He suffers in Gethsemane, is betrayed by Judas, and is taken before Caiaphas
Matthew 26:36–57
36 Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder.
37 And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.
38 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.

Christians: Dont Further Satans Agenda!
Satan's agenda on this earth is to get anybody to practice and do any kind of SIN from the very least sin to the very greatest if he can. Because this is the way that he gets power on this earth to further his agenda; which is breaking down God's holy laws and truth and ruining people's lives and bringing them to hell. And so he has infiltrated the very churches of God and caused many people to follow his false doctrines and believe that they are saved while they go on in sin and they even preach that they will always sin using versus from the Bible.
But they don't realize that every single sin they do they continue to further Satan's agenda on this earth and they do not further the Kingdom of God. In fact they break down the kingdom. They cause more sins to give Satan more power to crus...

Mark 5 | Jesus Raises the Daughter of Jairus | The Bible
Jesus raises Jairus’s daughter from the dead.
Mark 5:22–24, 35–43
22 And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,
23 And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.
24 And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him.
35 While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue’s house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?
36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
37 And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the ...

39 And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.
40 And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?
41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.
43 And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.
44 And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.
45 Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
46 Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.
47 And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.
48 Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.
49 And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.
50 And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.
51 And, behold, one of them which were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest’s, and smote off his ear.
52 Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
53 Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
54 But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?
55 In that same hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.
56 But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.
57 And they that had laid hold on Jesus led him away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders were assembled.

POEMS -- Charles Tan
HE CAME AND TOOK HER BY THE HAND
Illness in any age is often dreaded and it can create fears,
Some diseases are more difficult and sometimes they bring tears.
A fever is often taken for granted as something very mild,
But fevers can be deadly, and must be regarded as potentially hostile.
Jesus' approach to those who are ill is beautifully seen,
The Divine Physician displays a heart that is good and eyes that are keen.
He was informed that Simon's mother-in-law was ill with a feverish complaint,
Her usual energy in receiving guests was not there, she was likely in pain.
"He came to her and took her by the hand..." what a beautiful description of loving care,
She needed a little bit more than just healing, she could sense the love of Jesus there.
Her fever immediately receded at the Master's touch, to her great delight.
The pain was gone, the tiredness as well; her illness no longer gave her a fright.
Her heart loved Jesus the Great and Gentle Physician who gave her such attention,
He had lifted her by her hand and that act of loving care must be mentioned.
It was now her turn to use the renewed health and strength that the Lord had given,
She would always give her full support to Jesus and His disciples for their Mission was from heaven.
Inspiration: Mark 1:31 For SSS 4 (30 March 2014)
THEY RECOGNISED HIM
The original plan was to minister in Bethsaida, on the other side of the sea,
There was a change of plans, the boat landed at Gennasaret to begin a busy ministry.
The disciples must be exposed to more ministry, that their hearts may feel compassion for the lost,
Their hearts must not remain hardened, but be challenged through understanding Christ's cause.
When Jesus got out of the boat He was instantly recognized by the people living there,
His reputation had gone far and wide, people knew He could bring God's power to bear.
The whole surrounding region was abuzz with great activity because Jesus had come,
They would hear wonderful messages and they knew that Jesus would reach out and heal some.
Wherever He went, into villages, the cities or the countryside,
Many would flock to hear Him and watch Him heal the sick beside.
Some begged to merely touch His garment for they had such faith in Him,
Just a gentle touch of faith and they would receive the greatest of God's blessings.
The multitudes recognized Jesus for the power He wielded in the name of God,
But most only sought healing without going further in their thoughts.
The disciples needed to learn deeper truths concerning Jesus their Teacher,
Or else their understanding would remain dim and their hearts harden further.
Inspiration: Mark 6:54 For SSS 4 (30 March 2014)

They cause more sins to give Satan more power to crush people to abuse people, to cause terrible atrocities against the innocent. And to further the agenda of Satan. You do not have to sin today. You do not have to further satins agenda no more. We all have furthered his agenda at one time or other. But now we can turn to Jesus Christ and be set free from our wicked ways and sin no more. And I'm here to urge you and beseech you to go sin no more. Do not do sin anymore. Do not do one single sin. Do not excuse any. Just get it all out of your life and follow Jesus Christ. He will give you the power to do so if you really want to do that, if you want to leave furthering Satan's agenda. You see many Christians further Satan's agenda.
They often think that it's okay to do little sin. But all sin has a name. We got names like fornication that ruins people's lives! We have got names like LUST; that furthers Satan's agenda of destroying people. We got names like PORN; porn watching might seem innocent. You know I get men tell me that a little porn or a little lust is fine. They say that sleeping with a prostate is helping the economy. You're kidding yourself if you think along these lines. You are only furthering Satan's agenda causing more souls to end in the hell. Now you might say: well I can't leave all sin! You know I lie sometimes...
but Satans agenda of lying is what brings about this world of corruption. Governments can't bring about justice because of lies and corruption in the higher places. And so every sin you do is contributing to these worlds problems of terrible atrocities against innocent people. Against the poor. Against God's people. You are part of the system of Satan if you even do one sin and that is why we have to be zealous and repent and we cannot accept even ONE sin. Because all sin has a name. You might say: well I can't leave every sin that's impossible!... well what is it that you can't leave today? Is it a little lie furthering Satan's deception? Is a little lust which is helping to destroy people's lives, ruined people's daughters. Is it a little dishonesty? Helping to keep people in bondage to lack of justice. Jesus is a God of JUSTICE! Now people say well Jesus forgives my sins when I keep doing them...
JESUS is not a scapegoat and is not a God of injustice. Justice is bringing about an end to wickedness. Jesus doesn't enable you to keep doing your injustice and then forgiving you for it so you can keep doing it. What a safe haven for sin! That's furthering Satan's agenda! Jesus is not a God of injustice! He came to set you free so you do no more sin. You no longer supports Satan system. You don't further his agenda anymore. So I call you today don't further stated agenda anymore trying to say that it's okay to sin a little bit. Or to prove something by a Bible verse saying that you will always sin. And so that you keep doing your lies, your lust and all these things that keep Satan destroying the innocent on this earth! Furthering his agenda of taking people to hell. Don't work for Satan anymore my friend. Keep away from all your sin. Get Jesus to set you free and become part of the solution.

37 And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.
38 And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.
39 And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
40 And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
41 And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
42 And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.
43 And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.
