🎤 Lyrics:
[Intro]
Oh my God, Ronny
[Chorus]
The devil in my phone he wanna talk
But I'm not really here for conversations
I can have my cake and eat it too
I just gotta make a reservation
Chillin' in my head but it's hot
Flames everywhere, I see Satan
Demons tryna run up in my spot, a lot
Really, really runnin' out of patience
[Verse 1]
Timing, timing, timing, all about timing, timing, timing
Sit back in my chair, relaxing and reclining
He has not a care in the world, no, I'm lying
Takin' all these meds to the face got me flyin'
Takin' all these meds to the face got me dyin'
Smoke 'til my mind fryin', eyes red, high and crying
Numb that pain with oxy and Dior, yeah, pricey
Juice like 2Pac Shakur, no Ice-T
Givenchy, Louis V, Double V, icey
Wedding ring, better things, better half, wifey
Only things numbing me from this hard life, uh
[Chorus]
The devil in my phone he wanna talk
But I'm not really here for conversations
I can have my cake and eat it too
I just gotta make a reservation
Chillin' in my head but it's hot
Flames everywhere, I see Satan
Demons tryna run up in my spot, a lot
Really, really runnin' out of patience
[Verse 2]
Waiting, waiting, waiting, sittin' up
Waiting, waiting, waiting, contemplating
My heart racing
Feels like I'ma die every second of the day
So, I gotta get high
Ain't no coming down, ain't no coming down, why?
My anxiety bring me down, that's the fuckin' downside
It's like every time I ball, I just end up offside
This light of mine goes dim tonight
Will I be alright?
Let me guess, no answer, right?
[Chorus]
The devil in my phone he wanna talk
But I'm not really here for conversations
I can have my cake and eat it too
I just gotta make a reservation
Chillin' in my head but it's hot
Flames everywhere, I see Satan
Demons tryna run up in my spot, a lot

Conversation designers: Disambiguation is wrong | VUX WORLD
It's our job to figure out how to help customers, not to persuade customers to fit into one of our little boxes.
In the Conversation design practice, we often talk about 'disambiguation' i.e. the process of taking an 'utterance' that's 'unclear' and prompting the user for clarity.
If a user says something like:
"My kids have gone to college and I want to downsize"
Then, according to Alan Nichol, CTO, Rasa:
"What the person has said is perfectly clear, there's no ambiguity about it. We're just not sure how we're going to help them."
What we describe as the 'act' of disambiguating in conversation #design is often us, the designers, trying to figure out which intent we can map an utterance to.
In the above example, we might 'disambiguate' with some suggestions like:

Disambiguation
Welcome to another edition of the VT Podcast which I’ve called Ideas That Matter.
In this episode, I talk about Disambiguation.
If you want to change the world, you have to see the world for what it is. We humans are pattern-seeking animals. We love stories. Our minds are hard-wired to organize the world using patterns, which saves our conscious minds a lot of mental effort. But it's also become a limitation for us - it's easy to get stuck in patterns that don't serve us well. If you're dispelling myths about yourself, or if you're trying to change your life, start by looking at the small things - the patterns that shape your life on a daily basis.

Your Chatbot Must Be Able To Disambiguate. Disambiguation Is Part & Parcel Of Human Conversations And Should Be Part Of Your Chatbot Experience.
IBM Watson has a built-in feature which allows for the configuration of disambiguation. In this practical example you can toggle the feature on or off.
Apart from this you can set the message explaining the clarification, the default is, "Did you mean"…this could be changed to "This might help" or, "This is what I could find".
An option is also available for none of the above and the maximum number of suggestions can be limited. The scope and size of the dialog will determine what this number might be.
This also provides a central point where disambiguation can be switched off; this of this as a global toggle switch to enable or disable this feature.
Apart from this, each node can be added or removed individually as the structure of the application changes.
Here the name of the node becomes important as this is what will be displayed to the user.
Hence it is crucial that the name of the node is clear, presentable and
explains the function and intention of the node it names.
Here is a short tutorial on the functionality and setup.

What we describe as the 'act' of disambiguating in conversation #design is often us, the designers, trying to figure out which intent we can map an utterance to.
In the above example, we might 'disambiguate' with some suggestions like:
"Are you searching for mortgage rates or would you like help finding out how much you could borrow?"
Whereas, there could be a whole host of things the customer needs.
Maybe they want to discuss porting their mortgage over to a new property. Perhaps they want to figure out how much it would cost to pay off their mortgage. Maybe they're renting and would like help managing their finances so they can save on payments in their next place.
When we jump to disambiguate by throwing up options based on what our assistant can already do, we leave so much on the table.
So what do you think? Is 'disambiguation' the wrong way of thinking about it?
