The paper would change from The Ohio Repository to The Canton Repository to the current The Repository.

A 22-year-old murder suspect is being treated at a local hospital after Canton police say he was hurt when jumping out of a second-story window “in an attempt to flee from officers.”

After reviewing evidence, detectives then identified the suspect as Jamarri Harper. The Canton SWAT team and detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of Dueber Avenue SW where authorities say Harper was apprehended after jumping from the window.
Harper faces charges of murder, felonious assault, aggravated robbery, having weapons under disability and receiving stolen property, according to the Canton Police Department.
