Diyar-e-Dil (Urdu:دیار دل ; lit. The Valley of Heart) is a Pakistani television drama serial, that originally aired on the Hum TV from March 17, 2015, to October 27, 2015, comprising a total of 33 episodes. Diyar-e-Dil follows the lives of a dysfunctional family led by Agha Jaan and his grandchildren, Wali and Farah. The story is told in a heavily serialized manner. Each episode follow the lives of Wali and Faarah who became the cause of reuniting the family that fell apart because of Agha Jaan's eldest son Behroze, despite their troubled relation.
Episode 1 is the first episode of the ITV drama Primeval. The episode was aired on 10 February 2007 as a pilot for the series. The pilot became a success and was picked up before the series was aired.
Plot
At night. A Gorgonopsid emerges from the Forest of Dean pursuing Dr. Helen Cutter. Unable to find shelter in a nearby closed supermarket, Helen flees back into the forest. With no witnesses to her disappearance, she is presumed dead.
Eight years pass. At Central Metropolitan University, graduate student Connor Temple approaches his tutor in evolutionary zoology, Professor Nick Cutter, and Cutter’s assistant, Stephen Hart, with a newspaper photograph of a Therapsid-like creature. Cutter initially dismisses it as a hoax, but decides to investigate upon learning that the sighting took place in the Forest of Dean, where his wife disappeared.
At the Forest of Dean, Cutter, Stephen, and Connor find evidence of a large and powerful predator. They are joined in their search by Claudia Brown, a junior-level agent from the Home Office sent to investigate the monster sighting.
The film is nominally 8mm wide, exactly the same as the older standard 8mm film, and also has perforations on only one side. However, the dimensions of the perforations are smaller than those on older 8mm film, which allowed the exposed area to be made larger. The Super 8 standard also specifically allocates the border opposite the perforations for an oxide stripe upon which sound can be magnetically recorded.
Unlike Super 35, the film stock used for Super 8 is not compatible with standard 8mm film cameras.
There are several different varieties of the film system used for shooting, but the final film in each case has the same dimensions. By far the most popular system was the Kodak system.
The Super Eight is the common name of the boys high school ice hockey tournament that determines the state champion of Massachusetts. The tournament is officially called the Division I–A tournament.
The Super Eight tournament is regarded as one of the premier high school hockey post-season tournaments in the country and the participating teams in the tournament are considered among the best high school hockey teams in the country. The tournament has produced numerous NHL players, several national championship teams, and has set several Massachusetts high school hockey attendance records since the tournaments inception.
The format of the Super Eight tournament was a round-robin in which the top eight Division I teams in the state compete against each other. Since 2001, there are actually 10 teams selected, with the bottom four seeds playing a play-in game. The winners of those games compete in the Super Eight Tournament with a single-elimination format, while the losers return to the respective Division I tournaments (e.g. Division I North tournament) and are seeded at the top of their respective tournaments.
