The product label claimed that the ingredients contained only natural extracts, and was originally cleared for sale by authorities. It was tested and found to contain fenfluramine and nicotinamide that was banned by authorities in several Asian countries but had not been discovered in previous tests—the authorities then ordered the product to be pulled from their shelves and conducted criminal investigation. Fenfluramine is a substance that was first outlawed in the United States due to associations with severe health hazards.
Cases in Singapore
In Singapore, a high-profile liver failure of female television personality Andrea De Cruz sent shockwaves across its local television industry, leading to a few lawsuits being filed. She eventually won S$900,000 (US$521,460) in damages against the distributor and importer. One woman, Selvarani Raja, died after suffering from liver failure. De Cruz was saved after receiving an emergency transplant from boyfriend (now husband) and actor Pierre Png, who donated half of his liver. Japan authorities reported four deaths resulting from the consumption of pill, and half of the 64 reported illnesses relating to liver or thyroid requiring hospitalization.
Dreamt up by John Bettini, the first Bullet car prototype was built in 1996 utilising a Mazda MX-5 body. The chassis was designed and fabricated by Barry Pearson; it consisted of a square-tube spaceframe onto which a 13B rotary powerplant from a Mazda RX-7 was fitted.
Two more years of development saw a number of cars built; the first V8 was powered by a TVR crate engine supplied by the customer. Bettini decided a Lexus 4LT Quadcam would be a more desirable choice and the next production run saw four normally aspirated cars built and sold.
Sprintex, a supercharger company owned by Advanced Engine Components Ltd. (AEC) was commissioned to develop a supercharger system for the new "wide-body" model released in late 1999. AEC was so impressed with the supercharged Bullet SS that they purchased the Bullet company and set up a new manufacturing facility at Yatala in QueenslandAustralia.
AEC decided that the new Bullet Roadster and supercharged SS models should become fully Australian Design Rules (ADRs) compliant, and they invested heavily to achieve that end on 4 December 2002. All cars built from then on were classified as genuine production models and were priced at $98,000 for the Roadster and $118,000 for the SS.
Bullet was a one-hit wonder American rock band. Its only hit, "White Lies, Blue Eyes", peaked at #28 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in January 1972. Band member (keyboards, vocals) Roget Pontbriand went on to play with K.C. and the Sunshine Band and Wild Cherry. Other members included Ernie Sorrentino and Mike Micara.
An English band, once known as "Bullet", often is mistakenly given credit for the hit "White Lies, Blue Eyes". This group formed in London; it included former Atomic Rooster members John Cann (vocalist) and Paul Hammond (drummer). The English "Bullet" changed their name to Hard Stuff because of the American band named "Bullet". In the UK, "White Lies, Blue Eyes" was released on the Philips label under the name of Bullet U.S.A..
Bullet has an area, as of 2009, of 16.83 square kilometres (6.50sqmi). Of this area, 8.01km2 (3.09sqmi) or 47.6% is used for agricultural purposes, while 7.84km2 (3.03sqmi) or 46.6% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.89km2 (0.34sqmi) or 5.3% is settled (buildings or roads), 0.01km2 (2.5 acres) or 0.1% is either rivers or lakes and 0.11km2 (27 acres) or 0.7% is unproductive land.
Of the built up area, housing and buildings made up 3.1% and transportation infrastructure made up 1.7%. Out of the forested land, 38.5% of the total land area is heavily forested and 8.1% is covered with orchards or small clusters of trees. Of the agricultural land, 1.0% is used for growing crops and 14.6% is pastures and 32.0% is used for alpine pastures. All the water in the municipality is in lakes.
The municipality was part of the Grandson District until it was dissolved on 31 August 2006, and Bullet became part of the new district of Jura-Nord Vaudois.
The hand is a non-SIunit of measurement of length standardized to 4 inches (101.6mm). It is used to measure the height of horses in some English-speaking countries, including Australia,Canada, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States. It was originally based on the breadth of a human hand. The adoption of the international inch in 1959 allowed for a standardized imperial form and a metric conversion. It may be abbreviated to "h" or "hh". Although measurements between whole hands are usually expressed in what appears to be decimal format, the subdivision of the hand is not decimal but is in base 4, so subdivisions after the radix point are in quarters of a hand, which are inches. Thus, 62 inches is fifteen and a half hands, or 15.2hh (normally said as "fifteen-two", or occasionally in full as "fifteen hands two inches")
Terminology
"Hands" may be abbreviated to "h", or "hh". The "hh" form is sometimes interpreted as standing for "hands high." When spoken aloud, hands are stated by numbers, 15.0 is "fifteen hands", 15.2 is alternately "fifteen-two" or "fifteen hands, two inches," and so on.
In poker, players construct hands of playing cards according to predetermined rules, which vary according to which variant of poker is being played. These hands are compared using a hand ranking system that is standard across all variants of poker. The player with the highest-ranking hand wins that particular deal in most poker games. In some variants, the lowest-ranking hand can win or tie.
These hand rankings are also used in some other card games and in poker dice. The ranking of a particular hand is increased by including multiple cards of the same card rank, by all five cards being from the same suit, or by the five cards forming a consecutive series. The relative ranking of the various hand categories is based on the probability of being randomly dealt such a hand from a well-shuffled deck.
General rules
The following rules apply to the ranking of all poker hands unless specifically changed by game variant rules or house rules.

Shotglass Revival - Bullet In My Hand (Redlight King cover)
Performing at Players Choice Sports Bar & Billiards in Greenville, North Carolina on Saturday April 28, 2012.
SHOTGLASS REVIVAL is comprised of former members of Decadence, Sidewinder and Strangelust. We are not about doing anything other than bringing a 100% kickass rock show. We want to engage our audience and take them on a musical journey that's unlike the "press play along" to karaoke style with the same playlist and sound as the band of the night before. This is a seasoned veteran group of musicians that have played and toured all over the US and other countries. We are starting off with cover tunes by bands we love and admire and will introduce our own original material once SHOTGLASS REVIVAL is established as a top contender in our region.

There's a lot of history with the musicians in this band separately but in a nutshell this is the case at hand explained by founder and drummer Ken Bass. I've probably known Glen Stewart the longest but actually been around him the least of everyone in the band. LOL Glen and I were part of a fledgling metal circuit that through various bands saw some moderate regional acceptance. I relocated to Greenville NC and shortly after was in a variety" band with Dale Pridgen. Dale was always a favorite of mine to work with, his professionalism, sound, energy and character were always top-notch. Later I was in a band with vocalist Cameron Smith and he happened to be moonlighting and knew that the drummer in his primary band was leaving and brought me into that. Cameron's a helluva front man that knows how to leave an audience wanting more. When Cameron and I came to the end of the highway with Decadence we decided to keep on as a team and now you have us SHOTGLASS REVIVAL. As far as my background, I've played and worked with some amazing musicians/producers from all over the world. It's been one helluva journey and it's only the beginning.
