Madonna - I Love New York (Album Version)
Lyrics:
I don't like cities but I like New York
Other places make me feel like a dork
Los Angeles is for people who sleep
Paris and London baby you can keep
Other cities always make me mad
Other places always make me sad
No other city ever made me glad
Except New York
I love New York
Love New York
Love New York
If you don't like my attitude then you can F off
Just go to Texas isn't that where they golf?
New York is not for little pussies who scream
If you can't stand the heat then get off of my street
Other cities always make me mad
Other places always make me sad
No other city ever made me glad
Except New York
I love New York

Blind boxes—or sealed boxes that you purchase without knowing what’s inside are super popular right now, especially when it comes to kawaii items. Another ever-popular treat? Bubble tea! Combine the two, and you get New York City’s coolest new dining experience: Boba Box. Boba Box2 is located right in Union Square in Manhattan. In addition to their blind box boba, they're also a cranecade, with an entire store of adorable and fun claw machines.
We had to try this fun experience that is super unique for New York. While blind box bubble tea machines could already be found in Asia, there are only one or two in the United States—and this is the first one we could find in New York!
After we got our bubble tea and surprise plushie—which was slowly revealed via the super cool blind box machine outside the shop—we went inside for some claw games. The crane machines are filled with super cute plushies and toys of all sizes, but it’s not exactly cheap to play (especially if you’re bad at claw machines like us!).
After leaving empty-handed from the claw machines at Boba Box, we decided to try our hand at another super fun claw machine shop, Partea, just a few blocks away. Partea was inspired by Taiwanese Night Markets and offers some light street food in addition to their bubble tea and claw machine games. We tried the gachapon capsule toy machine in addition to the crane games here—and were a bit more successful! We also couldn’t pass up the opportunity to try a drink, and ordered the Whipped Taro Boba. We wanted to order their customizable oden, but it’s only available in the winter, so we’ll have to go back.
Overall, these claw machine arcades and boba shops are a fun way to spend an afternoon in Manhattan. You can’t beat the surprise of blind box boba!

From Wikipedia:
Interstate 95 (I-95) is part of the Interstate Highway System and runs from Miami, Florida, to the Canada–United States border near Houlton, Maine. In the US state of New York, I-95 extends 23.50 miles (37.82 km) from the George Washington Bridge in New York City to the Connecticut state line at Port Chester. The George Washington Bridge carries I-95 across the Hudson River from New Jersey into New York City. There, I-95 runs across Upper Manhattan on the Trans-Manhattan Expressway for 0.81 miles (1.30 km) through Washington Heights. It continues east across the Harlem River on the Alexander Hamilton Bridge and onto the Cross Bronx Expressway. In the Bronx, I-95 leaves the Cross Bronx at the Bruckner Interchange, joining the Bruckner Expressway to its end. North of the interchange with Pelham Parkway, it then continues northeast via the New England Thruway (which is part of the New York State Thruway system) out of New York City into Westchester County and to the Connecticut state line, where I-95 continues on the Connecticut Turnpike.
The Trans-Manhattan Expressway also carries US Route 1. Approximately 280,000 vehicles traverse the expressway on a daily average basis. Completed in 1960, the expressway is located below ground level, in an open cut; however, the George Washington Bridge Bus Station and the highrise Bridge Apartments are built over the expressway, creating intermittent tunnels. It is maintained by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). Although the highway geographically runs east–west, it carries the north–south routings of I-95 and US 1. The westbound lanes carry the southbound designations of both routes, while the eastbound lanes carry the northbound designations.

In this video we are going to travel from Florida to Upstate NY, as we start to film our major videos the fall colors of Vermont, New Hampshire, & Maine, perhaps give you some ideas for your next roadtrip up north. We are going to show Jacksonville, Rocky Mount North Carolina, a great bike route in Roanaoke Rapids, which follows the Underground Railroad. We’ll then explore Richmond, up to our nations capital to a mall where there is no shopping, but plenty of Inspiration. We then travel north to Wilmington Delaware and the City that used to be our nations capital. We head along the northeast corridor passing Newark and New York, and travel north to the Catskills and Poughkeepsie New York. Because we have to move fast, we wont do the full features on the city like we normally do, but show you some of the city and rest areas along the way, give some hotel info, and tips if you are traveling north in the eastern US. So hop in the Yukon with us as we leave the Sub Tropics of Florida and head to the fall colors of Upstate New York
