs reached the top positions on the Canadian Hot 100 and Radio Disney. The EP was promoted within the United States by the 2010 Clap Your Hands Tour.
In geology, drift is the name for all material of glacial origin found anywhere on land or at sea, including sediment and large rocks (glacial erratic). Glacial origin refers to erosion, transportation and deposition by glaciers.
In the UK the term 'drift' is commonly used to describe any deposits of Quaternary age.
The Driftless Area refers to an unglaciated portion of North America devoid of the glacial drift of surrounding regions.
The song was thought of by Sermon after buying a copy of Gaye's Midnight Love and the Sexual Healing Sessions album, which overlook some of the original album's earlier mixes. After listening to an outtake of Gaye's 1982 album track, "Turn On Some Music" (titled "I've Got My Music" in its initial version), Sermon decided to mix the vocals (done in a cappella) and add it into his own song. The result was similar to Natalie Cole's interpolation of her father, jazz great Nat "King" Cole's hit, "Unforgettable" revisioned as a duet. The hip hop and soul duet featuring the two veteran performers was released as the leading song of the soundtrack to the Martin Lawrence & Danny DeVito comedy, "What's the Worst That Could Happen?" The song became a runaway success rising to #2 on Billboard's R&B chart and was #1 on the rap charts. It also registered at #21 pop giving Sermon his highest-charted single on the pop charts as a solo artist and giving Gaye his first posthumous hit in 10 years following 1991's R&B-charted single, "My Last Chance" also bringing Gaye his 41st top 40 pop hit. There is also a version that's played on Adult R&B stations that removes Erick Sermon's rap verses. The song was featured in the 2011 Matthew McConaughey film The Lincoln Lawyer.
Music is the fourth album and first album on J Records by hip hop artist Erick Sermon. It was received well critically and commercially. Its success was fueled by its title track "Music" which sampled vocals from Marvin Gaye and in terms of chart position is Sermon's most popular song, peaking at #22, along with inclusion on the soundtrack of the Martin Lawrence/Danny DeVito film What's the Worst That Could Happen?; the music video for the song featured scenes from the film intermixed with clips of Gaye performing in archived music videos and music programs. "Music" propelled the album to reach #33 on The Billboard 200 chart making it Sermon's second most popular solo album.
Music was a bay mare bred by Augustus FitzRoy, 3rd Duke of Grafton at his stud at Euston Hall in Suffolk. On the third Duke's death in 1811 ownership of the stud and the yearling filly passed to his son George FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton. Her dam, Woodbine was a half-sister to the good broodmare Hornby Lass and herself produced several other winners including the 1815 Oaks winner Minuet. Music was sired by the 1790 Epsom Derby winner Waxy, who became an influential and important stallion, siring two additional Oaks winners and four winners of the Derby. Grafton sent the filly to be trained at Newmarket by Robert Robson, the so-called "Emperor of Trainers".
A sabaton or solleret is part of a knight's armour that covers the foot. Fourteenth and fifteenth century sabatons typically end in a tapered point well past the actual toes of the wearer's foot, following fashionable shoe shapes of the fourteenth century. Sabatons of the first half of sixteenth century end at the tip of the toe and may be wider than the actual foot. They were the first piece of armour to be put on, and were made of riveted iron plates called lames.
At least in theory, French princes and dukes were allowed to have toes of Gothic sabatons 2.5 feet (0.76m) long, lords (barons and higher) 2 feet long and gentry only 1-foot (0.30m) long.
The sabaton was not commonly used by knights or men at arms fighting on foot. Instead, many would simply wear leather shoes or boots. Heavy or pointy metal footwear would severely hinder movement and mobility on the ground, particularly under wet or muddy conditions. Attacks against the feet are uncommon in dismounted combat, as a strike to an enemy's foot would typically put the attacker in a very awkward and vulnerable position. Conversely, a mounted knight's feet would be at perfect height for strikes from dismounted soldiers, and so sabatons or other foot armour would be vital when riding into battle.

How Plate Tectonics was Discovered
Produced in 1970, this magnificent and historically significant documentary walks the student through the overwhelming evidence that convinced geologists during the 1960's and 1970's to adopt Plate Tectonics as the unifying theory of the Earth's geology, replacing over 200 years of previous thought on the subject. The revolution has fundamentally altered how we see the earth and how we understand its features.
What is also exciting is that this film contains many interviews given by some of the greatest minds in geology during the 20th century...that alone makes this film worth watching. However, the glaring omission of Marie Tharp and Bruce Heezen's seafloor mapping work and the contributions of USGS geologist George Plafker is evident. Perhaps someday a new documentary video will be ...

Ever wondered how our Earth's continents came to be where they are today? 🌍 Join us on a journey through time and space as we unravel the fascinating story of continental drift! In this easy-to-understand video, we explore the groundbreaking theory proposed by Alfred Wegener in the early 20th century and how it revolutionized our understanding of Earth's geological history.
🔍 Discover how continents have moved over millions of years, reshaping our planet's surface and influencing everything from climate patterns to the distribution of species.
🌋 Learn about the evidence supporting continental drift, including fossil records, rock formations, and the puzzle-like fit of continents like Africa and South America.
🌊 Dive into plate tectonics and understand the forces driving continental movement, from seafloor spreading to subduction zones.
🎥 Packed with engaging animations and clear explanations, this video is perfect for students, science enthusiasts, and anyone curious about the dynamic processes shaping our world. Join us as we unlock the mysteries of continental drift and unveil the awe-inspiring story of Earth's ever-changing landscape! Earth's landmasses were not always what they are today. Continents formed as Earth's crustal plates shifted and collided over long periods of time. This video shows how today's continents are thought to have evolved over the last 600 million years, and where they'll end up in the next 100 million years.
ABOUT US
Here at SpaceRip, we value the exploration of the unknown. We surpass boundaries for the sake of uncovering the mysteries of the cosmos and what they may tell us about our origin and our future. Paleogeographic Views of Earth's History provided by Ron Blakey, Professor of Geology, Northern Arizona University.
Perhaps someday a new documentary video will be produced that gives them the credit they are due.
