Time can't be turned back, can't be regained, can't be rewound
The fate of the story is within the surrounding dreams
"Who is the sinner, who will judge?"
There is no...

Welcome to Japanese History for Everyone, now available to people of all intelligence levels (and not limited to Morons) lol
This is my first time making a Japanese History video in almost a decade and I know I don't have a lot of resources so its not perfect, but my roommate and I spent three days filming and editing this video, so I hope you like it!
As a note not all the ukiyo-e prints match specifically to the person they are representing and the backgrounds are also not exact as well. Its really hard to find an ukiyoe depicting 8th century nara, so please bear with me.

Title/Dream Traces
Lyrics
Like an illusion, like a storm, like a constellation
A story is depicted, this world expands
Can't speak about it completely, can't know about it completely, can't forget it
The story survives, inside of people's dreams
"What is wrong, what is right?"
Everyone asks their own heart
That symbol that they'll live tomorrow
The violent night passes
Only footprints engrave this ground
The kind wind blew
A crimson sky, a crimson moon
This world, illuminated from afar by
A strong, fleeting dream
Time can't be turned back, can't be regained, can't be rewound
The fate of the story is within the surrounding dreams
"Who is the sinner, who will judge?"
There is no meaning in the victorious moment
Searching for the words that connect to tomorrow
When the cold night comes
Remember, smiles or laughter
You can only cherish them painfully
A crimson sky, a crimson moon
Eternally, eternally, see, guiding this world
A passionate, miserable dream
The violent night passes
Only footprints engrave this ground
The kind wind blew
A crimson sky, a crimson moon
This world, illuminated from afar by
A strong, fleeting dream
A passionate, miserable dream
