Das Booooot! There's just something exhilarating about knocking back a few cold ones from this substantial Giant Glass Beer Boot.
Popularized by German soldiers celebrating battle victories, beer boots are the world's most Johann Badarse way to consume a stiff stout.
Because each Glass Beer Boot is hand-blown, its capacity varies slightly between each one. However, you should be able to cram 40-48 ounces of delicious brew into the Glass Beer Boot.
Das Boot should be hand-washed only.

Das Boot (1981) Original Soundtrack
(1981) Music by Klaus Doldinger!!!!! The film is the story of a single patrol of one World War II U-boat, U-96, and its crew. It depicts both the excitement of battle and the tedium of the fruitless hunt, and shows the men serving aboard U-boats as ordinary individuals with a desire to do their best for their comrades and their country. The story is based on an amalgamation of the exploits of the real U-96, a Type VIIC-class U-boat commanded by Heinrich Lehmann-Willenbrock, one of Germany's top U-boat "tonnage aces" during the war.
One of Petersen's goals was to guide the audience through "a journey to the edge of the mind" (the film's German tagline Eine Reise ans Ende des Verstandes), showing "what war is all about."

Tipperary Song (Das Boot)
Tipperary song from Das Boot movie
The German U-boat crew sings the song as they start patrolling in the North Atlantic and they also sing it as they cruise toward home.
I know that I am not the first who uploaded this sequence to Youtube. As I've noticed those versions have too low voice. This version has better voice quality. Or at least I worked on it to be so:)

Oooo yaaahh
Das more like it keep pouring
I have z German accent
So of course I love beer
But how much can z boot hold
Eins, Zwei, Drei?
Eins, Zwei, Drei, Vier!
Da Da Das Boot
Da Da Das Boot
Da Da Das Boot

I have z beer and so I need
Z light snack
A giant pretzel, totally perfect
Cheese goes nicely with that
Now I'm all dirty
And tired
And probably need z shower
Energy drink should do
I just need more than five hours
Da Da Das Boot
Da Da Das Boot
Da Da Das Boot
So very totally cool
I wake up early and I hunger for breakfast
Butter milk pancakes, sausage, eggs, bacon
sugar and cinnamon.
And for lunch I want z wiener schnitzel
Ooo yaaah!
Gotta have z surf with my turf
And wash it down with z butter
Then for dinner it's simple
I always eat z same thing
Sauerbraten, Goulash, Bratwurst, Spätzle, Hasenpfeffer,
and Mayo
To top it all off
I think z cake looks amazing
But there's just one thing I'd change
I sink it goes without saying

The 4th single of the new album from Alex Christensen & The Berlin Orchestra - Classical 90s Dance called “Das Boot”. The original version by U96 was 14 week number #1 and is still one of the most successful singles in Germany ever! Preorder & listen to the new album “Classical 90s Dance" here: http://preorder.click/Classical90sDance
Release date: 10/06/2017 - With Classical 90s Dance this reserved German has come full circle, as he puts it. “‘Das Boot’ was originally a piece for strings. But when we recorded it with U96 in 1991, I had neither the knowledge nor the tools to record with strings. The fact that I’ve now been able to combine orchestral music with my dance roots while recording Classical 90s Dance rounds out my entire oeuvre. People can finally understand why Christensen spent ten years on orchestral music.” Alex Christensen created the 49-member Berlin Orchestra, a gathering of the capital’s best orchestral musicians, specifically for this album. And he hired very young female vocalists exclusively, with the plan to revitalize a selection of the best techno dance tracks of the 90s with a modern sensibility.
Who could have been more predestined for this task than Alex Christensen? Under his direction Classical 90s Dance has become an extraordinary project, large and ambitious – much more than a remake or remix of early-90s hits. Together Christensen and the Berlin Orchestra rock the patina and mildew from the graceful contours of the 14 songs. “Once the pieces were freed from their admittedly antiquated-sounding gowns, I felt there were first-rate songs with wonderful structures hiding behind the dance costumes, if you will,” Christensen rhapsodizes. “They have entered the DNA of people my age or 15 to 20 years younger. I’m sure a lot of people will revel in these songs again when they hear our modern versions. They sound like they’ve continued their logical development.”
Rhythm Is A Dancer, Sonic Empire, Nessaja in the Scooter version, What Is Love, Redemption, and Children can be discovered and enjoyed differently in the new Classical 90s Dance versions: still danceable but no longer arranged primarily for dancing – not by a long shot. The Rise / No Limit even plays around with sumptuous Wagner references and so really has no limits any longer. “When I was selecting the songs for the album, of course I had a mountain of material to work with,” recalls Alex Christensen. “However, quite a few things didn’t make it to the final decision because they simply didn’t move me. But all the songs that made it into the album have great emotional value. Classical 90s Dance could have a subtitle if it weren’t so long: The evolution of dance tracks into songs whose emotional content is unconditionally moving.”

