Kumbh Mela or Kumbha Mela (/ˌkʊmˈmeɪlə/ or /ˌkʊmməˈlɑː/) is a mass Hindupilgrimage of faith in which Hindus gather to bathe in a sacred river. Traditionally, four fairs are widely recognized as the Kumbh Melas: the Haridwar Kumbh Mela, the Allahabad Kumbh Mela, the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Simhastha and the Ujjain Simhastha, although priests at other places have also claimed their local fairs to be Kumbh Melas. These four fairs are held periodically at one of the following places by rotation: Haridwar, Allahabad (Prayaga), Nashik district (Nashik and Trimbak) and Ujjain. The main festival site is located on the banks of a river: the Ganges (Ganga) at Haridwar; the confluence (Sangam) of the Ganges and the Yamuna and the mythical Sarasvati at Allahabad; the Godavari at Nashik; and the Shipra at Ujjain. Bathing in these rivers is thought to cleanse a person of all sins.
At any given place, the Kumbh Mela is held once in 12 years. There is a difference of around 3 years between the Kumbh Melas at Haridwar and Nashik; the fairs at Nashik and Ujjain are celebrated in the same year or one year apart. The exact date is determined according to a combination of zodiac positions of the Jupiter, the Sun and the Moon. At Nashik and Ujjain, the Mela may be held while a planet is in Leo (Simha in Hindu astrology); in this case, it is also known as Simhastha. At Haridwar and Allahabad, an Ardha ("Half") Kumbh Mela is held every sixth year; a Maha ("Great") Kumbh Mela occurs after 144 years.
It is a thriller based story in the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh about a boy who possesses supernatural powers. Unaware of the gift as a child, as he grows older, his powers start showing. A girl named Maya starts liking Rudra. Meanwhile, Rudra is one of the seven protectors of Amrit which appears every 144 years during Mahakumbh . His father, Shivanand (Manish Wadhwa) is one of the leading Garudas.
The story begins with Baby Rudra visiting the Mahakumbh with his father. Then the bridge to Ganga is blown up as a plan of Balivesh, one of the leading priests of Mahakumbh, who has pledged his allegiance to the Naga clan. The Naga clan and the Garuda Clan have been battling for Amrit, the elixir of life every Mahakumbh. This has led to animosity between the two clans.
In diseases such as hemolytic uremic syndrome, disseminated intravascular coagulation, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, and malignant hypertension, the endothelial layer of small vessels is damaged with resulting fibrin deposition and platelet aggregation. As red blood cells travel through these damaged vessels, they are fragmented resulting in intravascular hemolysis. The resulting schistocytes (red cell fragments) are also increasingly targeted for destruction by the reticuloendothelial system in the spleen, due to their narrow passage through obstructed vessel lumina. It is seen in systemic lupus erythematosus because the immune complex aggregates with platelets, which creates intravascular thrombi. Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia is also seen with cancer.
Their style is focussed on creating awareness through laughter. They have also been involved in creating social activities and political freedom movements. They have created lots of teleserials and various patriotic movies which are among the greatest hits in Nepalese TV and Movie industry. Among them 15 Gate, Gaunkhane Katha, Lobhi Papi, Dashain, Je Bho Ramrai Bho (2003), Balidan, Ticket No. 216777, Raat, 205, Chiranjibi, Jalpari, Oh:Ho, Madan Bahadur Hari Bahadur, Aama etc. are popular.
They also showcase stage shows including their yearly Gaijatra shows except for 2007 when they could not stage the show due to venue problems

Kumbh Mela is a mass Hindu pilgrimage of faith in which Hindus gather to bathe in a sacred river. It is considered to be the largest peaceful gathering in the world where around 100 million people were expected to visit during the Maha Kumbh Mela in 2013 in Allahabad.
It is held every third year at one of the four places by rotation: Haridwar, Allahabad (Prayaga), Nashik and Ujjain. Thus the Kumbh Mela is held at each of these four places every twelfth year. Ardha ("Half") Kumbh Mela is held at only two places, Haridwar and Allahabad, every sixth year. The rivers at these four places are: the Ganges (Ganga) at Haridwar, the confluence (Sangam) of the Ganges and the Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati at Allahabad, the Godawari at Nashik, and the Shipra at Ujjain. The name Kumbh Mela comes from Hindi, and in the original Sanskrit and other Indian languages it is more often known as Kumbha Mela. Kumbha means a pitcher and Mela means fair in Sanskrit. The pilgrimage is held for about one and a half months at each of these four places where it is believed in Hinduism that drops of nectar fell from the kumbha carried by gods after the sea was churned. Bathing in these rivers is thought to cleanse one of all sins. The festival is billed as the "world’s largest congregation of religious pilgrims". There is no precise method of ascertaining the number of pilgrims, and the estimates of the number of pilgrims bathing on the most auspicious day may vary; approximately 80 million people attended on 14 February 2013.
