Treaties of the European Union
The Treaties of the European Union are a set of international treaties between the European Union (EU) member states which sets out the EU's constitutional basis. They establish the various EU institutions together with their remit, procedures and objectives. The EU can only act within the competences granted to it through these treaties and amendment to the treaties requires the agreement and ratification (according to their national procedures) of every single signatory.
Two core functional treaties, the Treaty on European Union (originally signed in Maastricht in 1992) and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (originally signed in Rome in 1958 as the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community), lay out how the EU operates, and there are a number of satellite treaties which are interconnected with them. The treaties have been repeatedly amended by other treaties over the 65 years since they were first signed. The consolidated version of the two core treaties is regularly published by the European Commission.

Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union
Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union prohibits cartels and other agreements that could disrupt free competition in the European Economic Area's internal market . Article 101 reads,

The role of the Commission is the area is quasi-judicial and subject to appeal to the ECJ.

Non-judicial punishment
A non-judicial punishment (NJP) in the United States Armed Forces is a form of military justice authorized by Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Non-judicial punishment or "NJP" permits commanders to administratively discipline troops without a court-martial. Punishment can range from reprimand to reduction in rank, correctional custody, confinement on bread and water/diminished rations (aboard ships only), loss of pay, extra duty, and/or restrictions. The receipt of non-judicial punishment does not constitute a criminal conviction (it is equivalent to a civil action), but is often placed in the service record of the individual. The process for non-judicial punishment is governed by Part V of the Manual for Courts-Martial and by each service branch's regulations.
Non-judicial punishment proceedings are known by different terms among the services. In the Army and the Air Force, non-judicial punishment is referred to as Article 15; in the Marine Corps it is called being "NJP'd", "Ninja Punched", or being sent to "Office Hours". The Navy and the Coast Guard call non-judicial punishment captain's mast or admiral's mast, depending on the rank of the commanding officer.

List of The New Batman Adventures episodes
Three years after the second season of Batman: The Animated Series ended production, the show was moved (as The New Batman Adventures) from Fox to The WB channel, which was airing and producing Superman: The Animated Series. These shows were merged as part of an hour-long segment called The New Batman/Superman Adventures. The WB wanted more episodes of Batman, so 24 new episodes were produced, which featured a different format and more focus on Batman's supporting cast.
In addition to the network's demands, the producers decided to make the show match the graphic style of Superman: The Animated Series, so all the characters and objects were redesigned as more "animation friendly" with fewer lines, usually referred to by the fans and creative staff as the "revamp" (or alternately, the "new look"). A similar graphic style was used in the rest of the DCAU later on.
The DVD box set of the series is labeled Batman: The Animated Series – Volume Four (from The New Batman Adventures), most likely to establish the connection with the original series.

Chemistry (Girls Aloud album)
Chemistry is the third studio album by British all-female pop group Girls Aloud. It was released in the United Kingdom on 5 December 2005 by Polydor Records. After the success of What Will the Neighbours Say?, the album was again entirely produced by Brian Higgins and his production team Xenomania again. Chemistry is a loose concept album which details celebrity lifestyle and "what it's like to be a twentysomething girl in London." A number of the songs notably avoid the typical verse-chorus form of pop music, instead making use of unusual structures.
Chemistry was widely acclaimed by a number of contemporary music critics upon its release. Despite a relatively low chart position (peaking at 11, it is the lowest charting release by the group), the album yielded four top ten singles and was certified platinum in the United Kingdom and Ireland, selling over 390,000 copies. The album was followed by the Chemistry Tour, Girls Aloud's first concert tour to reach arenas.

Chemistry is the second mini album from South Korean duo Trouble Maker, which consists of 4Minute's HyunA and Beast's Hyunseung. It was released digitally on October 28, 2013 with the lead single "Now" (Hangul: 내일은 없어; RR: Naeireun Eopseo; lit. "No Tomorrow").
Promotion and release
On October 4, 2013, Cube Entertainment revealed that Trouble Maker would be making their comeback. A representative said, "We have established their comeback as Trouble Maker to be made on the October 24 episode of Mnet's 'M! Countdown'. As it has been a while since they were active as a unit, the both of them are fully engaged in practice and very nervous.
On October 23, a teaser video and photo was released which showcased a sexy concept; the release date was clarified to be October 28, and the lead single would be called "Now" (Hangul: 내일은 없어). On October 26, the official site was launched, showing 12 different teaser photos. The album was released on digital download on October 28, and on physical album on October 31. A special limited edition (3,000 copies), rated 19+, was released on November 12. Cube said this version shows a "level of allure and sexuality exceeding that of Trouble Maker as everyone knows it now".

If Downfall had taken place, it would have been the largest amphibious operation in history.Japan's geography made this invasion plan quite obvious to the Japanese as well; they were able to accurately predict the Allied invasion plans and thus adjust their defensive plan, Operation Ketsugō, accordingly. The Japanese planned an all-out defense of Kyūshū, with little left in reserve for any subsequent defense operations. Casualty predictions varied widely, but were extremely high.
