USA-135 was launched at 00:30:00 UTC on 6 November 1997, atop a Delta II carrier rocket, flight number D249, flying in the 7925-9.5 configuration. The launch took place from Launch Complex 17A at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and placed USA-135 into a transfer orbit. The satellite raised itself into medium Earth orbit using a Star-37XFP apogee motor.
On 13 December 1997, USA-135 was in an orbit with a perigee of 19,912 kilometres (12,373mi), an apogee of 20,449 kilometres (12,706mi), a period of 717.9 minutes, and 54.9 degrees of inclination to the equator. It broadcasts the PRN 08 signal, and operates in slot 3 of plane A of the GPS constellation. The satellite has a mass of 1,816 kilograms (4,004lb). It had a design life of 7.5 years, but it actually remained in service until October 30, 2014.
USA-200, also known as NRO Launch 28 or NROL-28, is an Americansignals intelligencesatellite, operated by the National Reconnaissance Office. Launched in 2008, it has been identified as the second satellite in a series known as Improved Trumpet, Advanced Trumpet, or Trumpet follow-on; a replacement for the earlier Trumpet series of satellites.
USA-200 was launched by an Atlas V carrier rocket, flying in the 411 configuration, operated by United Launch Alliance. The rocket was the first Atlas V to launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base, flying from Space Launch Complex 3E. Liftoff occurred at 10:02 UTC (03:02 PDT) on 13 March 2008. It was identified as NRO Launch 28, and was the thirteenth flight of an Atlas V. The rocket had the tail number AV-006.
The satellite's orbit and mission are officially classified, however like most classified spacecraft it has been located and tracked by amateur observers. It is in a Molniya orbit with a perigee of 1,111 kilometres (690mi), an apogee of 37,580 kilometres (23,350mi), and 63.5 degrees of inclination. In addition to its SIGINT payload, USA-200 also carries two secondary instruments; the SBIRS-HEO-2 missile detection payload as part of the Space-Based Infrared System programme, and NASA's TWINS-2 or TWINS-B magnetospheric science instrument as part of the TWINS programme.
An immersive video is basically a video recording of a real world scene, where the view in every direction is recorded at the same time. During playback the viewer has control of the viewing direction. Generally the only area that can't be viewed is the view toward the camera support. The material is recorded as data which when played back through a software player allows the user control of the viewing direction and playback speed. The player control is typically via a mouse or other sensing device and the playback view is typically 4:3 window on a computer display or projection screen or other presentation device such as a head mounted display.
A recent example, as of 2011, of immersive video is provided by the Kogeto Dot panoramic video capture device and associated online community for smartphones, for the iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and for the Galaxy Nexus with the Kogeto Dot 360-degree panoramic video accessory.
Sometimes the phrase "immersive video" is used to describe full-size teleconferencing capabilities, such as Cisco's Telepresence product.
Video 2000 (or V2000; also known as Video Compact Cassette, or VCC) is a consumervideocassette system and analog recordingstandard developed by Philips and Grundig to compete with JVC's VHS and Sony's Betamax video technologies. Distribution of Video 2000 products began in 1979 and ended in 1988; they were marketed exclusively in Europe, Brazil, and Argentina.
Philips named the videotape standard Video Compact Cassette (VCC) to complement their landmark Audio Compact Cassette format introduced in 1963, but the format itself was marketed under the trademarkVideo 2000.
Video 2000 succeeded Philips's earlier "VCR" format and its derivatives (VCR-LP and Grundig's SVR). Although some early models and advertising featured a "VCR" badge based on the older systems' logo, Video 2000 was an entirely new (and incompatible) format that incorporated many technical innovations. Despite this, the format was not a major success and was eventually discontinued, having lost out to the rival VHS system in the videotape format war.

