"Get the Party Started" is a song performed by Pink, and was the first single from her second album titled Missundaztood (2001). It became an international hit and reached the top ten in many countries. The song was Pink's biggest-selling song at that time. The track was released on October 9, 2001 to positive reviews from critics and after the release of the single it was confirmed that Pink would be releasing Missundaztood.
Writing
The song was composed by former 4 Non Blondes frontwoman, Linda Perry. She said that the process of making the song was "so unlike me"; according to her, she was going through a "weird phase" during which she wanted to learn how to program drums. She programmed her first beat, picked up a bass guitar, and, in her words, "did what the beat was asking me to do." She decided to put "every wrong instrument" in the song, and consequently acquired a horn sample. "I was doing the music, the melody was already coming to me in what I wanted the song to be," she said. She finished the song by including in the song "every catch phrase you possibly could imagine", before laughing at the realization that she had written a potential hit single and her first dance song. "You create something in your bedroom or your house, and it's just a fun thing that you're doing," she said. "Then all of a sudden, you hear that song that you started in your house, and it's on the radio. And people are now acknowledging it. It's just trippy."
Released in June 2007, the album features newly remixed tracks by contemporary producers. The remixes feature recorded vocal tracks previously issued in the 1980s and '90s. "I Will Survive" was recorded in 1996 for the album The Show Must Go On but was not issued at that time. In addition, the album features new recordings including a cover version of Pink's "Get the Party Started", which fronted the 2006 Marks & Spencer Christmas advertising campaign. (This track was used again in 2010 for the opening credits of the spy-spoof movie "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore".) The album project was spearheaded by Bassey and saw her working with songwriting partners Catherine Feeney and Nikki Lamborn, who co-wrote the song, "The Living Tree". The album was released in the UK and Europe on Monday 25 June 2007 without being leaked onto the internet before the release date. It entered the UK Albums Chart at #6, her highest chart position for a studio album since 1970 and since 1978 overall.
7 Horns 7 Eyes is an American Christianprogressive death metal band based out of Seattle, Washington. The band formed in 2006 and released their debut album Throes of Absolution on April 24, 2012, on Century Media Records in North America and Basick Records in Europe. On January 10, 2014, after being silent for nearly two years, Vocalist JJ Polachek announced the band is working on three potential releases for 2014 and 2015. It was described as large a conceptual work.

Formation and 7 Horns 7 Eyes
In 2006, friends, Kyle Wood, Brandon and Aaron Smith, Chris Weiford, and Steven Bye started a band, that they named 7 Horns 7 Eyes, which comes from Revelation 5:6 in the Bible. They recorded their self titled debut EP in 2006 and released it in 2007. After 7 Horns 7 Eyes was released, Weiford and Bye left the band and were replaced by friend Sean Alf, and Ryan Wood, Kyle's brother.
"Huntour", Convalescence EP, and Throes of Absolution
In 2009, the band was selected for Demon Hunter's first annual "Huntour" along with the resurrected Living Sacrifice, The Famine, Focused, and Advent. After the "Huntour" the band began to record their first album and released the first single of the album, "The Vindicator". After recording the whole album, Kyle Wood left to get married. Aaron Smith then contacted his friend JJ "Shiv" Polachek of Monotheist, to be the new vocalist and re-record vocals. In 2011, the band released Convalescence EP and in 2012, their debut album, Throes of Absolution was released. After the release, Sean Alf left the band, and was replaced by Zack Uidl.
The staining method involves application of hemalum, a complex formed from aluminium ions and hematein (an oxidation product of hematoxylin). Hemalum colors nuclei of cells (and a few other objects, such as keratohyalin granules and calcified material) blue. The nuclear staining is followed by counterstaining with an aqueous or alcoholic solution of eosin Y, which colors eosinophilic structures in various shades of red, pink and orange.
The staining of nuclei by hemalum is ordinarily due to binding of the dye-metal complex to DNA, but nuclear staining can be obtained after extraction of DNA from tissue sections. The mechanism is different from that of nuclear staining by basic (cationic) dyes such as thionine or toluidine blue. Staining by basic dyes occurs only from solutions that are less acidic than hemalum, and it is prevented by prior chemical or enzymatic extraction of nucleic acids. There is evidence to indicate that coordinate bonds, similar to those that hold aluminium and hematein together, bind the hemalum complex to DNA and to carboxy groups of proteins in the nuclear chromatin.
