Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there were 246 people, 96 households, and 66 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,421.9 people per square mile (558.7/km²). There were 110 housing units at an average density of 635.8 per square mile (249.8/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.90% White, 0.81% Native American, 4.07% from other races, and 1.22% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 6.91% of the population.
There were 96 households out of which 41.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.2% were married couples living together, 9.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.3% were non-families. 27.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 3.15.
