Tonight Live with Steve Vizard was a nightly Australian comedy chat show broadcast on Seven Network in Australia. It was a one-hour live studio based show broadcast nationally 5 nights a week from February 1990 to November 1993, usually commencing at 10:30 pm every week night. Presented by Australian lawyer, comedian and writer Steve Vizard, the show's format was an eclectic mix of a traditional Tonight Show, such as the Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson or Jay Leno, In Melbourne Tonight with Graham Kennedy with more off-beat, often deconstructionist elements, such as broadcasting a rehearsal of the show, a rained out show, a parallel Tonight show, using the floor manager and cameramen as on air talent, using the studio audience to replace high-profile guests and the like.
The show won the late night ratings around Australia and won several awards, including Variety Club Awards, Television Society Awards and Logie Awards, including in 1991 a Gold Logie for Steve Vizard as Most Popular Person on Australian Television and nominations on three other occasions.
"Tonight" is a song by drum and bass DJ, producer and musician Danny Byrd featuring fellow Hospital Records artist Netsky. It is the fourth single released from his third album Rave Digger. The song was released on 6 February 2011 for digital download and on 12" vinyl on 7 February 2011. The single peaked at number 91 on the UK Singles Chart and number 11 on the UK Dance Chart.
Tonight was a BBC television current affairs programme presented by Cliff Michelmore and broadcast in Britain live on weekday evenings from February 1957 to 1965. The producers were the future Controller of BBC1Donald Baverstock and the future Director-General of the BBCAlasdair Milne. The audience was typically seven million.
BBC TV background
Tonight was, like Six-Five Special, created by the BBC to fill in the 'Toddlers' Truce' closed period between 6.00pm and 7.00pm (the 'Truce' was officially abolished only a few days before Tonight was first broadcast). Tonight began broadcasting from the Viking studio in Kensington, known by the BBC as 'studio M'. It eventually transferred to one of the main studios in Lime Grove, Shepherd's Bush, west London.
Live is Jake Shimabukuro's 2009 solo album. It was released in April 2009, and consists of live in-concert performances from various venues around the world, including New York, Chicago, Japan, and Hawaii.
Live peaked at number 5 in Billboard's Top World Music Albums in 2009 and 2010. The album won the 2010 Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Instrumental Album of the Year, and also garnered Shimabukuro the award for Favorite Entertainer of the Year. In addition, it won the 2010 Hawaii Music Award for Best Ukulele Album.
AllMusic noted that, "Shimabukuro is a monster musician and boldly takes the ukulele where no ukulele has ever gone before, dazzling listeners with his blinding speed, melodic invention, and open-ended improvisations of remarkable virtuosity. Before Shimabukuro, the idea of spending an evening listing to a solo ukulele player was probably most people's idea of hell, but the 17 solo efforts here never bore. They show Shimabukuro's range and his humor as well."
Category F5 is the seventh studio album by American rapper Twista. The album marks the first collaboration with Chicago producer the Legendary Traxster since 2004's Kamikaze. The album was released on July 14, 2009. Originally scheduled to feature Kanye West, Akon, Busta Rhymes, Mr. Criminal, Tech N9ne, and Static Major, guest appearances were pared down as many of the leaked songs were recorded, including the song "Problems" featuring Tech N9ne, which was cut because of sample-clearance problems. The track "She Got It" (produced by Jim Jonsin & featuring Bobby Valentino) was cut because the tracks were not 100% ready, although it is thought the track will be made available in the coming months. "All Right" (produced by Kanye West) was included on iTunes as a bonus track.

Tonight Live with Steve Vizard was a late-night comedy talk show that aired five times per week on the Seven Network from January 1990 to November 1993. It was hosted by comedy guru, Steve Vizard, hot off the success of the sketch comedy series Fast Forward.
It copied as much as it could from self-aware and deconstructionist US talk shows like the Late Show with David Letterman and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. However, Tonight Live could get away with a lot more adult and experimental content during Aussie TV's era of excess. Also, it was live - broadcast from the Seven Studios on Dorcas Street, South Melbourne.
