"Bad Reputation" is the seventeenth episode of the American television series, Glee. The episode premiered on the Fox network on May 4, 2010. It was directed by Elodie Keene, and written by series creator Ian Brennan. In "Bad Reputation", cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) is publicly ridiculed when a video of her dancing to Olivia Newton-John's "Physical" is posted on YouTube. A salacious list about members of the glee club circulates the school, leading certain members to try to earn themselves a bad reputation. Newton-John guest-stars as herself in the episode, and Molly Shannon makes her first appearance in a recurring role. Following their romance in the episode "Mash-Up", club members Rachel (Lea Michele) and Puck (Mark Salling) are reunited, a decision made by the producers due to the unexpected popularity of the pairing.
The episode features cover versions of five songs, all of which were released as singles, available for digital download, and two of which are included on the soundtrack albumGlee: The Music, Volume 3 – Showstoppers. "Bad Reputation" was watched by 11.62 million American viewers and received mixed reviews from critics. Darren Franich of Entertainment Weekly and Bobby Hankinson of the Houston Chronicle both considered it a return to form following disappointing episodes. Franich also praised the episode's cover version of "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice, which in contrast was criticized by Raymund Flandez of The Wall Street Journal and Gerrick D. Kennedy of the Los Angeles Times, with Kennedy deeming the performance his least favorite moment of the entire series thus far.
Bad Reputation is the debut solo album by Joan Jett, originally self-released in 1980 as Joan Jett after her previous band The Runaways disbanded, then re-issued on Boardwalk Records in 1981 as Bad Reputation.
Background
Producer Kenny Laguna financed the album's recording using borrowed studio credits. Recorded before Joan Jett formed The Blackhearts, the majority of the album features Jett backed by members of the Roll-Ups, with Lea Hart on guitar, Jeff Peters on bass and Paul Simmons on drums. Other tracks include well known musicians, such as the Sex Pistols' Steve Jones and Paul Cook, Blondie's Clem Burke and Frank Infante.
After independently recording the album with Laguna, Jett took the record to a number of major record labels, none of which were interested in releasing the project. Rather than continue to hunt for a willing label, Laguna and Jett decided to fund the pressing of the album themselves. The original, self-released, version of the album was simply titled Joan Jett and was sold directly to concert-goers and record stores out of Laguna's trunk.
Anthony Green's first band formed in 1997 while he was in high school with classmate and musician Tommy Dougherty (Junction 232). The band originally had Dougherty on guitar and Green on bass and vocals. Eventually, they recruited drummer Evan Madden. Green wanted to name the band 'Saosin', but Dougherty and Madden decided against it. Before settling on the "Audience of One" name, they played a few shows under the name "Handsome Pete" in 1998 and one show under the name "The Bill Bixby Experience". Due to problems with Evan's availability to practice and play shows, they sought out a new drummer.
He was transferred south of the border to Blackpool for an initial £13,500 in May 1967 on a four-year contract. Albion would receive a further £2,000 when he had played in twenty first-team games.
Green suffered an injury that kept him out of the game for a year. His return to the fold came on 19 September 1970 for the visit of Everton to Bloomfield Road.
Blackpool Hall of Fame
Green was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Bloomfield Road, when it was officially opened by former Blackpool player Jimmy Armfield in April 2006. Organised by the Blackpool Supporters Association, Blackpool fans around the world voted on their all-time heroes. Five players from each decade are inducted; Green is in the 1960s.
Newcastle United
In 1971, after Green had put in a transfer request,Newcastle United came in for his services with an offer of £150,000, in a part-exchange deal involving Keith Dyson. Becoming Newcastle's second most expensive signing, after Malcolm Macdonald who was signed the previous summer from Luton Town for £180,000.
On 2 September 1972, Green suffered a knee injury which ultimately ended his career at the age of 25, 33 games and three goals into his Magpies career; he had suffered a cartilage injury, and was never to play professionally again. Green later attributed the injury to a tackle by Crystal Palace's Mel Blyth but felt that any contact was accidental.

When Did Weezer Get a Bad Reputation?
Weezer is often the laughing stock of the music world and considered a meme to everyone else, but they weren't always. However, that doesn't mean they started off on the right foot. Find out why even their debut Blue album got them into hot water decades before Raditude.
