Ancient Aryans and the Ramayana Epic Poem
The Ramayana is an ancient Aryan epic poem that is famous in India and Southeast Asia about King Rama who must save his kidnapped wife from the demon king of Lanka, aided by an army of monkeys. Adam's Bridge, also known as Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu, is a chain of limestone shoals, between Pamban Island, also known as Rameswaram Island, off the south-eastern coast of Tamil Nadu, India, and Mannar Island, off the north-western coast of Sri Lanka.
