Septicflesh (formerly known as Septic Flesh) are a Greek symphonicdeath metal band from Athens, founded in 1990.
History
Septicflesh were formed in Athens, March, 1990 by Sotiris Vayenas (guitar), Spiros Antoniou (bass and vocals), and Christos Antoniou (guitars), and quickly released a debut EP, Temple of the Lost Race in December, 1991. The band recorded their first full-length album Mystic Places of Dawn, in April 1994 at the Storm studio with the co-production of Magus Wampyr Daoloth (who previously was the Rotting Christ keyboardist).
The group split up in October 2003, and after the breakup, its members moved on to different or existing projects:
Chris Antoniou continued involvement with Chaostar, which he formed in 1998, and Katsionis played guitar for Nightfall and keyboards for Firewind.
TheDevilWorx formed a year after Septic Flesh's disbanding, and featured some members
from Septic Flesh's original line-up. In March 2007, guitarist Sotiris Vayenas revealed his plans for a new solo project called Aenaos.
"Oceans" is a song by American rock musician D. S. Bradford. The song was recorded in 2012 and released as a single in conjunction with an original hand drawn art piece on July 1, 2014. According to an interview in Vents Magazine, "Oceans" was Bradford's "testament to a fresh start, a new outlook on life." The song was produced and recorded entirely by Bradford. It was also reported during the interview that "Oceans" is the lead single from Bradford's upcoming debut EP, due for release in 2015.
Composition and recording
"Oceans" is a rock song described as blending punk rock elements with modulated guitar tones reminiscent of alternative rock. The song was written on January 8, 2012 and recorded completely on January 23, 2012. "Oceans" was the first song of a new era for Bradford, having returned from a hiatus from music to set straight his life and his priorities. The lyrical content alludes to retrieving a life from loss and regaining a hold on reality that was threatened by the actions of a person who lost their way in the superficial.
"Oceans" is a song by Canadian rock band The Tea Party. It was released as a promotional single in Canada, and their last single before disbanding. The music video was created by a team of animators and motion graphics students at York University headed by Jaimie Webster and Jonathon Corbiére.
"Oceans" was written in dedication to The Tea Party's late manager Steve Hoffman, who died of lung cancer in 2003. With the release of the single, The Tea Party hoped to bring more attention to the Steven Hoffman Fund.
OneOneThousand is the third full-length studio album by American post-hardcore band Burden of a Day. The album was released on May 12, 2009. It is their second album with Rise Records, and the first with lead singer Kyle Tamosaitis. The album debuted at #21 on the BillboardTop Heatseekers chart and #25 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart.
Gray or grey is a coat color of horses characterized by progressive silvering of the colored hairs of the coat. Most gray horses have black skin and dark eyes; unlike many depigmentation genes, gray does not affect skin or eye color. Their adult hair coat is white, dappled, or white intermingled with hairs of other colors. Gray horses may be born any base color, depending on other color genes present. White hairs begin to appear at or shortly after birth and become progressively lighter as the horse ages. Graying can occur at different rates—very quickly on one horse and very slowly on another.
People who are unfamiliar with horses may refer to gray horses as "white." However, a gray horse whose hair coat is completely "white" will still have black skin (except under markings that were white at birth) and dark eyes. This is how to discern a gray horse from a white horse. White horses usually have pink skin and sometimes even have blue eyes. Young horses with hair coats consisting of a mixture of colored and gray or white hairs are sometimes confused with roan. Some horses that carry dilution genes may also be confused with white or gray.
It is used as a measure of absorbed dose, specific energy (imparted), and kerma (an acronym for "kinetic energy released per unit mass").
It is a physical quantity, and does not take into account any biological context. Unlike the pre-1971 non-SI roentgen unit of radiation exposure, the gray when used for absorbed dose is defined independently of any target material. However, when measuring kerma the reference target material must be defined explicitly, usually as dry air at standard temperature and pressure.
The gray was named after British physicist Louis Harold Gray, a pioneer in the field of X-ray and radium radiation measurement, and their effects on living tissue. It was adopted as part of the International System of Units in 1975.
"Grey" is the fourth studio album by Sandy Lam, released under CBS Records in 1987. To continue the success of her last album in February of the same year, Sandy and her producers focused on the successful elements of her last album and applied onto this album, which introduced Eurodance into Hong Kong. Through this album, Sandy has proved herself not as a one-hit-album wonder, but a determined singer who can always create breakthrough in her albums and performance. "Grey" was released very strategically by CBS Records. They were named Grey Project Phase 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Phase One showed Sandy looking directly at the audience, and the clothing and background was cream-white. Phase One was released in vinyl, cassette tape and CD. Phase Two showed Sandy looking at the audience at the corner of her eye, in which the background and clothing were mainly dark blue and black. Phase Two was released only in vinyl and cassette tapes. In Phase Three, Sandy showed no demand from the audience. She was in stark black and white. Like Phase Two, Phase Three was only released in vinyl and cassette tapes. Phase Three was a 12inch remix of "Grey" and "Family Man".

I actually lifted this video off - http://www.youtube.com/user/GavinMichaelBooth - so kudos to him.
I sliced off about two minitues of the boys just farting around and got the song on its own. Jeff's vocals are just so sweet and vulerable without any of his usual harsh tone in this little number I had to pass it around.

Dogs on the run, foam on their mouths The scavengers approaching as they run from the netherworld Savages, erosive, massive are the jaws of oblivion In your dreams you hear a name Was it yours? Is it reclaimed? Autumn comes to claim the old You forget the past painted by you And you sink, You can't breathe In an ocean of grey memories fade And you lose All you've gained All your triumphs in vain black thoughts remain Bury your name, Forget your face. Time, out of place. Oceans of grey All of your joy, All of your pain Emotions drained. Oceans of Grey. Dogs on the run, foam on their mouths The scavengers approaching as they run from the netherworld Savages, erosive, massive are the jaws of oblivion Solid earth is now dissolved. Water fills your empty world. And you sink, You can't breathe In an ocean of grey memories fade And you lose All you've gained All your triumphs in vain black thoughts remain Bury your name, Forget your face.
