Marks and Spencer plc (also known as M&S) is a major British multinational retailer headquartered in the City of Westminster, London. It specialises in the selling of clothing, home products and luxury food products. M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in Leeds.
In 1998, the company became the first British retailer to make a pre-tax profit of over £1billion, although subsequently it went into a sudden slump, which took the company, its shareholders, who included hundreds of thousands of small investors, and nearly all retail analysts and business journalists, by surprise. In November 2009, it was announced that Marc Bolland, formerly of Morrisons, would take over as chief executive from executive chairman Stuart Rose in early 2010; Rose remained in the role of non-executive chairman until he was replaced by Robert Swannell in January 2011.
The company was founded by a partnership between Michael Marks, a Polish Jew from Słonim (Marks was born into a Polish-Jewish family, a Polish refugee living in the Russian Empire, now in Belarus), and Thomas Spencer, a cashier from the English market town of Skipton in North Yorkshire. On his arrival in England, Marks worked for a company in Leeds, called Barran, which employed refugees (see Sir John Barran, 1st Baronet). In 1884 he met Isaac Jowitt Dewhirst while looking for work. Dewhirst lent Marks £5 which he used to establish his Penny Bazaar on Kirkgate Market, in Leeds. Dewhirst also taught him a little English. Dewhirst's cashier was Tom Spencer, an excellent bookkeeper, whose lively and intelligent second wife, Agnes, helped improve Marks' English. In 1894, when Marks acquired a permanent stall in Leeds' covered market, he invited Spencer to become his partner.

EXO released The War repackage album - The Power of Music and a new MV - Power. It's directly related to the previous MVs but it doesn't need any analysis of them; this is why it was possible to make this video.

SUMMARY
=======
This is a list of trans-Neptunian objects (TNOs), which are minor planets in the Solar System that orbit the Sun at a greater distance on average than Neptune, that is, their orbit has a semi-major axis greater than 30.1 astronomical units (AU). The Kuiper belt, scattered disk, and Oort cloud are three conventional divisions of this volume of space. As of October 2018, the catalog of minor planets contains 528 numbered TNOs. In addition, there are more than 2,000 unnumbered TNOs, first observed between 1993 and 2018.This list consists of all types of TNO subgroups: classical Kuiper belt object, also known as "cubewanos", scattered disc objects (SDOs) and detached objects including ESDO and EDDO, respectively, as well as sednoids. The list also contains several centaurs, if the object's orbit has a sufficiently large semi-major axis (a). Centaurs have unstable orbits in which the closest approach to the Sun (perihelion, q) is well inside of Neptune's orbit but the farthest point (Q) is very distant. Extreme trans-Neptunian objects (ETNOs) have a semi-major axis greater than 150 AU and perihelion greater than 30 AU.The first TNO to be discovered was Pluto in 1930. It became the namesake of a larger group of resonant trans-Neptunian objects called "plutinos" (another resonant group are the "twotinos"). It took more than 60 years to discover a second TNO, Albion (provisionally known as 1992 QB1), in 1992. The largest known trans-Neptunian objects are Pluto and Eris, followed by 2007 OR10, Makemake, and Haumea. Most TNOs have low albedos typically around 0.09. Their color varies from blue-grey to very red (classes BB, BR, IR and RR). The following list also gives an object's full designation, mean-diameter (D), and discovery circumstances (date, discoverer and discovery site), as well as its orbital inclination (i) and eccentricity (e).

Resonant trans-Neptunian object
Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain

SUMMARY
=======
In astronomy, a resonant trans-Neptunian object is a trans-Neptunian object (TNO) in mean-motion orbital resonance with Neptune. The orbital periods of the resonant objects are in a simple integer relations with the period of Neptune e.g. 1:2, 2:3 etc. Resonant TNOs can be either part of the main Kuiper belt population, or the more distant scattered disc population.

SUMMARY
=======
EXO released The War repackage album - The Power of Music and a new MV - Power. It's directly related to the previous MVs but it doesn't need any analysis of them; this is why it was possible to make this video.
Don't forget about the comments with your opinions and theories - I'm pretty sure that I will find something that will help in making next videos for this serie!
