Mozart Santos Batista Júnior, usually known simply as Mozart (born 8 November 1979 in Curitiba, Brazil) is a former professional association football player. He played in both the defensive midfielder and attacking midfielder positions.
He later played for Spartak Moscow, in the Russian Premier League. He terminated his contract with Spartak in March 2009, and the following month he signed for Palmeiras. Mozart's time at Palmeiras ended in August 2009 when he joined Serie A side Livorno.
In June 2014 Mozart marked his return to former club Reggina, being appointed as technical collaborator to new head coach Francesco Cozza, a former teammate of his during his time as a player.
Lauda Air Flight 004 was an international passenger flight operated by a Boeing 767-300ER that crashed on 26 May 1991 due to an uncommanded thrust reverser deployment of the No.1 engine in mid-flight, killing all 213 passengers and the 10 crew members on board. To date, it remains the deadliest aviation accident involving a Boeing 767 and the deadliest aviation accident in Thailand. The crash also marked the aircraft type's first fatal incident and first hull-loss.
It was the third serious accident involving an Austrian aircraft, after the crash in 1960 of an Austrian AirlinesVickers Viscount and the crash on 23 September 1989 of a Turbo Commander 690 aircraft which claimed the life of Alfred Dallinger, the Austrian Minister of Social Affairs.
Lauda Air was founded and run by the former Formula One world motor racing champion Niki Lauda. The crash of flight 004 was notable for Lauda's personal involvement in the accident investigation.
History of the flight
At the time of the accident, Lauda Air operated three weekly flights between Bangkok and Vienna. On 26 May 1991, at 23:02 local time, flight NG004 (originating from Hong Kong's Kai Tak Airport), a Boeing 767-3Z9ER, registration OE-LAV, ship name Mozart, took off from Old Bangkok International Airport (Don Mueang International Airport) for its flight to Vienna International Airport with 213 passengers and 10 crew, under the command of Captain Thomas J. Welch (American) and First Officer Josef Thurner (Austrian).
By-elections are generally held on Thursdays, and the introduction in the afternoon of the Tuesday after the election. The new Member enters the Chamber along with two other members acting as "supporters" and bows to the Speaker. The Member and supporters then process to the Speaker's table, where the new Member takes the Oath of Allegiance or Solemn Affirmation. Then, the Member signs the Test Roll, at the top of which the Oath is written. Finally, the Member returns to sit along with the rest of his party.
Robert Taylor at AllMusic gave Introduction 4.5 stars out of 5, calling it "An unexpected masterpiece in a genre that could use more releases such as this." The album was described as having built on the formula set out in Friedman's previous album, Scenes (1992), but "with more maturity and musical diversity. Themes are not just introduced and abandoned in favor of gratuitous technical noodling, rather the compositions are thoughtfully explored and brought to a natural conclusion."
Introduction is the second extended play by American metalcore band Confide, released in August 2006.
Background
This is the last album featuring founding vocalist, Josh Plesh and is also the only album to include drummer John Paul Benton who as well left the band after this release.
Confide went on to recruit former members, lead vocalist, Ross Kenyon and drummer/singer Joel Piper by the recording for their follow-up release, Shout the Truth which features a metalcore sound rather than the deathcore style the band initially performed on their first two releases.
32 Variations on an Original Theme in C minor, WoO 80 (German:32 Variationen über ein eigenes Thema), is a solo piano work by Ludwig van Beethoven. It was composed in 1806.
Analysis
The work consists of an eight-bar main theme and 32 variations. A chord progression in the left hand, based upon a descending chromatic bass, serves as an important structural device. The short and sparsely melodic theme, as well as the emphasis on the bass line, reflect a possible influence of the chaconne and the Folia. The variations differ in character, technical difficulty and dynamics.
Variations
Var. I, II, III consist of arpeggios and repeating notes. The only difference among these three variations is which hands play the arpeggios; in Var. I, the right hand does so, Var. II, the left hand, and Var. III, both hands.
Var. IV is a variation looking into precision of staccato, and the descending bass line is quite prominent.
Var. V is a quiet variation looking at the contrast between staccato and legato.

WHEN LAUDA TOOK ON BOEING! The Story of Lauda Air Flight 004 (1991)
On the 26th May 1991, three time world champion Niki Lauda was informed that one of the aircraft used by his airline had crashed somewhere in Thailand.
But while there was a full investigation into what happened, Boeing, the company that built the aircraft involved, wanted to stay quiet. And only when challenged by Lauda did they admit that it was a design fault on the plane, and not caused by pilot error or by bad maintanence.

Lauda Air Flight 4
When a plane crashes, for investigators, amongst the most important things to locate are the airplane’s black boxed, often coated in bright orange. There are typically two recorders that are of note. The Cockpit Voice Recorder and the Flight Data recorder, both of which can reveal key information about an accident flight. In the case of Lauda Air Flight 4, the disaster rendered the Flight Data Recorder completely destroyed and any data unsalvageable.
These boxes are built to withstand an immense amount of force and pressure as they are built to withstand the forces of a plane crash. What the loss of the Flight Data Recorder tells us about the Lauda crash was that whatever happened here was very violent.
Lauda Air Flight 4 seemed to disappear into the night on May 26th, 1991, over Thailand. We’re going to breakdown the timeline of events which lead to disaster and uncover the mystery that took the lives of over 200 people that night.

OE-LAV, the aircraft involved in the accident, in 1989
Lauda Air Flight 004 (NG004/LDA004) was a regularly scheduled international passenger flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Vienna, Austria. On 26 May 1991, the Boeing 767-300ER operating the route crashed following an uncommanded deployment of the thrust reverser on the No. 1 engine during the climb phase, causing the aircraft to enter an aerodynamic stall, uncontrolled dive, and in-flight breakup, killing all 213 passengers and ten crew members on board. It is the deadliest aviation accident involving the Boeing 767 (not counting American Airlines Flight 11 or United Airlines Flight 175), and the deadliest aviation accident in Thailand's history as of 2024. The accident marked the 767's first fatal incident and third hull loss.[1][2][3] Formula One world motor racing champion Niki Lauda, who founded and ran Lauda Air, was personally involved in the accident investigation.
