Summary:
Low In Calories
As you may already know, the average adult needs a certain amount of calories per day in order to properly function. For women, the requirement is about 2000 calories per day on average, and for men, the average number is 2500. In order to lose weight, however, it’s actually recommended to consume 500 calories fewer per day; so around 1500 calories for women and 2000 for men on average.
Vitamins and Nutrients
In addition to being relatively low in calories, many types of berries contain a wide variety of beneficial vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to help get you through your day. One very important vitamin that all berries contain is Vitamin C, which helps your body’s immune system and prevents diseases such as scurvy. Remember when we said that one cup of strawberries would be about 49 calories? Well, in that same cup of strawberries, you can expect to find a whopping total of 150 percent of your recommended daily intake of Vitamin C!
Antioxidants
Most types of berries come fully loaded, not just with a wealth of vitamins and minerals, but also with plenty of antioxidants as well. Berries contain a massive amount of antioxidants such as anthocyanins, ellagic acid, and resveratrol; all of these antioxidants are helpful to your body, as they can prevent cell damage by keeping the free radicals within your body at reasonable levels. Among the many varieties of berries, a study has shown that blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries have some of the highest concentrations of antioxidants out of all commonly eaten fruits.
High In Fiber
Like many plant-based foods, berries of all kinds are also an excellent source of fiber, which aids in your body’s digestion and may even help lessen the risk of certain diseases. More specifically, berries provide a very good source of what’s known as “soluble fibre”. Soluble fibre is characterized by the fact that it dissolves in water, and studies have shown that the consumption of foods containing soluble fibre can slow down the movement of food through your digestive system.

The fair bell berries grow in moist forested areas that range from Arizona, USA to British Columbia Canada.
3. False Solomon’s-seal
This edible berry has a mottled color which transitions from green to dark red as it ripens. It grows in large clusters much like grapes and has the taste of molasses mixed with the tart skin of a concord grape. The root is edible and cooked like a sweet potato, the young shoots are boiled and taste like asparagus. The False Solomon’s-Seal is high in vitamin c so if anything you can ward off scurvy with these little berries.
2. Solomon’s-Seal
Solomon’s-Seal a completely different plant that just looks like it’s false counterpart yield berries that are dark purple. Both plants develop white flowers but instead of a large plume of tiny flowers the Solomon’s-Seal has flowers that hang below the stock in a row. Those flowers will develop into green berries that will eventually turn purple when ripe. With that said the berries are actually poisonous and may cause vomiting and nausea.
1. Kousa Dogwood Berries
The Kousa Dogwood is a tree the gives life to the Kousa Dogwood berry. The inside is soft and creamy with the taste of papaya but the skin has a slight bitter taste to it. For this reason people often bite the fruit and suck the pulp out and spit out the skin. This berry is native to China, Korea, and Japan and is eaten raw and made into wine. Each fruit has 2 or 3 raisin sized seeds inside that need to be spit out, this can be a deterrent for some people to consume them along with the weird rough outer casing texture.

Nosotros debemos estar equivocados.
Es el mismo viejo tema desde 1916
En tu cabeza,
En tu cabeza ellos aún están luchando
Con sus tanques, y sus bombas,
Y sus bombas, y sus armas,
En tu cabeza,
En tu cabeza ellos están muriendo.
En tu cabeza, en tu cabeza
Zombie, zombie, zombie..."
