Bori is the traditional headquarters of the Ogoni people.
Bori serves as a commercial centre for the Ogoni, Andoni, Opobo
Annang and other ethnic nationalities of the Niger Delta Benue
Congo. Bori is the host of the Rivers State Polytechnic.
The Bori Urban Area has many adjoined communities including
the Brave Bua Kaani, Yeghe and Bo-Ue people. The Kaani people built and donated the first
community secondary school in Nigeria to the Government of the Old
Rivers State of Nigeria.
Crossing the Gigantic Godavari River at Rajahmundry: Howrah Trichy Superfast with Itarsi WAM4
One of the most spectacular river bridges designed by the Indian Railways can be found to the south of the town of Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh. The teeming Godavari river, nearly 3 km wide at this point, is crossed via two independent bridges. There is a third bridge which was built in the late 19th century but is now decommissioned. Our train, the 12663 Howrah Tiruchirapalli Express crosses the river through the rail-cum-road bridge. The train curves beautifully into the bridge and also embarks on a huge curve on its way out, giving a full view of the length of the train, and the lovely red Itarsi WAM4 in charge of it. Some of the other popular nearby scenic villages of the Kuhi Taluka include Aakoli , Ambadi , Bhatra , Bori(N) and Banor.

Nagpur and Bhandara is the Nearest Town to Ambhora.
Nagpur to ambhora is 75 km.
