Duck Creek is formed in the hill country of northern Washington County at the community of Warner, just west of Lower Salem and approximately 15mi (24km) north of Marietta, by the confluence of East Fork Duck Creek and West Fork Duck Creek. The East Fork, approximately 20mi (30km) long, rises in western Monroe County and flows generally southwardly through eastern Noble and northern Washington Counties. The West Fork, approximately 30mi (50km) long, rises in southeastern Guernsey County and flows generally south-southeastwardly through central Noble and northern Washington Counties, past the towns of Belle Valley, Caldwell, Dexter City and Macksburg; it is the larger of the two headwaters streams. From Warner, Duck Creek flows generally southwardly in a highly meandering course and joins the Ohio River at Marietta, about 3mi (5km) east of its downtown.
Near the end of Brotherton road before it intersects with Erie, you can dip down and explore Duck Creek. Duck Creek is part of the Little Miami watershed. This man made part of the creek accepts combined sewer overflow and is painted from end to end with graffiti.

EPIC Wood Duck Hunt | 45 Minute Limit!!!
Opening weekend for duck hunting in Ohio and it didn't disappoint! We had wood ducks at close range on the first day, and limited out in 45 minutes. Day two was also a fun day, where we got back into some tight quarters shooting, which led to a lot of misses, but lots of fun! Wood Ducks are the prettiest ducks you can find! They taste pretty good too!

New levee to be built along Duck Creek in Madisonville
MADISONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) - City leaders say construction on I-71 near Madisonville damaged part of Cincinnati's flood protection system.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers decertified part of the city's Duck Creek Levee. The Ohio Department of Transportation is building temporary measures, but construction won't start on a permanent levee until the end of 2020.
The problem is along the on-ramp from Kennedy Avenue to I-71 north. ODOT is adding a lane of continuous traffic there as well as building a new off-ramp.
