Iroquois Class: The Former Anti-Submarine Warfare Destroyers of the Canadian Navy
Launched in the 1970s, the Iroquois class, was a class of four helicopter-guided missile destroyers of the Royal Canadian Navy. They were originally designed for anti-submarine warfare with the support of two CH-124 Sea King helicopters and other weapons. After 1990 they were refitted for air defense with Standard SM-2MR Block IIIA missiles.

Why Only Frigates and NO Destroyers in Royal Canadian Navy?
Frigates vs Destroyers. Why Does the Canadian Navy Have No Destroyer Ships, Only Frigates? It was a time when Canada's mighty destroyers reigned supreme over its waters. History Summarized: Iroquois Native Americans
There's a fascinating history from just northwest of American history that is too often ignored. But that's a damn shame, because it's a damn cool history, and I'm going to talk about it dammit!
No, I didn't accidentally misspell the title of this video when I sleepily uploaded this after I woke up. That's absurd.