Laurence Olivier's Hamlet was made four years after his rousingly patriotic Henry V (1944), and is a very different proposition. Unsurprisingly, given the tone and content of the play, the overall mood is that of brooding introspection - tellingly, in a phrase not in Shakespeare's original, Olivier opens by telling us that it is "the tragedy of a man who could not make up his mind", foregrounding the film's central theme, a neat metaphor for the uncertainty of the immediate postwar years.
He also largely eliminates the play's political intrigue: Fortinbras is banished, and so too are Rosencrantz and Guildenstern - the three characters most indelibly associated with t...

Olivier was forty when he played the part, old by Hamlet standards, but a side-effect of this is to intensify the latent eroticism of the scenes with his mother, most notably following Polonius' murder, but also at the climax, when it's made clear that she knowingly drinks the poison to kill herself.
Stylistically, Hamlet is quite different from Henry V. Shot in high-contrast black and white, it's not quite as overtly Expressionist as, for instance, Orson Welles' Macbeth (also 1948), but it's certainly a similarly claustrophobic, stifling experience, with none of the opening-out of its predecessor, or any continuation of Olivier's explorations of the contrast between film and theatrical performance.
Although almost entirely filmed in the studio (the major exception being Ophelia's drowning, inspired by Millais' Pre-Raphaelite painting), the crane-mounted camera is constantly on the move, constantly shifting our perception of the characters' relationship with each other in a way that would be impossible with a stage production.
The following year Hamlet became not just the first British but the first non-American film to win the Oscar for Best Picture, along with Best Actor (Olivier), Best Art Direction and Best Costume Design.

Richard III: Laurence Olivier
Lady Anne: Claire Bloom
George, Duke of Clarence: John Gielgud
Duke of Buckingham: Ralph Richardson
The Lord Hastings - Lord Chamberlain: Alec Clunes
King Edward IV of England: Hardwicke, Sir Cedric
Queen Elizabeth, wife to Edward IV: Mary Kerridge
Sir Robert Brackenbury: Andrew Cruickshank
Lord Rivers: Clive Morton
Lord Dorset: Douglas Wilmer
Lord Stanley: Laurence Naismith
George Stanley: Richard Bennett
Of Olivier's three Shakespeare films, Richard III had the longest gestation period: Olivier had created and been developing his vision of the character Richard since his portrayal for the Old Vic Theatre in 1944. After he had made Shakespeare films popular with Henry V and Hamlet, the choice of Richard III for his next adaptation was simple, as his Richard had been widely praised on stage.
Screenplay
Most of the dialogue is taken straight from the play, but Olivier also drew on the 18th century adaptations by Colley Cibber and David Garrick, including Cibber's line, "Off with his head. So much for Buckingham!". Like Cibber and Garrick, Olivier's film opens with material from the last scenes of Henry VI, Part 3, to introduce more clearly the situation at the beginning of the story.
A key change in the story involved the seduction of Anne. It is split into two scenes instead of one, and an element of perversity is added—whereas in the original play she is following a coffin with the corpse of her father-in-law, in this film the coffin contains the corpse of her husband. John Cottrell has been quoted as saying this makes "the young widow's seduction even more daring and revolting than it is in the original, and [gives] Anne's capitulation" in the second part after a passionate kiss "a new and neurotic twist".This is accomplished by cutting lines, changing lines, and changing the sequence of some lines.
The character of Queen Margaret is cut entirely, the role of the Duchess of York (Helen Haye) is significantly reduced, the role of Edward IV's wife Elizabeth is also reduced, and the execution of Clarence and other scenes are abridged.
