Köhncke was a member of the house trio Whirlpool Productions, along with Hans Nieswandt and Eric D. Clark. Together, they had a number one hit in Italy in 1997 with their house track "From Disco to Disco". Since 1999, he has released tracks on the Cologne label Kompakt. In his music, he combines minimal techno with disco and Krautrock elements.
Musical collaborations
In 2004, Köhncke produced the single "Durch die Nacht" for Andreas Dorau.
He also worked with Dirk von Lowtzow of Tocotronic, as well as for Phantom/Ghost.
In the last few years, he has also worked on soundtracks with Irmin Schmidt, a member of the band Can. Together with Kai Althoff they produced under the name Subtle Tease.
In 2013, he co-created a side project with Hot Chip frontman, Alexis Taylor. The group's name is Fainting by Numbers and a double side single has been produced.
His Track "Timecode" from 2004 is inspired by the song "How Long" (Lipps Inc./1980).
Rusty Egan (born 19 September 1957 in London) is the former drummer for the British new wavebandRich Kids. They were founded by former Sex PistolGlen Matlock (bass guitarist and backing vocals, occasional lead vocals), with Steve New (guitarist and backing vocals, occasional lead vocals) and fronted by Midge Ure (guitarist, lead vocals and occasional backing vocals and keyboards player), from their inception in March 1977 to their disbanding in December 1978. He continued working with Ure, and later collaborated with The Misfits, Skids, Shock, and Visage. However, Egan did not return to Visage when they reformed with a new line-up in 2004.
He was the DJ at Blitz, the influential New Romanticnightclub in London where he worked with Steve Strange from 1979 until 1981. Whilst there, he introduced German (Kraftwerk), Japanese (Yellow Magic Orchestra) and British (Eno, Ultravox, Landscape) electronic/synthpop to the British club scene, almost single-handedly putting together the soundtrack for the New Romantic movement. Egan also owned The Cage, a New Romantic-era record store on London's King's Road. As the club grew in popularity, Egan began to be recognised as a central figure in London's nightlife. In 1982, he and Strange opened up the Camden Palace nightclub in London, where he continued to spread and influence the development of electronica in the UK. For a time, he switched to producingrecords for many of the bands he used to DJ, including Spear of Destiny, Shock, Visage and The Senate.
"I Don't Know" (아무것도 몰라요) is a song by South Korean girl group, Fiestar, from their third single album, "Curious". It's their first single after a 1-year hiatus. The single was released on November 1, 2013 by LOEN Entertainment, with the title track 'I Don't Know'. This is also their first single under LOEN's music label, Collabodadi.
Background
Fiestar said on LOEN's I'M Interview that their "I Don't Know" is about a naive woman who doesn't know much about mature love.
Music video
The music video stars the leader Jei and two Gag Concert team members, and also a cameo by main rapper Yezi. The story starts on a guy's room, then the doorbell rangs. The guy opens it, and his girlfriend Jei appears. As she enters, her boyfriend asks him to remove his jacket. As she removes her jacket, her boyfriend stares on her breasts, and thinks about lewd things which was portrayed by his furnitures, such as Pinocchio growing his long nose. As they're playing a game, her character Yezi is almost losing, then the guy's character is about to win but as he looks down on Yezi's breasts, the girl took an opportunity and beats her boyfriend's character, who forgot to play since he's staring at his girlfriend's breasts. As the two celebrates, the couple had an awkward moment and the boyfriend tried to kiss his girlfriend, which she refuses. The guy forces it until the girl left the room. As the guy's desperation came to an end, he turns on the television and sees his girlfriend, and begins to think of dirty things again.
Fantastic, Vol. 2 (also referred to as Fantastic Volume II) is the second album from Detroit's Slum Village, released on August 8, 2000. During the time of its release the group was still composed of its earliest members T3, Baatin and Jay Dee.
Overview
The album was initially completed in 1998 for A&M Records shortly before the label became obsolete, leaving Slum Village in limbo for over a year. During this period, however, the group's producer Jay Dee greatly increased his profile through work with artists such as Common, Busta Rhymes, Erykah Badu and A Tribe Called Quest. At the same time tremendous acclaim from notables such as Questlove of The Roots and Q-Tip built up anticipation for the long-delayed LP.
Slum Village eventually found an outlet with Goodvibe Recordings & Barak Records, and released Fantastic, Vol. 2 in summer 2000. Although sales were slow (due to heavy bootlegging) the group nevertheless had a huge impact on the underground circuit and were proclaimed torchbearers for the departing A Tribe Called Quest.
"I Don't Know" is Mika Nakashima's 26th single, released on July 23, 2008. It is a collaboration with owarai group Morisanchuu (森三中), released under the name Mica 3 Chu (Mikasanchuu), and is her first single to be released as a CD+DVD format in addition to the regular CD only format.
'I Don't Know' is Mika's first English-language single. 'I Don't Know' and its B-side, 'Shut Up,' are sung entirely in English.

Justus (sometimes Iustus; died on 10 November between 627 and 631) was the fourth Archbishop of Canterbury. He was sent from Italy to England by Pope Gregory the Great, on a mission to Christianize the Anglo-Saxons from their native paganism, probably arriving with the second group of missionaries despatched in 601. Justus became the first Bishop of Rochester in 604, and attended a church council in Paris in 614.
Following the death of King Æthelberht of Kent in 616, Justus was forced to flee to Gaul, but was reinstated in his diocese the following year. In 624 Justus became Archbishop of Canterbury, overseeing the despatch of missionaries to Northumbria. After his death he was revered as a saint, and had a shrine in St Augustine's Abbey, Canterbury.
Arrival in Britain
Justus was an Italian and a member of the Gregorian mission sent to England by Pope GregoryI. Almost everything known about Justus and his career is derived from the early 8th-century Historia ecclesiastica gentis Anglorum of Bede. As Bede does not describe Justus' origins, nothing is known about him prior to his arrival in England. He probably arrived in England with the second group of missionaries, sent at the request of Augustine of Canterbury in 601. Some modern writers describe Justus as one of the original missionaries who arrived with Augustine in 597, but Bede believed that Justus came in the second group. The second group included Mellitus, who later became Bishop of London and Archbishop of Canterbury.
One of Cologne's most revered personalities in electronic music is producer, singer and DJ Justus Köhncke. A true Kompakt staple since his ground-breaking "Was Ist Musik?" album from 2002, he continuously proved to be an extraordinary artist whose output sports rare lyrical and transformative properties, not shying away from German Schlager-like vocals or straight-up Disco references. Kompakt is extremely proud to present "Bass Ist Musik", the latest entry in the "Kompakt Klassiks" CD series and a definitive collection inviting you to discover both Köhncke's signature tracks and underground hits. Check out this classic 2002 video for the "Was Ist Musik" single (produced by director Claudia Rorarius), which was virtually unavailable on the web for quite some time now... which is why we felt...
