A presenterhost or hostess is a person or organization responsible for the running of a public event. A museum or university, for example, may be the presenter or host of an exhibit. In films, a presenter (but not a host) is a usually a well-known executive producer credited with introducing a film or filmmaker to a larger audience. For example: "Presented by Cecil B. DeMille".
A person who hosts other kinds of public entertainments may also be called a master of ceremonies (often abbreviated "M.C." or "emcee").
Television presenter
A television presenter is a person who introduces or hosts television programmes, including factual documentaries, live events and sport. Nowadays it is common for minor celebrities in other fields to take on this role, but there are also a number of people who have made their name solely within the field of presenting, particularly within children's television series to become a television personality.
Tikkurilan Palloseura (abbreviated TiPS) is a football club from Tikkurila in Vantaa, Finland. The club was formed in 1958 and its main catchment areas comprise Tikkurila and Hakunila in Itä-Vantaa (East Vantaa). The ladies team competes in the Naisten Ykkönen ("Women's First Division") which is the second highest division of women's football in Finland. Men's team competes in the Kakkonen ("Second Division") which is the third highest division in Finland. The club's home ground is at Tikkurilan urheilupuisto (Tikkurila Sports Park).
Background
TiPS played two seasons in the Ykkönen (First Division), the second tier of Finnish football in 1996 and 1997. They also have had six spells covering 12 seasons in the third tier, the Kakkonen (the Second Division), in 1980-85, 1991–92, 1995, 1998, 2004 and 2011.
Their history became somewhat distorted in 1998 when Jalkapalloseura Airport City (AC Vantaa) was established as a flagship club for Vantaa following the merger of TiPS and Vantaan Jalkapalloseura men’s first teams with assistance from Koivukylän Palloseura, Pallokerho-50 and Itä-Vantaan Urheilijat clubs. TiPS finished top of the East Group of the Kakkonen (Second Division) in 1998 and their place in the Ykkönen (First Division) in 1999 was taken by the new AC Vantaa club.
Silyl ethers are a group of chemical compounds which contain a silicon atom covalently bonded to an alkoxy group. The general structure is R1R2R3Si−O−R4 where R4 is an alkyl group or an aryl group. Silyl ethers are usually used as protecting groups for alcohols in organic synthesis. Since R1R2R3 can be combinations of differing groups which can be varied in order to provide a number of silyl ethers, this group of chemical compounds provides a wide spectrum of selectivity for protecting group chemistry. Common silyl ethers are: trimethylsilyl (TMS), tert-butyldiphenylsilyl (TBDPS), tert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBS/TBDMS) and triisopropylsilyl (TIPS). They are particularly useful because they can be installed and removed very selectively under mild conditions.
Common silyl ethers
Formation
Although many methods are available for forming silyl ethers, two common strategies for the silylation of alcohols are: reaction of the alcohol with a silyl chloride using an amine base at room temperature and reaction of the alcohol with a silyl triflate using a hindered amine base at low temperature. Silyl triflates are more reactive than their corresponding chlorides, so they can be used to install silyl groups onto hindered positions. One extremely reliable and rapid procedure is the Corey protocol in which the alcohol is reacted with a silyl chloride and imidazole at high concentration in DMF. If DMF is replaced by dichloromethane, the reaction is somewhat slower, but the purification of the compound is simplified. A common hindered base for use with silyl triflates is 2,6-lutidine. Primary alcohols can be protected in less than one hour while some hindered alcohols may require days of reaction time.

12.5 Protecting Groups for Alcohols | Organic Chemistry
Chad introduces silyl ethers (trimethyl silyl ethers specifically) as protecting groups for alcohols. He first explains why and when an alcohol protecting group might be needed and provides an example. He then shows the mechanism for formation of a silyl ether and the removal of it using TBAF (tetrabutylammonium fluoride).

00:00 Installing the Silyl Ether Group
01:43 Survey of Common Silyl Ethers; Steric Differences
02:31 Acid and Base Stabilities of Silyl Ethers
04:23 Deprotection: Replacing the Silyl Group with Hydrogen
In this videos detailed mechanism of specific enol equivalents which are used in crossed aldol condensation reaction, is provided . The mechanism involves nucleophilic addition to the carbonyl group at the first step . Enolate formation, Silyl enol ether formation and reaction in presence of titanium chloride are also discussed during the reaction.

I'm not such a good lover I'm a better talker So when you touch me there I'm scared that you'll see Not the way that I don't love you But the way that I don't love myself And there are things these days That can help you through a phase Like food & health & fear I prefer the beer Not the way that I don't love you But the way that I hate myself Oh when the cityscape is born From the ocean floor It speaks its native tongue Physical, subliminal Not the way that it left you cold But the way that you left yourself When the Moon falls from the Earth When the Sun, it fills its girth And I know we'll go howl at the night But still the sun will not hide our fight Oh, I laugh a lot But that's just a plot I found a way to make the night stay Not the way that I don't love you But the way that I hate myself It was Oprah On the TV show She told me so It was Oprah On the TV show She told me so Ah, it was Oprah On the TV show She told me so Not the way that I don't love you
