The Five Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The system of the five elements was used for describing interactions and relationships between phenomena. The 5 elements are Jin (metal), Mu (wood), Shui (water), Huo (fire), Tu (earth). Each element has certain characteristics and qualities, which are used to classify all phenomena including seasons, climate, taste, color, sound, emotion, and internal organs.
According to the five element theory, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood are related to the human body organs, namely, heart/small intestine, spleen/stomach, lung/large intestine, kidney/urinary bladder, and the liver/gallbladder, respectively.
In T'ai chi ch'uan, the five elements are used to designate the different directions, positions, or footwork patterns such as forward, backward, left, right, and center.

BuzzMoy Presents: Which Of 5 Chinese Elements Are You?
Five Elements Theory is a Chinese philosophy used to describe connections and cooperations between things. The five components - wood, fire, earth, metal, and water - are accepted to be the basic components of everything in the universe.
This test is capable of finding out which of the five Chinese elements are you 100% accurately. You will be asked 7 questions and 10 seconds will be provided to answer each of them. Answer them and count up the points you will get from each answer. The final result will be shown based on your total points at the end of this video.
WOOD PERSONALITY
You are just like the wind. Since the wind is changeable, you generally have unstable personality: sometimes like the storm, sometimes like breeze; sometimes stubborn. You are wise, reliable and can cooperate with others easily. At work, you are motivated, confident, earnest, generous, compassionate and good at diplomacy.
FIRE PERSONALITY
You are risk-taking, adventurous, brave, confident, motivated and ambitious. You are urgent in pursuit of goals and full of youthful spirit. Fire-type people are highly outgoing. However, they tend to be impatient, short-tempered, and often argue and talk exaggeratedly.
EARTH PERSONALITY
You might be introverted and generous. Since the earth is wet and sticky, you always have the slow running vital energy and blood and the stable temperament. You often impress others with your contented and peaceful state. You’re fond of sweet rather than sour & spicy food. You’re neutral and don't like sports.
METAL PERSONALITY
You’re born vigorous and strong. You’re heroic and generous in aiding needy people. You might have a tendency to join in the military or to be a political leader. You’re responsible, disciplined & loyal to friends and always have a good relationship with people around.
WATER PERSONALITY
You are very gentle, smart and competent. You always think twice before you act. You’re resourceful and political-minded and have the quality of brain man. Water people live a life full of ups and downs, and even may stray into dangerous situations but they always keep the faith.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient form of healthcare that dates back over 2,500 years and includes natural treatments such as acupuncture, herbal remedies, dietary advice, stress/emotional support, exercise including tai chi and qi gong and treatments such as cupping and moxibustion. TCM along with Ayurveda two of the oldest and most renowned forms of ancient medicine in the world and are returning quickly in popularity. TCM practitioners look to treat the root cause of disease and take a holistic approach to helping people experience complete healing without the use of conventional drugs.
Several of the advantages that Traditional Chinese Medicine and other Eastern practices have to offer include a high level of patient compliance (often due to patients noticing improvements in their symptoms quickly), reduced stress levels, natural pain management, improved sleep, stronger immunity and decreased need for medications.
