Born in Salto, Rodríguez made his senior debuts with local Cerro in Primera División, but later moved to Rentistas. In the 2007 summer he joined neighbouring Tacuarembó, and a year later he signed with local club Peñarol.
In January 2012 Rodríguez joined Huachipato, and netted 17 goals in 37 appearances in his first season for the club, being also crowned champions of Clausura tournament.
On 25 July 2013 Rodríguez joined La Liga side Real Betis, penning a four-year deal.
Rodríguez or Rodriguez ([roˈðɾiɣeθ] in Peninsular Spain or [ro'ðɾiɣes] in Latin America) is a Hispanic surname meaning "son of Rodrigo". It may refer to:
Sixto Diaz Rodriguez, also known as Rodríguez or Jesús Rodríguez (born July 10, 1942), is an American folk musician from Detroit, Michigan. His career initially proved short lived, but unknown to Rodriguez his albums became extremely successful and influential in South Africa. According to the film-makers of the documentary about him, Searching for Sugar Man, sales of his records outnumbered those of Elvis Presley in South Africa. He was rumored there to have committed suicide.
In the 1990s, determined South African fans managed to find and contact Rodriguez, which led to an unexpected revival of his musical career. This is told in the 2012 Academy Award–winning documentary film Searching for Sugar Man, which helped give Rodriguez a measure of fame in his home country.
The "ez" signifies "son of". The name Rodrigo is the Spanish form of Roderick, meaning "famous power", from the Germanic elements "hrod" (fame) and "ric" (power). It was the name of Roderic, the last Visigothic King before the Muslim conquest, and the subject of many legends. The surname Rodríguez could have originated in the 9th century when patronymic names originated.
Brian (sometimes spelled Bryan) is a male given name of Irish and Breton origin, as well as a surname of Occitan origin. It is common in the English-speaking world. It is possible that the name is derived from an Old Celtic word meaning "high" or "noble". For example, the element bre means "hill"; which could be transferred to mean "eminence" or "exalted one". The name is quite popular in Ireland, on account of Brian Boru, a 10th-century king of Ireland. The name was also quite popular in East Anglia during the Middle Ages. This is because the name was introduced to England by Bretons following the Norman Conquest. Bretons also settled in Ireland along with the Normans in the 12th century, and 'their' name was mingled with the 'Irish' version. Also, in the north-west of England, the 'Irish' name was introduced by Scandinavian settlers from Ireland. Within the Gaelic speaking areas of Scotland, the name was at first only used by professional families of Irish origin. It was the fourth most popular male name in England and Wales in 1934, but a sharp decline followed over the remainder of the 20th century and by 1994 it had fallen out of the top 100. It retained its popularity in the United States for longer; its most popular period there was from 1968–1979 when it consistently ranked between eighth and tenth.
Regarded as an influential and landmark series, it ranked 38 on TV Guide's 50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time, the only HBO comedy to make the list, and was also included in Time magazine's list of the "100 Best TV Shows of All Time."
Brian Griffin is fictional character from the animated television seriesFamily Guy. An anthropomorphic white dog, voiced by Seth MacFarlane, he is one of the show's main characters and a member of the Griffin family. He primarily works in the series as a struggling writer, attempting essays, novels, screenplays and newspaper articles.
He first appeared on television, along with the rest of the family, in a 15-minute short on December 20, 1998. Brian was created and designed by MacFarlane himself. MacFarlane was asked to pitch a pilot to the Fox Broadcasting Company, based on The Life of Larry and Larry & Steve, two shorts made by MacFarlane featuring a middle-aged character named Larry and an intellectual dog, Steve. After the pilot was given the green light, the Griffin family appeared in the episode "Death Has a Shadow". Brian's appearance is a redesign of Steve the dog, from MacFarlane's previous show.
Brian has been featured in many items of merchandise for Family Guy, and he is considered to be one of the show's biggest merchandising icons. He has also made crossover appearances in the other MacFarlane-produced shows American Dad! and The Cleveland Show.

