Want to Retire in Mexico? Check Out Our FREE Retire in Mexico Guide https://bit.ly/3Zg25tg #guanajuato is a city in Mexico's Bajio region. And the capital of the state of Guanajuato.
The city is known for for its architecture, art scene, college vibe, tunnels, and kissing alleyways is sure to impress you. It's as charming as San Miguel de Allende but about 1/2 the cost!
And because it has temperate weather, you can expect your days to be about 80 degrees and 50 degrees at night. Perfect weather year round!
Guanajuato is in the region known as El Bajío, a relatively high-altitude area with a semi-dry climate. Guanajuato is at 6,000 feet above sea level.
This is a wonderful central highland city in Mexico we recommend to live in!

Aphids, also known as plant lice and in Britain and the Commonwealth as greenflies, blackflies, or whiteflies (not to be confused with "jumping plant lice" or true whiteflies), are small sap-sucking insects and members of the superfamily Aphidoidea.[1] Many species are green but other commonly occurring species may be white and wooly, brown, or black. Aphids are among the most destructive insect pests on cultivated plants in temperate regions.[1] They are capable of extremely rapid increase in numbers by asexual reproduction. Regional Rail Systems in North America: Top 10 Train Networks That Connect Suburbs to Cities
We used to call these "commuter rail" services. But given regional transportation needs and a worldwide pandemic, Regional Rail is now the preferred term, with services focused on improving connections between suburbs and the central city. We'll look at historical US commuter rail providers like MBTA, SEPTA, Metro-North, LIRR, and NJ Transit, as well as taking closer looks at what our neighbors to the north (GO Transit in Toronto and exo in Montreal, and the Tren Suburbano in Mexico City) are up to.
Also, we'll spend some time exploring the new Moynihan Train Hall addition to NY Penn Station.

Buying Property In Mexico As A Foreigner | Million Dollar Views Under 20k
Buying Real Estate in Mexico as a foreigner doesn't have to be complicated -- but it definitely can be. There are many practical considerations to take into account before signing on the dotted line, which we will attempt to outline in this video.
There is an abundance of stunningly beautiful, unbelievably affordable land available for purchase in Mexico, and foreigners are able to buy and own with few -- important -- exceptions.
We visited 3 properties in the mountains of Southern Mexico this week -- each ranged from $9,000 to $22,000 U.S. and came with different opportunities and challenges, which we address in this video.

A tunnel is an underground passageway, dug through the surrounding soil/earth/rock and enclosed except for entrance and exit, commonly at each end. A pipeline is not a tunnel, though some recent tunnels have used immersed tube construction techniques rather than traditional tunnel boring methods.
A tunnel may be for foot or vehicular road traffic, for rail traffic, or for a canal. The central portions of a rapid transit network are usually in tunnel. Some tunnels are aqueducts to supply water for consumption or for hydroelectric stations or are sewers. Utility tunnels are used for routing steam, chilled water, electrical power or telecommunication cables, as well as connecting buildings for convenient passage of people and equipment.
Secret tunnels are built for military purposes, or by civilians for smuggling of weapons, contraband, or people. Special tunnels, such as wildlife crossings, are built to allow wildlife to cross human-made barriers safely. Tunnels can be connected together in tunnel networks.

Geoffroy, 1762
Aphids, also known as plant lice and in Britain and the Commonwealth as greenflies, blackflies, or whiteflies (not to be confused with "jumping plant lice" or true whiteflies), are small sap-sucking insects and members of the superfamily Aphidoidea.[1] Many species are green but other commonly occurring species may be white and wooly, brown, or black. Aphids are among the most destructive insect pests on cultivated plants in temperate regions.[1] They are capable of extremely rapid increase in numbers by asexual reproduction. The damage they do to plants has made them enemies of farmers and gardeners around the world. From a zoological standpoint they are a highly successful group of organisms.[2]
About 4,400 species are known, all included in the family Aphididae.[3] Around 250 species are serious pests for agriculture and forestry as well as an annoyance for gardeners. They vary in length from 1 to 10 millimetres (0.04 to 0.39 in).
Natural enemies include predatory ladybugs, hoverfly larvae, parasitic wasps, aphid midge larvae, crab spiders, lacewings, and entomopathogenic fungi such as Lecanicillium lecanii and the Entomophthorales.

Xochimilco (IPA: [sotʃiˈmilko]) is one of the 16 delegaciones or boroughs within Mexican Federal District. The borough is centered on the formerly independent city of Xochimilco, which was established on what was the southern shore of Lake Xochimilco in the pre-Hispanic period. Today, the borough consists of the eighteen “barrios” or neighborhoods of this city along with fourteen “pueblos” or villages that surround it, covering an area of 125 km2 (48 sq mi). While the borough is somewhat in the geographic center of the Federal District, it is considered to be “south” and has an identity separate from the historic center of Mexico City. This is due to its historic separation from that city during most of its history. Xochimilco is best known for its canals, which are left from what was an extensive lake and canal system that connected most of the settlements of the Valley of Mexico. These canals, along with artificial islands called chinampas, attract tourists and other city residents to ride on colorful gondola-like boats called “trajineras” around the 170 km (110 mi) of canals. This canal and chinampa system, as a vestige of the area’s pre-Hispanic past, has made Xochimilco a World Heritage Site. In 1950, Paramahansa Yogananda in his celebrated classic Autobiography of a Yogi wrote that if there is a scenic beauty contest, Xochimilco will get the First Priz

Average temperatures in Niigata vary drastically. Considering humidity, temperatures feel nice most of the year, excluding some cold weeks in the winter, with a chance of rain or snow throughout most of the year. The area is less temperate than some — in the 21st percentile for pleasant weather — compared to tourist destinations worldwide. Weeks with ideal weather are listed above. If you’re looking for the very warmest time to visit Niigata, the hottest months are August, July, and then September. See average monthly temperatures below. The warmest time of year is generally early August where highs are regularly around 88.4°F (31.3°C) with temperatures rarely dropping below 75.4°F (24.1°C) at night.
This article is about underground passages. For other uses, see Tunnel (disambiguation).

The central portions of a rapid transit network are usually in the tunnel.
A tunnel is relatively long and narrow; the length is often much greater than twice the diameter, although similar shorter excavations can be constructed, such as cross passages between tunnels.
The definition of what constitutes a tunnel can vary widely from source to source. For example, the definition of a road tunnel in the United Kingdom is defined as "a subsurface highway structure enclosed for a length of 150 metres (490 ft) or more."[1] In the United States, the NFPA definition of a tunnel is "An underground structure with a design length greater than 23 m (75 ft) and a diameter greater than 1,800 millimetres (5.9 ft)."[2]
In the UK, a pedestrian, cycle or animal tunnel beneath a road or railway is called a subway, while an underground railway system is differently named in different cities, the "Underground" or the "Tube" in London, the "Subway" in Glasgow, and the "Metro" in Newcastle. The place where a road, railway, canal or watercourse passes under a footpath, cycleway, or another road or railway is most commonly called a bridge or, if passing under a canal, an aqueduct. Where it is important to stress that it is passing underneath, it may be called an underpass, though the official term when passing under a railway is an underbridge. A longer underpass containing a road, canal or railway is normally called a "tunnel", whether or not it passes under another item of infrastructure. An underpass of any length under a river is also usually called a "tunnel", whatever mode of transport it is for.
In the US, the term "subway" means an underground rapid transit system, and the term pedestrian underpass is used for a passage beneath a barrier. Rail station platforms may be connected by pedestrian tunnels or footbridges.

The central portions of a rapid transit network are usually in the tunnel.
