Changes is a jazz album released by Keith Jarrett, Jack DeJohnette and Gary Peacock in 1984. This group subsequently became known as the "Standards Trio". The album features improvised compositions recorded at the same sessions as the two volumes released as Standards. In 2008 the three albums were collected into a boxed set, Setting Standards: New York Sessions.
Background
The trio of Keith Jarrett, Gary Peacock and Jack DeJohnette originally worked together on a 1977 album headline by Peacock, Tales of Another, coming back together in 1983 when producer Manfred Eicher proposed a trio album to Jarrett. The three joined in a studio in Manhattan, New York for a 1½ day session during which they recorded enough material for three albums, the two Standards volumes and Changes without rehearsing or pre-planning the playlist.
Reception
The Allmusic review by Scott Yanow awarded the album 4 stars stating "Unlike the other two Keith Jarrett trio recordings from January 1983, this collaboration with bassist Gary Peacock and drummer Jack DeJohnette does not feature standards. The trio performs the 30-minute "Flying" and a 6-minute "Prism," both of them Jarrett originals. "Flying," which has several sections, keeps one's interest throughout while the more concise "Prism" has a beautiful melody. It is a nice change to hear Jarrett (who normally plays unaccompanied) interacting with a trio of superb players.".
"Changes" is the first single taken from Gareth Gates' third studio album, Pictures of the Other Side. It was released on 9 April 2007 and was his first commercial single since "Say It Isn't So" in 2003. The single charted at No. 14 on the UK Singles Chart but the following week dropped out of the top 40, breaking his streak of top ten hits.

In the chart commentary in Yahoo Music UK & Ireland by James Masterton, he rated that "Changes" is a fascinating single certainly. Meanwhile, the Sun stated that "his voice sounds good on the ballad, which washes over the eardrums very pleasantly".

Description
The kob resembles the impala but is more robust. However, males are more robust than females and have horns. Males have shoulder heights of 90–100cm (3.0–3.3ft) and an average weight of 94kg (207lb). Females have shoulder heights of 82–92cm (2.69–3.02ft) and weigh on average 63kg (139lb). The pelage of the kob is typically golden to reddish-brown overall, but with the throat patch, eye ring, and inner ear being white, and the forelegs being black at the front. Males get darker as they get older. Those of the white-eared kob (K. k. leucotis), which is found in the Sudd region (the easternmost part of their range), are strikingly different and overall dark, rather similar to the male Nile lechwe, though with a white throat and no pale patch from the nape to the shoulder. Both sexes have well-developed inguinal glands that secrete a yellow, waxy substance, as well as preorbital glands.
KOB-TV started operations on November 29, 1948, after Albuquerque Journal owner and publisher Tom Pepperday won a television license on his second try. Pepperday, who also owned KOB radio (770 AM), had previously applied for one in 1943. It is the oldest television station in New Mexico, as well as the third-oldest television station between the Mississippi River and the West Coast (behind WBAP-TV in Fort Worth, now KXAS-TV and KDYL-TV in Salt Lake City, now KTVX). Initially, channel 4 ran programming from all four networks—NBC, ABC, CBS and DuMont Television Network. However, it has always been a primary NBC affiliate owing to its radio sister's long affiliation with NBC radio.
KKOB is a Class B radio station, operating with 50,000 watts around the clock, the maximum allowed by the Federal Communications Commission. It uses a non-directional signal during the daytime, reaching most of New Mexico's populated area, as well as parts of Colorado and Arizona. Many nights, with a good radio, it can be heard across much of the western half of North America. At night it uses a directional antenna to protect the Class A radio station on 770 kHz, co-owned WABC in New York City.
