Plot
Vs centers on four superheroes (Charge, Cutthroat, Shadow, and The Wall) who awaken in a seemingly abandoned town to find themselves stripped of their powers, and at the mercy of their abductor and Arch Nemesis, Rickshaw (Remar). They are shortly thrust into a series of psychological challenges where the stakes include the lives of a town full of kidnapped innocent civilians as well as their own.
The film opens with Charge/John (Trost), Cutthroat/Ben (Till), The Wall/Charlie (Valmassy), and Shadow/Jill (Merkley), waking up in a seemingly abandoned town, all bearing strange injection marks on their wrists. They soon discover television sets through which their nemesis, Rickshaw, whom the group thought Charge had defeated some time ago, explains to them that he has staged a game all across town with innocents' lives at stake, and that he has also taken away their powers. To prove this, he executes a civilian near Cutthroat's location, then instructs the heroes to head to a meeting ground. Once there, the four have a brief personal reunion, in which the group realizes that Charge still retains some of his abilities, before Rickshaw interrupts them, giving them new orders. Charge assumes command of the group almost unanimously, with the exception of Cutthroat, who appears disgruntled with the others' decision.
There were two versions of the game, referred to as 1 vs. 100 Live and 1 vs. 100 Extended Play. The Live version was hosted by Chris Cashman in North America and James McCourt in the UK and Ireland, and places a single contestant as "The One" against a group of 100 that make up "The Mob", with the rest of the players making up "The Crowd". The One has the opportunity to win up to 10,000 Microsoft Points, credited to their Xbox Live account, while the remaining members of The Mob divide up the winnings and each win an Xbox Live Arcade game if they are able to eliminate The One. The top three players in The Crowd win the XBLA game as well.
The hosts and players were represented by Xbox Live Avatars. The game was free to all Xbox Live gold subscribers and was supported by advertising revenue. Seasons lasting 13 weeks consisted of various 30-minute extended play sessions followed by live two-hour episodes airing Tuesday and Friday.
The Godzilla(ゴジラ,Gojira)franchise is a series of multi-media featuring the monster Godzilla, owned by Toho. It is recognized by Guinness World Records to be the longest continuously running movie franchise, having been in on-going production from 1954 to the present day (with several hiatuses). The film franchise consists of 28 films produced by Toho (three of which had American adaptations) and two Hollywood reboots. A reboot by Toho is scheduled to be released in 2016 while Legendary Pictures is proceeding with a shared cinematic franchise of their own with their second Godzilla film set for a June 2018 release while a cross-over film with King Kong is targeted for a 2020 release date.
The first film, Godzilla, directed by Ishirō Honda, is an early and influential classic in the monster film genre and was initially released by Toho in 1954. Utilizing an atomic bomb incident to unleash the monster, the film tapped into political undertones and feelings common to Japan at the time. The original introduced an acclaimed music score by Akira Ifukube, which was reused in many of the later films. The original also introduced the work of Toho special effects master Eiji Tsuburaya who used miniatures and "suit-mation" to convey the large scale of the monster and its destruction. For its North American release, the film was reworked as an adaptation and released in 1956 as Godzilla, King of the Monsters!. The film featured new footage with Raymond Burr edited together with the original Japanese footage. This "Americanized" version was released internationally, becoming a widespread and long-time commercial success and the only version of the original Godzilla film available outside Japan until 2004.
The film is a co-production between Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures, with the latter also distributing the film worldwide, except in Japan where it was distributed by Toho. The project initially began in 2004 and was originally intended to be an IMAX short film but was later transferred to Legendary for development as a feature film. Principal photography took place in the United States and Canada in 2013.
Godzilla 1985 is a Japanese-American science fictionkaiju film co-directed by R.J. Kizer and Koji Hashimoto. The film is a heavily re-edited American adaptation of the Japanese film The Return of Godzilla produced by Toho in 1984. In addition to the film being re-cut, re-titled, and dubbed in English, Godzilla 1985 included a small American production, produced by New World Pictures, featuring new footage shot exclusively for the film's North American release. The Japanese version was directed by Koji Hashimoto, with special effects by Teruyoshi Nakano and starred Ken Tanaka, Yasuko Sawaguchi, and Yosuke Natsuki while the New World version's footage was directed by R. J. Kizer, written by Tony Randel and Lisa Tomei, and featured Raymond Burr reprising his role as Steve Martin, who has been summoned by the United States military to aid them in a counterattack against Godzilla after it resurfaces 30 years after its initial attack.

Rodan was an Americanmath/post-hardcore band in the early to mid-1990s. The best known lineup of the band consisted of Jeff Mueller (guitar/vocals), Jason Noble (guitar/vocals), Tara Jane O'Neil (bass/vocals), and Kevin Coultas (drums).
History
Rodan formed in Louisville, Kentucky in 1992. After quickly passing through drummers Jon Cook and John Weiss, in 1993 the band was joined by Kevin Coultas, who would stay with them almost until the end. In 1993 they recorded their Aviary demo which saw limited release. Later that year two songs from Aviary; "Milk and Melancholy" and "Exoskeleton", were rerecorded and released as How the Winter Was Passed. Six of the songs on the Aviary demo were re-recorded by Bob "Rusty" Weston (of Shellac fame) and released in 1994 as the album Rusty. The band acted as "Truckstop" in the 1994 cultroad movieHalf-cocked to which they also contributed music to the soundtrack. Although they were never signed to the label, Rodan was close to Simple Machines, contributing to several compilations and playing at the label's Working Holiday festival. The band also had a John Peel recording session in 1995. In 1995 Kevin Coultas left the band and was replaced at a few shows by Jon Cook.