Lyrics:
Sugar man, won't you hurry
'Cause I'm tired of these scenes
For a blue coin won't you bring back
All those colors to my dreams
Silver magic ships you carry
Jumpers, coke, sweet Mary Jane
Sugar man met a false friend
On a lonely dusty road
Lost my heart when I found it
It had turned to dead black coal.
Silver magic ships you carry
Jumpers, coke, sweet Mary Jane
Sugar man you're the answer
That makes my questions disappear
Sugar man 'cause I'm weary
Of those double games l hear
Sugar man

Shackles Lyrics:
She walks on fire, watch it burn in her eyes
Her wicked beauty sure will take you for a ride
She plays it sweet with such an innocent disguise
You'll only see it come out at night
I'm weak in the knees
Whatever you please
Cause I'm in shackles
Hypnotic lover takin' over my mind
Your spell is bindin', makes it so hard to fight
She twists her hips and keeps it comin' all night
I can't control myself that girl is so fine
If looks could kill I'd be a dead man you see
But I would never wish to be set free
My queen of lust tell me what is your decree
You don't know what it's doing to me
I've fallen for you
What more can I do?
Cause I'm in shackles
Hypnotic lover takin' over my mind
Your spell is bindin' makes it so hard to find
She twists her hips and keeps it comin' all night
I can't control myself that girl is so fine
I get lost in your divine
And walk along the wild side
There's no heart for breakin'
Cause mine is taken when you look me in the eyes
I'm addicted to your love
It's all I'm thinkin' of
If I'm in prison keep on livin'
Life in shackles
Hypnotic lover takin' over my mind (Over my mind)
Your spell is bindin' makes it so hard to find (So hard to find)
She twists her hips and keeps it coming all night

Sixto Díaz Rodríguez (also known as Rodríguez or as Jesús Rodríguez; born July 10, 1942) is an American folk musician based in Detroit, Michigan. His career initially proved short-lived with two little-sold albums in the early 1970s and some brief touring in Australia. Unbeknownst to him, however, his work proved extremely successful and influential in South Africa, although he was mistakenly rumoured in that country to have committed suicide.
In the 1990s, determined South African fans managed to seek out and contact him, leading to an unexpected revival of his musical career. Their story is told in the 2012 documentary Searching for Sugar Man, which has also helped give Rodríguez a measure of fame in his native country.

The Weekly Comet hosts Tamara Conniff and Jonathan McHugh present an exclusive performance with singer/songwriter Rodriguez, who is the subject of the Oscar winning "Searching for Sugar Man."
Sixto Rodriguez' story is truly inspirational. A native of Detroit, in the 1970s he recorded two albums which went largely unnoticed in the U.S. He hung up his guitar and went to work in construction for 30 years. However, unbeknownst to Rodriguez his albums gained popularity internationally, going platinum in South Africa and becoming the anthem of resistance in the Apartheid-era. Director Malik Bendjelloul's "Searching for Sugar Man" chronicles the journey of two fans on a mission to find out what had happened to Rodriguez, who was rumored to have committed suicide. Rodriguez performs his world famous hit "Sugar man"

Lyrics:
Sugar man, won't you hurry
'Cause I'm tired of these scenes
For a blue coin won't you bring back
All those colors to my dreams
Silver magic ships you carry
Jumpers, coke, sweet Mary Jane
Sugar man met a false friend
On a lonely dusty road
Lost my heart when I found it
It had turned to dead black coal.
Silver magic ships you carry
Jumpers, coke, sweet Mary Jane
Sugar man you're the answer
That makes my questions disappear
Sugar man 'cause I'm weary
Of those double games l hear
Sugar man

Shackles Lyrics:
She walks on fire, watch it burn in her eyes
Her wicked beauty sure will take you for a ride
She plays it sweet with such an innocent disguise
You'll only see it come out at night
I'm weak in the knees
Whatever you please
Cause I'm in shackles
Hypnotic lover takin' over my mind
Your spell is bindin', makes it so hard to fight
She twists her hips and keeps it comin' all night
I can't control myself that girl is so fine
If looks could kill I'd be a dead man you see
But I would never wish to be set free
My queen of lust tell me what is your decree
You don't know what it's doing to me
I've fallen for you
What more can I do?
Cause I'm in shackles
Hypnotic lover takin' over my mind
Your spell is bindin' makes it so hard to find
She twists her hips and keeps it comin' all night
I can't control myself that girl is so fine
I get lost in your divine
And walk along the wild side
There's no heart for breakin'
Cause mine is taken when you look me in the eyes
I'm addicted to your love
It's all I'm thinkin' of
If I'm in prison keep on livin'
Life in shackles
Hypnotic lover takin' over my mind (Over my mind)
Your spell is bindin' makes it so hard to find (So hard to find)
She twists her hips and keeps it coming all night
I can't control myself that girl is so fine