Disambiguation
Welcome to another edition of the VT Podcast which I’ve called Ideas That Matter.
In this episode, I talk about Disambiguation.
If you want to change the world, you have to see the world for what it is. We humans are pattern-seeking animals. We love stories. Our minds are hard-wired to organize the world using patterns, which saves our conscious minds a lot of mental effort. But it's also become a limitation for us - it's easy to get stuck in patterns that don't serve us well. If you're dispelling myths about yourself, or if you're trying to change your life, start by looking at the small things - the patterns that shape your life on a daily basis.

For those who do not know. The KC-135 does not have reverse thrust. Just manual braking, auto brakes and spoilers. The KC-135 and F-15 Eagle used to be at PDX as a part of the USAF 939th Air Refueling Wing but unfortunately was inactivated on June 30th 2008.

Lyrics:
We’re the United States of America
We’re 50 strong and proud
Heres the names of all our states
And their capitals sang loud
My name is Alabama
My capital’s Montgomery
Welcome to Alaska
Juneau’s a great place to see
I am Arizona
My capital is Phoenix
My names Arkansas
My Little Rock is so scenic
I’m California dude
Sacramento’s my capital
Come to Colorado
Visit Denver if you go
I’m Connecticut
My capital is Hartford
Welcome to Delaware
Visit Dover if your board
My names Florida
Tallahassee the place to be
I am Georgia (GA)
Atlanta’s a great city
Aloha I'm Hawaii
Honolulu’s my capital
Come to Idaho
Visit Boise when you go
We’re the United States of America
We’re 50 strong and proud
If you want to learn about us
Then Help and sing out loud
Welcome to Illinois
Springfield is the place to see
If you visit Indiana
Indianapolis is in me
I am Iowa
Des Moines my capital
And if you visit Kansas
Topeka has it all
Welcome to Kentucky
Frankfort is a nice city
Down here in Louisiana
Baton Rouge is really pretty
Up here in Maine
Augusta is really nice
Here in Maryland
Annapolis is worth its price
Visit Massachusetts
Boston’s our little bean
Up here in Michigan
Lansing is worth a see
Hey it’s Minnesota
Saint Pauls our capital
But down in Mississippi
Jackson is the place to roll
We’re the United States of America
We’re 50 strong and proud
If you want to learn about us
Then Help and sing out loud
Hi there I’m Missouri
Jefferson City’s really cool
But up here in Montana
Helena really rules
Midway in Nebraska
You should stop at Lincoln City
In Nevada
Carson City is the one we think is pretty
New Hampshire welcomes you
Visit Concord any time
If you stop by New Jersey
Trenton is quite a find
I am New Mexico
My capitols Santa Fe
New York’s the Empire state
Albany’s where you could stay
Here in North Carolina
You could see Raleigh any time
My name is North Dakota
Bismarck is so fine
Ohio is my name
and Columbus is all mine
I am Oklahoma
Oklahoma City you unwind
We’re the United States of America
We’re 50 strong and proud
If you want to learn about us
Then Help and sing out loud
In the great state of Oregon
In Salem, you can trust
Pennsylvania is my name
and Harrisburg is a must
When you're in Rhode Island
Providence is where you should go
I am South Carolina
Columbia is what I know
Up here in South Dakota
Pierre is a heck of a town
When you're in Tennessee
Nashville won’t make you frown
Texas is my name
Austin’s known for its great music
Utah’s really great
Salt Lake City is amusing
Up here in Vermont
Montpelier has great charm
Virginia is the state
That has Richmond on its arm
I’m Washington
Olympia’s my capital
In West Virginia
Charleston will make your belly full
Wisconsin is the cheese
And Madison’s really nice
Wyoming has Cheyenne
Let's sing this chorus twice
We’re the United States of America
We’re 50 strong and proud
If you want to learn about us
Then Help and sing out loud
We’re the United States of America
We’re 50 strong and proud
If you want to learn about us
Then Help and sing out loud

From Maine to Texas, dockworkers at 36 ports along the East and Gulf coasts walked off the job for the first time in decades, raising concerns about disruption to the supply chain. People are fearful of product shortages, so many are panic buying products like toilet paper and water bottles as a result.
