"I'd Like To" is the fourth single, released from English soul singer Corinne Bailey Rae's debut album, Corinne Bailey Rae. The song was not released in the United States, and was her debut album's final commercial single.
The song was confirmed for release by the administrator of her official forum. "I'd Like To" was released in a slightly remixed and edited form for the single release. "I'd Like To" became Rae's first single to miss the UK top 75, peaking at number 79. The album Corinne Bailey Rae, however, re-entered the UK top 40 after the release of the single.
It was released in Mexico as a digital-only single on 19 February, it reached 86 on the top 100. In June, it was serviced to Hot AC radio in the U.S.
The album version of "I'd Like To" was featured as track one on the film soundtrack for He's Just Not That Into You.
A music video was released to promote the song. The music video starts with Rae on a formal pool party. Later she walks through some trees and plants and appears on a street. She goes walking down the street and changing accsesories with people on the street. She ends at a more fun pool party. The music video was filmed in Los Angeles the week beginning 20 November 2006 and was originally scheduled to be released on 12 February 2007 . It was premiered on Yahoo UK the week beginning 15 January 2007.
The Rascals (initially known as The Young Rascals) were an American rock band, formed in Garfield in 1965. Between 1966 and 1968 the New Jersey act reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 with nine singles, including the #1s "Good Lovin'" (1966), "Groovin'" (1967), and "People Got to Be Free" (1968), as well as big radio hits such as the much-covered "How Can I Be Sure?" (#4 1967) and "A Beautiful Morning" (#3 1968), plus another critical favorite "A Girl Like You" (#10 1967). The band were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997.
The Rascals were inducted into the Hit Parade Hall of Fame in 2010 and also reunited in 2012 for a series of shows in New York and New Jersey. The reunion continued on in 2013 with shows on Broadway.
Eddie Brigati (vocals), Felix Cavaliere (keyboard, vocals), Gene Cornish (guitar) and Dino Danelli (drums) started the band in Brigati and Danelli's hometown of Garfield, New Jersey. Brigati, Cavaliere, and Cornish had previously been members of Joey Dee and the Starliters. Eddie's brother, David Brigati, an original Starliter, helped arrange the vocal harmonies and sang backgrounds on many of the group's recordings (informally earning the designation as the "fifth Rascal"). When Atlantic Records signed them, they discovered that another group, Borrah Minnevitch's and Johnny Puleo's 'Harmonica Rascals', objected to their release of records under the name 'The Rascals'. To avoid conflict, manager Sid Bernstein decided to rename the group 'The Young Rascals'.
The Rascals were an Indie Rock band from Hoylake, England. Consisting of Miles Kane (singer/Guitarist), Joe Edwards (Bass) and Greg Mighall (Drums).
Their debut album Rascalize, was released on 23 June 2008.
Former lead singer Miles Kane has a second band, The Last Shadow Puppets, with Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys, in which he shares duties with Turner.
In August 2009, it was announced that Miles Kane had left The Rascals to focus on a solo career.
Hailing from Hoylake (The Wirral, on Merseyside) in England, the band began jamming and writing material as a three piece in September 2007.
The Rascals were immediately signed to Deltasonic Records and played their first gig supporting bands including Arctic Monkeys.
They released their debut EP, Out Of Dreams EP, on 9 December, 2007, which contains their first single Out of Dreams
Then, on 18 February, 2008, they released a single, called Suspicious Wit.
The Rascals' debut album Rascalize was released on 23 June, 2008 (first released on iTunes on 15 June, 2008). Although it was not a commercial success only peaking at #100 on the UK Albums Chart for one week the album was generally well received by critics.
Thee Rascals 13, also known as TRS, RSCS, and ATW, is a predominantly Hispanic criminal street gang based in the Atwater Village neighborhood of Los Angeles. The Atwater Boys, who later became "Thee Rascals" were originally formed in the late 1970s by kids in Atwater for protection from two larger and older street gangs, Toonerville Rifa and The Avenues. Some were the children of a third gang Frogtown, whose fathers and families discouraged gang involvement. At first, rivalries were settled through hand-to-hand fist fighting, but, as time went on shootings became the most efficient way to deal with rival gang-members, due mainly in part to the drug trade. Even to this day rival gang members will shoot it out with one another when the time calls for it.

I've been lonely too long, I've been lonely too long
In the past it's come and gone, I feel like I can't go on without
love.
I've been lonely too long. (He's been lonely too long.)
I've been lonely too long. (He's been lonely.)
As I look back,
I can see me lost and searching.
Now I find that I can choose, I'm free. Oh, Yeah!
So funny I just have to laugh,
All my troubles been torn in half.
I been lonely too long. (He's been lonely too long.)
Lonely too long. (He's been lonely.)
In the past it's come and gone,
I feel like I can't go on without love.
(Lonely), lonely too long
I've been lonely too long. (He's been lonely)
Just see me now
Makes it worth the time I've waited.
She was all I need to make me see, Oh, Yeah!
I keep hopin' with all my mind,
Everything gonna turn out right.
I've been lonely too long. (He's been lonely too long).
I've been lonely too long. (He's been lonely.)
Now look at me
Gliding through this world of beauty
Everything I do brings ecstasy, Oh, Yeah!
No wonder I could die
I feel like I'm 'bout ten miles high!
I've been lonely too long. (He's been lonely too long.)
Lonely too long. (He's been lonely.)
Found myself somebody. (He's been lonely)
Don't have to be alone no more. (He's been lonely, He's been lonely.)
Don't have to alone no more, no more. (He's been lonely, He's been
lonely.)
